1. I ordered a #5 acai bowl and clearly stated no bananas. I got the order and the base had bananas. went back to the store and the young lady (who was very lovely) started to replace it. I believe the supervisor approached the young lady and said something. the supervisor approached me and said the next time I have to say no bananas in the base or on top and that the other supervisor wouldn't have exchanged it for me! I took my daughter out to grab a quick bite to eat on 03/01/2024. We ordered 2 spinach wraps a green juice and a protein drink from their menu. We were the only ones inside and our order took about 30 minutes to be ready. Once we received our food and our drinks the chicken wraps were full of lettuce. The wraps only had a couple of pieces of chicken and hardly any sauce. Not sure if the owner even cares about his business, but this is very bad service. Food also took about 25 minutes to be ready and the person working there was very frugal with the ingredients, wrap should be called lettuce wrap not chicken wrap. They need to relax on the ginger in the juices, every juice is a ginger juice but other than that, the açaí bowls are amazing and the fruit cups are great too. I am a huge fan of BKM! I was super excited when I saw them expand not only into the mall, but also here into our neighborhood creekbridge Safeway plaza. I have always gotten their juices, the super greens is my absolute favorite. They are a bit on the pricier side. But a large juice is literally a meal replacement with how much fruit & veggies are in it and the size. We decided to get lunch here today. I have never tried their salads/wraps. I do have to say the salad was a bit disappointing. For me the purpose of getting a salad is getting fresh ingredients. BKM's salad is the most random mixture of ingredients. Lettuce, jalapeños, banana peppers, sprouts, tomatoes, bell peppers, chicken, mushroom, peas. I feel like adding canned mushrooms, and peas really takes away from the salad. My husband got the spinach wrap, and that was delicious. Anyways just a suggestion, I still love BKM but I'll definitely skip the salad next time! read more

I hate leaving negative feedback but at this point is well deserved. I usually go to the one on Laurel but my daughter went here for an açaí bowl this time. I told her to get me a cucumber water (at Laurel their cucumber water is light color and delicious) so she got her order and went to Wingstop were she realized the lady face her a coconut water. I told her take it back I don't like coconut. So she goes and the lady talked to her in Spanish and tells her " Que no viste que era de coco antes de irte" irritated at my daughter and she said she was shocked and couldn't even say anything because she made her nervous. I was furious and wanted to go myself but realized it's just not worth it! She can go yell at her own kids ! I have came to this place many times hoping the service would get better, but didn't. I ordered over the phone as requested, but not only did the lady hang up on me, but answered the phone in a very abrasive manner and instead of waiting for the blending machine to stop on her end to hear me she hung up. Never in my life have I waited 40 minutes for a smoothie. There is one person manning the register and one making the smoothies; during busier hours, both ladies make the smoothies, leaving customers with unfulfilled orders for up to 25 minutes. My smoothie wasn't made until another 15 minutes after i places my order. I squandered my entire lunch hour waiting for this smoothie. To add; prices are ridiculous. To replace fruit is an additional $1. This place is inefficiently run. The ladies in the back are cutting fruit and doing other "prep" tasks that a more efficient joint will do long before a rush hour. Save your money and your time. Go somewhere else. read more

The older lady didn't hesitate to start yelling at me when I told her she gave me the wrong order. I ordered an oatmeal and she gave me an açaí bowl. I told her no worries because it's an easy mistake. Maybe she's had a rough morning But then she got mad and told me I didn't order what I meant to order. She was talking down on me and my friend who witnessed her gaslighting me. She then told me she'll make me the oatmeal but that I owed her a dollar because the oatmeal is a dollar more than the açaí bowl... but the oatmeal is 5 dollars and the açaí bowl is 9 dollars. Because of how she was yelling I was worried she was going to spit in my food but she continued to yell while making my oatmeal and ended up throwing away the açaí bowl. I ended up leaving with an oatmeal that I payed 9 dollars for. I said thank you and left without yelling because I felt bad for her. How can someone have so much anger and darkness. You never get what you ask for, they are always out of something, I ordered a wrap it was missing half the stuff that should be in it like tomatoes,Sprouts & dressing it had like 4 pieces of chicken. I gave them another try and ordered a salad and a mangonada same thing happened with that, the salad was missing pretty much everything and had canned pineapple and canned mushrooms with no dressing how can you sell a salad with no dressing! Not to mention there is no pineapple listed on the salad menu, then the Tamarindo stick in the mangonada was cut in half. Nothing on the menu is what is sold so don't go in there thinking your going to get what you see on the menu your going to get what they have, Another thing that place is always full of flies!!!! Idk if they even put everything it says on the menu but it has tasted like straight orange juice the last 3 times. For what they charge, I expect it to be made right. Love the food - but like many others have stated - the poor service makes the experience unpleasant. Like others have commented - I ordered ahead of time per their request - and was treated rudely. When I went in to pick up my order - they acted like I wasn't there and just stayed in the back organizing bananas. I had to speak up to pick up my order and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about - until finally one of them remembered and pulled the smoothie out of a back freezer (I ordered about 10 min earlier). The staff needs some customer service training ASAP if they want to keep long term customers. I have been going to this place since they opened and although the wait was always long, my bowl was worth it. I've ALWAYS ordered the same bowl, Green Dream Bowl with no granola, honey and coconut. Never requested to replace the topics with anything else. Well last week I placed my usual order and when I noticed the bowl having hardly any greens I was told that removing the toppings affects it???? How do toppings affect the amount of blended greens is beyond me. Well the guy attending me seemed new so I didn't want to say anything in front of other customers so I called and requested to speak to a supervisor or manager because I couldn't justify paying $9 for pretty much just fruit. I was told I would have to call back during the weekday as they had no supervisor or manager working so I requested that a supervisor call me back when the time permit since I know it can be hectic in the mornings. A week later no call back so I called and spoke to Maria. On the phone she told me she would make the bowl at no charge but when my sister went to place the order they were charging her for it and told her that it was not their problem and gave every excuse in the book. On top of that they wanted too charge her extra for not keeping the granola, coconut and honey in the bowl. Why? Customer BEWARE! Most of the high ratings are from a LONG time ago. I stopped by a week 1/2 ago and ordered 2 large smoothies. In the time I went to pick my son up down the street (10 minutes) the smoothie expanded and my son rejected it because it tasted bad. I took a sip and it tasted like rotten fruit!!! Iwent back and was told by the girl working that there's no refunds and manager was not in but she would call me. NOTE: I told the girl to KEEP MY DRINK. I went back this week after not getting a call back, and SAME girl said "manager doesn't have time to call, you can stop by or call her later" she however wouldn't tell me the managers schedule and it was up to me to track her down (also, owner is apparently on vacation and doesn't want to be bothered) so I went in today and found her. Her name is Lorena. She said "well I wasn't here but yeah I know what happened however I can't give you your money back" I asked if she could make another smoothie then and she said "I can make a small one for you because I don't know how much you brought back last time" WHAT THE F€£%?! I told her I had ordered a larger one and all but 2-3 sips was drank. She said "well I wasn't here so I don't know if you are lying, I can only make a small one" ... why would I want to lie to get a drink that I paid ? I WALKED OUT AND NEVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE THEM A CENT. I'm all for supporting small businesses that value their customers, this is not it.
