Grateful to see the local business expanding and continuing to offer fresh and healthy options from juices to açaí bowls, and for the days you want to break your diet, tostilocos and chicharrón. The super verde is my favorite juice, and green dream smoothie version is a sweeter option if you aren't ready for your dose of greens and fruits... kale, spinach, watercress, ginger, lemon, parsley, celery, green apple, pear, pineapple, and orange. Juices aren't cold pressed so ask for ice if you want it cold, either way, it's delicious and an affordable way to eat what your body needs. The new space is super clean and bright and the menus list all the ingredients (but not the prices so ask to clarify the cost just in case). Perfect spot to stop before or after your soccer games right next door at Constitution!

Nice, clean and fresh fruit all the time ! They need to relax on the ginger in the juices, every juice is a ginger juice but other than that, the açaí bowls are amazing and the fruit cups are great too. Always fresh, smells great in there too, none of that old fruit smell like some grocery stores. I come here like three times a week, I love it. I try a new açaí bowl every time.

I am a huge fan of BKM! I was super excited when I saw them expand not only into the mall, but also here into our neighborhood creekbridge Safeway plaza. I have always gotten their juices, the super greens is my absolute favorite. They are a bit on the pricier side. But a large juice is literally a meal replacement with how much fruit & veggies are in it and the size. We decided to get lunch here today. I have never tried their salads/wraps. I do have to say the salad was a bit disappointing. For me the purpose of getting a salad is getting fresh ingredients. BKM's salad is the most random mixture of ingredients. Lettuce, jalapeños, banana peppers, sprouts, tomatoes, bell peppers, chicken, mushroom, peas. I feel like adding canned mushrooms, and peas really takes away from the salad. My husband got the spinach wrap, and that was delicious. Anyways just a suggestion, I still love BKM but I'll definitely skip the salad next time!

Never going back the lady that was there yesterday morning was so rude and pressuring me to place my order!

Always my favorite go to place! Their Green drink juice is my personal favorite and their BKM original açaí bowl!

I used to love this place until I found out they add sugar to their smoothies. They need to add that ingredient to their list of what the smoothie contains. They put themselves to be healthy but they add sugar to their smoothies. All this time I thought I was having a healthy smoothie but nope. Lies.

    Mermaid bowl ! Too yummy

If you know me, you know I LOVE Mexican food. I read an article about this restaurant with rave…read morereviews and decided this is where I wanted to go on Mother's Day. Drove two hours from the Bay Area to get there and it was totally with the trip. My son got the mole negro and I got the chile verde. Everything on both plates was authentic, delicious, and AMAZING. My son tried my chile verde and said it was the best he's ever tasted and I agreed. They were super busy because it was Mother's Day, but we were seated after a short wait and our waitress was super efficient and friendly. Several times during our meal someone checked to see if we needed anything. Not going to lie, we were a bit intimidated when we pulled up as there were no other non-Hispanic people in the large crowd outside waiting to be seated. I told my son that meant the food was definitely going to be good, but I was worried about how we would be received considering the political climate these days, but it wasn't an issue. Everyone was super friendly. Will definitely be going back to try other items on their menu.

The place was packed, which is always a good sign, yet the service was still excellent, very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I ordered the tlacoyos with chicken Milanesa, and they were absolutely delicious. The chicken Milanesa was perfectly cooked, the queso fresco added great flavor, and the chile sauce had a nice kick without being overwhelming. I also tried the tamale Oaxaqueño, which was very flavorful with shredded chicken, a rich black chile sauce, and soft masa. It was much spicier than I expected, and unfortunately too spicy for me to finish, but you can tell it was made with authentic flavors. The tostadita Oaxaqueña was another tasty treat, fully loaded, fresh, and delicious. Every bite was packed with flavor. I also had the atole, which was warm, comforting, and the perfect drink to balance the meal. Overall, Culturas gave me a memorable first introduction to Oaxacan food. If you enjoy bold, authentic flavors and don't mind some heat, it's definitely worth trying.

