I like this place a lot. If I ever have the money to spend on any of my favorite SECRET drinks, I'm getting one. Though they aren't much of a secret anymore. I still haven't found enough courage to leave my favorite secret drinks: White Gummy and Sour Patch kids. I never write reviews but today I was so impressed by Mikayla (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) that I have to say something! My job involves a great deal of customer service so I can recognize and truly appreciate when someone goes above and beyond to provide excellent service and that's exactly what she did! I'd probably rate this Jamba Juice 4 stars for the selection of juices and smoothies etc as I do like Nekar and some other juice places better but I'm going to 5 stars because this little shop is in my opinion the best Jamba Juice I have ever been to and I go to a lot of them. I have actually met the owner one time and the guy was extremely interested in my opinions and how I thought Jamba could improve. The other thing that is great about this store is the employees do a fantastic job of listening to what you want. For example I like having a boost of macha in my carrot juice and they add some soy milk and put it in a bigger cup with ice. If I ask for this anywhere else they get all confused and never get it right. One of my favorite smoothies here is the pomegranate "something" that normally has raspberry ice cream but I don't want the sugar so add in regular raspberries. It always tastes great. They also give you extras on wheatgrass or even smoothies on times they have extra which I think shows to the fact the employees are not just robots but actually use their brains. Wish this was the one near me but will go every time I'm in the area. read more

This is the best Jamba around. They are always very quick even when they seem extremely busy. Their smoothies always taste great. They've only messed up on my drink once and they were so nice about fixing it and did it in a timely manner. I highly suggest going to this Jamba Juice! read more

I have gone to this Jamba Juice dozens of times but no one has ever treated me as well as Ahmad. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by a friendly smile and a gorgeous beard. I went in today for lunch and I ordered a drink with fresh oj. I order this drink every time so I know the difference between fresh and regular oj. I'm really bummed because it wasn't made with fresh Oj, and I can't have the mixed juice without having a stomach reaction. You not only get your drinks right, but you receive great service with a smile. You are valued as a customer and are treated respectfully. I love the positive energy and how you are greeted when you enter the store. This outstanding group of young people know how to listen. The crew wants you happy and appreciate your business. Not all Jamba Juice stores are created equal. I come to this store five to six days a week. You know I love it here!!! citrus squeeze- I don't believe its on the menu anymore but if you like soury citrusy drinks its really good. I don't think they make any bad smoothies though. I would stay away from the food though. We came in to get juice for our softball team in between their 2nd and 3rd games. I placed an order for 14. I am used to juices being made in order of who comes in. These folks ran 2 blenders for everyone else and did MY order on 2 machines. Not only did it take more than 1/2 hour but they made an error on the order and made us even later. Needless to say, the girls had to wait until after their 3rd game because we took so long. Ridiculous! They should have treated my order in normal fashion and made it a priority. This store is amazing! I had made a pick-up order for this morning at the Bernal location. When I showed up to pick it up, the Bernal manager told me they did not have any orders. My order was only 12 drinks and when I tried to re-order the manager said the order was too large and they would not be able to make the drinks. (There were no other customers.. the store was empty..) I said forget it and went to the Santa Teresa location. When I asked if they would be able to make my drinks, the girl told me that normally it would be no problem but they already had a 100 smoothie order. Even though they were unable to make the order, they were very busy and still were apologetic and thought about making it work for me. This is much more than I can say about the Bernal store who could easily have helped me and just refused. I will be using this store only from now on. Thank you! read more

haven't been into a Jamba since I moved from San Diego and I kinda miss it. There is something about a nice smoothy that just makes you feel good inside. Granted I'm not really familar with the whole smoothy process and I am worried that yes there is sugar but so far I think I am doing ok. I almost always get the light menu anyway. Well since it's been a while now imagine my surprise and joy that Jamba now lists on the menu with every single drink an estimate of the calories you are consuming based on size. I was floored. I was so disappointed with this location. The day that I came was probably the hottest day I've ever witnessed in San Jose since I moved here. Being from southern Cali I'm used to heat and the Jamba Juices there are prepared for hot customers! Here, the staff at this Jamba had not idea how to handle a crowd of hot people. When we got there the line barely fit within the store. The cashier line did move fairly fast but the line for picking up your drinks seemed to move in slow motion. They had 4 blenders and only ever seemed to be using 2 at a time. They also had at least 5 employees other than the cashier and only 2 of them ever seemed to be making drinks! The cashier also did not seem to know his stuff because when I asked him what the difference was between a refresher and a regular smoothie he told me that they were out of the refresher ingredients. But I later saw them taking ingredients of boxes labeled for refreshers! By the time we finally got our drink and left, the line was out the door and curving around the store. I'm sure they lost a ton of customers that day with such slow service. read more

Went to this Jamba location earlier today, spent over 10 minutes waiting for my smoothie (only one guy actually making drinks and only 2-3 customers in the store) while the other 5-6 employees are just standing behind the counter laughing, yawning, and socializing. Why do I have to wait for 10 minutes for my drink when you have MORE employees than customers in the store? What exactly do you pay all of these people to do if they aren't making smoothies? I probably could have gotten my drink faster if I would have went to the Jamba Juice at oakridge mall across the street. I ordered a cookies and cream smoothie from this location and received a stomach ache in return. The drink didn't taste like anything as advertised and tasted like more like a banana smoothie. I went and asked why it tasted like this, they explained and offered to remake the drink, but when I asked if I could have a different drink instead they refused. It doesn't make any sense how they would offer to remake the drink I ordered instead of just making a whole different drink since the one I got tasted horrible. I wouldn't recommend coming to this location or buying that drink. read more

The cashier was quite apologetic while taking my order which made the experience slightly more tolerable. This place needs a serious deep cleaning. The baseboards, counters and walls are filthy. They've only been open today for 3 hours and the floors are sticky like they never mopped the night before. They have these young kids in there that are so slow. We waited 25 minutes for our Jamba Juices. They need a good manager to come in and cleanup the place. read more
