Although not my default Jamba location, it has yet to let me down. The lines are never crazy long and the staff is able to do their job, fast and effectively. I typically always have an idea of what I'm going get unless they throw a wrench and add new things. Prices are a little high but what isn't and their smoothies keep you full for a few hours, especially the larger sizes. Is it worth it? In my opinion, yes. First off it wasn't a very pleasant welcome . Walked in and didn't see anyone behind the counter to welcome customers . Took me a couple mins to finally get noticed. Young group of employees which is fine with me , I'm young myself. 21 yrs old but I also work in customer service and I just know it isn't presentable . Register wasn't up to par, for what seemed like a slow day you think that would at least be ok. I walked out with 80 cents worth of nothing but nickels and dimes. It's ridiculous and so careless that it's sad. Tried to ask a friendly question to the employee, wanted a second opinion before ordering and it wasn't very warm response . Kind of a mono tone as if they didn't wanna be there helping you . I understand if your jobs sucks but that's your fault not mine . Love this location in a shopping center (easy parking), right beside YouTube. Go during the work day to hear interesting conversations! There's also a fenced in dog run down the street, so I usually grab one to sip while the poochie romps. read more

I have not been to Jamba Juice in a long time and had some gift cards to use up. I swung by to get a small and medium drink. I walk in and was not greeted. There were two people on the floor, one making smoothies and the other doing cash register, helping with smoothies, and putting food in the toaster. While i was waiting to get rung up, there was one girl in the back just standing there as if debating to help with the line. This cashier girl was sort of rude and didn't seem like she was paying attention to what I was saying. I got two of the same size drinks that I assume are small when i ordered a small and a medium. I am just so fed up with bad service and there was a crowd, so I just left. Sucks that my receipt actually says I ordered a small and a medium. read more

Tried the island pitaya bowl here and I felt like the slush was made mostly of ice and less of fruit.. Also the strawberries had a weird aftertaste so I spit those out. I'm not sure if that's how the bowls here taste but I wish the fruits were fresher. read more

Dry customer service. Did not feel welcome or appreciated. Someone get DENNIS a personality. I mean where do they find these guys? Nothing like coming up to the counter and getting a blank mad dog stare. No hello...can I help you?... nothing. We had to be the ones to say hello - just out of natural human communication. Jamba Juice is my favorite thing to get! My boyfriend always brings them to me at work but this location totally sucks!! Its a great location since I only work down the street but OMG does it suck!! I always get Caribbean Passion and it doesn't taste like anything when I get it from there. I'm not paying all that money to just drink flavorless WATER!! I'm so not going there anymore. So let me begin with I LOVE jamba juice! However I HATE this location. I worked at Jamba juice for 3 years and was a lead, so I have a good concept of the company but I must say I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. To begin with when I walked in the store, a women who looked angry just walked out... no idea what that was about. Then this guy took my order, he was having a hard time understanding what we were ordering.. it must have been because he was new... he did not have a whirl pin on his name tag yet.. see I told you I know what I am talking about when it comes to Jamba. I ordered a sixteen mango a go- go. But when I started to drink it there was these white fibers in the drink. nasty. I asked the store manager if I could have a new one, he said that the white string fibers were from the mangos and that all the mangos were like that. I asked for a new one anyways. One of the workers grabbed the drink out of my hands and rudely asked me what I wanted. I thought that was totally uncalled for. I was not being rude, I was not giving anyone a hard time, I just wanted a new drink. The manager continued to provide me with some long answer about how mangos are just that way blah blah blah. They talked to me like I was an idiot. Regardless of whether the manager was right or wrong I was mostly upset with the way the situation was handled. I would have been happy with just a " Sorry about that, can we make you something else" I wanted to tell him in my defense that I worked for Jamba Juice for three years and I never had a problem with the mangos or customers complaining to me about it..Also aren't you supposed to give out a free Jamba card to a unsatisfied customer??? That is what I always did So for anyone that loves Jamba Juice but hates bad customer service do NOT go to the San Bruno location. I highly recommend the Millbrae or San Mateo location!!! read more

Extremely disappointed. Never coming back. I came here to get something for my fiancé's cold and saw that there was a huge line. I have been to other Jamba Juices and thought that the huge line would be no problem. Wow, was I sadly mistaken. I finally get to the front of the line and the cashier seemed completely out of it. I told him my order and then he began talking to his coworker then looked back at me and said "What'd you say?" Wow. I gave you a simple order and you didn't get that? I politely told him my order and sat myself in the back of the store. I waited alongside all the other poor souls. Who knows how long they have been there. Anyway, I notice that it has been 15 minutes and there was no sign of my drink. I then see a person who was behind me in line get his drink. Then another person who as behind me got her drink. Now it has been 25 minutes and a total 5 people who were behind me have already gotten their drink. I became increasingly upset and approached the lady making drinks and asked if my drink was on it's way. Well guess what..my drink wasn't even in the process of being made. So basically, I had to wait another 5 minutes for my drink that should have been there 25 minutes ago. Never coming back here. I don't want to waste my time waiting for a simple smoothie ever again. If you feel like waiting 40 minutes for your drink, then go here. read more

friendly staff and they make your drinks quick! i like it. some jambas will serve it to you in a chunky indigestible form...or theyll pour your drink until an inch is left in the cup. this jamba juice packs it in over the top and makes sure you get the most of it. those new thai wrap things are not worth the price..just go to the mollie stone for the food and this jamba for the drank! read more

I go to Jamba Juice for the convenient not quality. However a little consistency would be nice. Every Jamba Juice location I have ever gone to has been inconsistent with flavor. I always order the same thing and today my normally yellow colored smoothie was bright orange and sour. If there was another convenient option I'd choose it over Jamba Juice every time. read more