Anyways, im so glad my coworkers told Me about this place because it's been a nice addition to my frequent-places-to-visit-on-the-regular list. Honestly there is nothing I've had from this place that isn't good. From their lemonades, coffee, smoothies to their avocado toast, wraps, sandwiches, and cookies. They really nailed down their menu options! Not to mention the biggest thing, their staff is super friendly, welcoming and patient when you're trying to decide what to order. They may be located by the courthouse in Salinas but don't let that stop you for visiting. You won't be disappointed! & if you happen to need to serve jury duty, this is a nice spot to go hangout and enjoy a little break from doing your service. Or on any day, with some indoor outdoor seating!

9.5/10 Absolutely…read moreamazing, hands down the best Thai food in Salinas! We ordered the Pad Thai, Panang Curry, and Nam Sai, and every dish hit in its own way. Starting with the Pad Thai, we ordered it with beef and it was easily the star of the meal. Perfectly cooked soft noodles with a savory, slightly sweet sauce that was incredibly well balanced. The beef was tender and flavorful, and the addition of diced nuts added a great crunch and texture that tied everything together beautifully. The Panang Curry was also excellent. Rich, creamy, and full of flavor. It came with chicken, green beans, and bell peppers, all of which tasted fresh and perfectly cooked with a nice bite. The curry sauce was smooth and comforting, soaking into the dish incredibly well. A must-order for curry lovers. Lastly, the Nam Sai reminded us a lot of pho. On its own, it was a bit light and lacked salt, but once we added our own seasonings, it really came alive. After adjusting it to taste, it was delicious, comforting, and perfect for warming up. Service was fast and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and well kept. The ambiance was beautiful. A very nice, welcoming spot to enjoy a meal.

We were sat quickly and given menus, but took our waiter quite some time to come get orders which included drinks/order together. I was in the mood for soup and had their Tom Kha a few times so originally thought about ordering that, but decided to try their Tiew Tom Yum. Mistake. My guy ordered the pork Pad Thai, and we also shared a Thai fried rice. We ordered tea, but the waiter forgot the sugar caddy we requested and didnt see him until the food arrived about 20 or so minutes later. We had some requests for side items, etc and he brought everything immediately, but didnt come back to check on us until quite some time where I had almost decided my fate of struggling through my horrible soup. It was the most sour of sour soups I've ever had. Neither one of liked it. When the waiter came around and asked about our meals expressed how much I didn't care for it, and the sour was off putting. He offered the coconut soup, which I believed was Tom Kha. When the soup was dropped off I asked for a to go container as we were done with the rest of our meals almost at that point. Again, that soup came out with an overwhelming sour flavor. Thankfully the Thai rice was delicious, so I ate the rest of that. We didnt see our server again until we were standing up ready to walk up to the front as he was the only server running around, and had one table in the place. I brought up the fact that that soup did not taste like Tom Kha, was it a different version of coconut soup? He asked the cook and she said was the same as Tom Kha. At this point we were tired and decided to go, deciding not to come back for soup ever again. Possibly, not to return in general as were irritated. Our server wasn't horrible, was very polite and was running around, however as so many servers tend to do had a one track mind only focusing on one table at a time instead of circulating his section. As a patron I don't feel like you should ever wait so long to get the check and cash out or not be checked in on more frequently.

The biggest issue was the service -- it was pretty much nonexistent the entire meal. It took a while to get served, and once the food came out, there was very little follow-up or attention afterward. We came towards the end of the night and most all the tables were left dirty, filled with plates from diners who had already left the restaurant. The food itself was decent overall and still had the good flavors I remember. The fried fish had really great seasoning and flavor, but it was overcooked and only served lukewarm. Honestly, if it had come out fresh and hot, it probably would have been excellent. The rest of the dishes were pretty good too, but unfortunately none of the food was actually hot when it reached the table, which took away from the experience. I'd still order from here because the flavors are there, but going forward I'll probably stick to takeout instead of dining in.
