Came to this Jamba Juice location one morning on my way into work and decided to try their new organic hot tea blends since I've kicked the coffee habit but still miss having something warm in the morning. I decided to get the perfectly chocolate chai (12 oz, nonfat milk, 170 calories, $2). The chai was pretty strong and would probably just opt for the hot chocolate if I opt for their blends again. I think the phrases I'll use here is, "slow twitch" and possibly "under-staffed" I work right around the corner to this place, and sometimes I just want something fruity, relatively healthy, and most importantly... something to get me through the day. I come here.. and every single time it's unfortunately the same thing. I know, I know, patience is a virtue... but when I have 15 minutes before work, I expect to have at least 5 minutes to get there... especially if i'm the first in line! When I order orange juice it takes 15 minutes. When I order a oatmeal, it takes 15 minutes. When I order a smoothie, it takes 15 minutes. -_-" I think the staff here is used to a pretty slow-pace and I can't be mad at them because when you're not busy... you don't work fast. The girls that have made my drinks were all nice girls, but it'll help greatly if they picked up speed a little. I'm so used to the Jamba Juices on Capitol & McKee and Capitol &Aborn where they will literally shoot out 5-10 drinks within 15 minutes. I've given up going to this place, I go to Pete's next door and order coffee or a cold tea instead which is really unfortunate because I love Jamba Juice. read more

We tried their yogurt whirl-ins today. The service was terrible, 4 people benind the counter and just a few customers there but it took like 20 minutes to get our order. The yogurts, one berry and one mango, both had mint chocolate chips in them, probably remnants from the last flavor that was in there! Came here today to get a breakfast wrap and piña colada before work. I was worried they would take long but was in and out of there pretty fast! So fast that I forgot my breakfast wrap on the counter since I rushed out to get to work. I was bummed! I realized I had forgotten it and quickly turned around to get it. Too late. :/ They had given it to someone after me. The girl behind the register smiled and said not to worry, that she would quickly make me a fresh one. Very nice of her! Got the wrap and went back to work without an empty tummy. :) Their breakfast wraps are yummy! Try the turkey sausage & cheese. Tastes good with the piña colada smoothie. I love Jamba Juice on a hot day... I've tried quite a few of their concoctions over the years and never really had a bad one. Sometimes they can get a little tart, but that's good as they can't all taste like 50% sugar.... I purchased some gift cards a while back and they will give you a few free Jamba cards with the purchase, good for 1 small Jamba drink. Pretty cool... On a side note, these drinks are starting to get somewhat expensive. Guess it depends on who you talk to. I've purchased a decent blender and started to make my own protein smoothies after mountain biking as it's really easy. The blenders here are industrial and can cost over $400. I don't think you need to go that route as you can find a decent blender for under $100. Check some on-line retailers for various blender reviews... read more

This is my "go to" spot when I want Jamba. I have never had any problems with customer service and they are pretty fast with getting the drinks out. It can be a pain sometimes to find parking due to location but not too bad. Otherwise, it's hard to mess this up. I did notice today that I guess they now charge for "boosts". Back in the day it was free. I don't know how long that's been happening but I always thought it was a bit of a joke so it doesn't bother me either way. They also now serve veggie juices and coffee drinks. Various food items as well. read more

Came in yesterday afternoon cuz it was a hot day, and there were only two guys working! I waited five minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I know it's not their fault cuz they're the only ones working but they should at least recognize the customer and whoever runs this place needs to hire more people! Generally speaking, when it comes to corporate chains, one is as good as another. Not so with this Jamba Juice. What sets this location apart from the rest? The employees. While my buddy and I were doing our rounds for the party rental company we work for, we stopped at this one. Gabe was working the register and Cruz, the blender. Both men were friendlier than the usual service you can expect from these establishments and Gabe even struck up a conversation with me. Turns out he's a two job workaholic like myself. I got my Peanut Butter Moo'd, remarkably well done, and got into the truck to continue with work. Didn't even get out of the parking lot without spilling all of my drink on the floor and destroying the cup in the process. The guys not only replaced my drink for free, they gave me some heavy duty rags, some wet, some dry, to clean up the mess. Now that's some customer service. read more

The people here are really awesome and have the perfect Jamba attitude willing to go above and beyond for their guests. I work at the Jamba juice in Santa Clara. Knowing that there is a franchise knowing that my story is a franchise I was going to pay full price without my employee discount. I just like their smoothies. I mention that I work at Jamba myself and they gave me the employee discount which at that was really cool and very nice of them. So if they're willing to do that for me what a thing to do for you? granada hills ca , jamba juice on chatsworth and zelzah has nats all over there store , the drive thru customers have no idea! i was there 4/6/22 the counter was covered with nats i have pics. i requested to speak to the manager she did not come out. the employees were ypung and thought it was funny one female employee sprayed the counter and wiped the nats so theres nats and disinfectant in the air with open grass shots !!! i have contacted the corporate still have not received a call or e-mail. this store needs to be closed and sanatized then replaced with employees that know customer service and wipe down the counters every 30 min. per this is there instructions, to employees, very discusted !!!! this store gets 0 stars. read more

One star for the very outgoing guy that I always see there. I go here all the time since it's close to my home. I went in yesterday and there was something very gross in my drink. I told them and just an "I'm sorry" was said. I mean really? The woman making it wasn't very friendly. All she said was sorry no smile on her face, nothing! My husband and I went to this Jamba today and I couldn't believe how incompetent they were! I asked for a Strawberry Surfrider with light lime sherbet substitute peaches, which would be 2 scoops strawberry and 2 peaches. The girl makes it with all peaches. Ok, fine...not a big deal, it was a mistake. But then the guy blending was just going to throw some strawberries on top and reblend. Really? Don't you think the taste will be a little off with all those peaches?? So she goes to remake it (after me having to ask) and she puts 3 scoops peaches and one strawberry...come on! I typically never write reviews, but after my horrible experience at this Jamba Juice location! I felt that it was very necessary to let the higher-ups know about the terrible customer service! I placed a mobile order through the app hoping that I can receive my smoothie sooner since heading to work! When I arrived I was not greeted nor acknowledged I spoke with one of the ladies letting her know that I had a pick up order. She yelled at me "it's not done I am making smoothies now" instead of saying "what is your name for the pick up oh I am currently making them give me one moment" I understand everybody is having bad days but we are all humans it does not kill to be kind!!! Even though I live closer to this location, I probably will never go back! Plus it's a dollar extra for the small compared to the location I typically go to on Ventura Boulevard! They make a good smoothie about 50% of the time. My favorite is the PB & Banana Protein. Half the time it tastes great, and half the time if tastes like chalk. Today I got one that didn't seem to have any PB or banana in it. No more Jamba Juice for me, not worth the gamble of whether or not it's going to taste like an actual smoothie. read more
