    Orange carrot juice.
    Jocelyn P.

Decided to grab a small drink and a free snack while I was waiting around for box lunch's gold ornament search. Was helped by an associate who was sweet. A small orange and carrot juice was close to $10.00, which I found was pretty steep. After waiting for less than 3 minutes for the drink. I noticed the drink was not even filled up but was less than the full line. A bit disappointed how I paid close to $10 for a small not full orange carrot juice. Great service though.

    Non-employee sitting on counter

I normally go to this location opposed to the oakridge mall one as the overall service and quality is better but I was disgusted to see someone sitting on the counter where drinks are served and prepared. Absolutely not sanitary at all and I am led to believe she does not work there as she was on her phone and chatting with one of employees in uniform. Very disgusted.

We like to mix around and change what we put in our bowls, the employees are always so patient and helpful. We will continue to come here weekly for the most delicious açaí bowls around.

As a former employee for Brian (owner), it's extremely sad to see one of his top performing stores exhibit such lack of skill and quality service. For some context, when my buddies and I worked here the daily job duties were always fulfilled at their expected times. For example, the orange juice machine was to be broken down for cleaning at the last 30 minutes before CLOSING..not the last 3 hours. The juicer (doesn't exist anymore) was broken down at the final minute of closing (can't risk losing money on a juice). Do you realize that false advertisement is selling "fresh squeezed" orange juice that is refrigerated? I asked the employee if they still had fresh OJ and the way he smirked as he turned around to look at the machine, and show me the refrigerated OJ proves he was fully aware about closing the machine down early. Sure it takes a couple extra minutes to clean, but that's not something the customer has to suffer over. This isn't the first, or third time. This is common behavior that has been pushed aside for too long. Brian do something about it. I can't imagine the look on someone's face that requests an orange dream machine with fresh OJ just to be told "sorry we ran out because the customer before you bought a large cup and we don't have any left". This is not common business practice even post-COVID.

Always make the drinks perfect! The staff is very joyful, the only reason why it's 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the wait

Friendly staff! Great consistent product and it was slow on this particular afternoon. I was in and out in under 5 minutes!

Had a late breakfast here this morning with my sister. I've tried the Vitality Bowls in Willow…read moreGlen, but this is my first time at this location. I ordered the Power Panini, which is a chicken sandwich with pesto, mozzarella, greens, and roasted tomatoes on multigrain wheat bread. Wow was it good. I loved everything about it, including the bread. It was pretty big, too. I asked the cashier if I could get plain apple juice, which wasn't on the menu, and she offered to make a fresh squeezed drink or one from store bought apple juice. I went with store bought and it tasted great. My sister had The Incredibowl, which is organic açaí, different kinds of fruit, granola, almond butter and milk, and honey. She seemed to enjoy it at first and then pushed it away when she got about halfway through. Not sure what happened. The cafe is small and cozy with just a few tables inside and a few more outside. We were the only customers inside, which was nice. The staff was quick to make our food and friendly. I also want to mention they had the best '70s music playing softly overhead. I'll definitely be back for another Power Panini.

We came here today for lunch. This location is off of Cottle next to Marshalls…read more The inside is pretty small with about 4 tables for inside dining. We checked out the menu and then placed our order. The manager waited on us, and he was very nice. My husband ordered the Mighty Med salad, a kombucha, and a nutty bowl. I ordered the Power Panini with chicken and multi-grain bread and a green tea. Luckily, we got there when it wasn't busy, so all tables were available. Our food was brought out to us in a bag, which I thought was weird since we were dining in. My sandwich was hot and very delicious. The chicken was very tender and not dry at all. My green tea was iced cold and refreshing. My husband enjoyed his salad but thought the beef texture was off and tasted old. He said he wouldn't order it again. But the salad part was very good and fresh. He enjoyed his kombucha. He thought the nutty açaí bowl was just okay and didn't taste any peanut butter. We think they forgot to add it. I didn't like the nutty açaí bowl. I didn't care for the flavor. I prefer the açaí bowls at Palmetto Superfoods. I'd probably come back for the sandwich but nothing else.
