I've been coming to this Starbucks for years, probably since they opened several years ago. It's in a new-ish mini "strip mall" that's quite small, but conveniently has underground parking. There's a subway and some medical stuff here. PSA: The incline to flat transition going in and out of the garage is severe - if you have a lower car, take the exit at an angle, otherwise, severe scrapers! The store is cozy by Starbucks standards, with some lounger type chairs, small tapes, and high tops. So it's a more "intimate" Starbucks to hang out at and relax. The drinks have always been fine/good here and the baristas typical Starbucks friendly. With the new Starbucks "welcoming" policy where they have to write something on the cup, you get all kinds of interesting but typical messages. However, I couldn't decipher this one the last time I came here to visit. Is it a "2", "Z", the Loch Ness Monster? Unsure, but it's fine. I'd probably be deliriously scrawling abstract art after doing a 100 of these a day. So all around, good Starbucks, convenient location right off the freeway, and you'll almost always find parking. read more

I was parched after an appointment so, I decided to stop into this Starbucks. It is located in a small strip mall with limited parking. The seating is spacious outside where you can enjoy the weather. The inside has several tables. The service was friendly and welcoming. My drink was made in minutes of ordering. Iced Mango Cream Matcha - flavorful that you could taste the mango flavor. It was a refreshing drink. read more

Just realized I posted my last review against the wrong Starbucks. It was meant for the one at 624 Blossom Hill Rd. This Starbucks on Los Gatos Blvd is quite a bit smaller, has fewer seatings indoors/outdoors, and it's harder to find parking unless you use their underground parking. I would still come here to pick up a mobile order sometimes, if someone else would drive and wait in the car while I dash in to grab our drinks so that we wouldn't have to find parking. read more

No idea if I went on an off day or if this is a typical day since this is my first time ordering from this Starbucks. This Starbucks is surrounded by health clinics; therefore, a ton of workers frequent this location. However, experiencing other multiple locations with similar characteristics, I never had to wait for my drink especially for 18 minutes (and no I did not order a complicated/customized drink)... additionally, they made my drink wrong but I drank it anyways because I was not going to wait another +18 minutes. Baristas were nice but you can tell, sadly, it's very superficial. Lots of sitting indoors and outdoors. Twenty minutes parking with tight spaces surrounding the building but there is also underground parking with larger spaces. Will I come back? Highly unlikely. Although I appreciate finally having my first holiday drink in the United States! read more

I've been going here regularly about once every 2 weeks for many years. The service is usually good. Some times I see a familiar face at the register and they know my name and order right away so that's nice. In the last year I go much less often since they stopped carrying the yogurt with strawberry and granola cups as those were a favorite. The new versions are awful, lol. Also I have to complain about dogs in the store. Apparently they don't have a policy or don't enforce it. Today some guy brought in his huge shaggy dog next to me in line and it smelled. :-( read more

Stopped by this location right before a doctor's appointment. The 2 baristas working behind the counter were very nice. The one that took my order was super helpful. I was telling her I was bummed how they discontinued toffee nut and she was able to recommend pistachio which is really good. I'll definitely be back. read more

This has to be the most convenient Starbucks in los gatos/san jose area off of hwy 85. I'm hooked on their venti oak brown sugar shaken espresso It's really delicious . The staff here (barrista) are super nice I always tip them a few bucks. read more

The workers that were there when my brother (23 y/o) and me (30 y/o) walked in completely ignored us for like 5-10 minutes until I spoke up to the only female worker who had her back turned making breakfast sandwiches. We were apparently in front of the mobile order pick-up but neither of the two male baristas facing us acknowledged us despite making eye contact with us several times. We ordered and paid but the customer service was nonexistent, despite the lack of customers and it being extremely slow. The young men working gave off very entitled energy! My bf goes to pick it up and it straight up brown???? Where's the oak milk??? Where's the cold foam????? So freaking disappointing. I'm not sure why the lackluster reviews, but both times I've come in here have been great. Pre- Covid this was a bustling Starbucks that was usually packed from mostly people who were coming in for their to- go orders. The interior doesn't really have too much of a "cozy" feel and parking is sparse right in front. Both times I have come, I had to park in the underground garage. No biggie. The walk isn't far at all. This location is perfect for when you exit off the freeway and need some coffee. It also happens to be right across from Good Samaritan Hospital. The service here is efficient, friendly, and quick. When I came in the other day, it was nice to see a clear path taped on the floor to direct incoming foot traffic toward the register. In the waiting area, there were clearly marked "spots" for where you could stand to enforce social distancing. Get your coffee fix. Can't go wrong here. read more

Christine may have been having a bad morning but bringing that kind of energy to work and giving attitude to a paying customer who is not giving attitude is not only unnecessary but absolutely unprofessional and RUDE. I get that this location gets busy in the morning but this is not how someone wants to start their day when they are just trying to grab her coffee. Thank goodness her other coworker with long greenish hair in a ponytail was super sweet and noticed that their coworker was being rude and tried to sweeten the awkwardness and situation as I was so shock the way Christine was speaking to me. These guys had doors locked at 7:22 pm when published closing time is 7:30. This is not right. They saw me outside and shook their heads as in saying "we're closed." If your employees have to do 1/2 hour of closing duties, state your published closing time as 7 pm so employees can leave by 7:30. This is one of my favorite Starbucks. The baristas go out of their way to make sure that whatever you order that it is prepared just right. I must also add that the cashiers are always so nice. I love the feel good vibe of the cafe. The store is beautifully set up with all the extra coffee accessories perfectly lined up on the shelves waiting to go home with you. Without question I am not fan of Starbucks in general. Unless you are getting a mixed coffee beverage, the plain old regular black coffee is meh at best. I usually stick to the iced tea when I go. SO why the 4 stars you may wonder. First and foremost the crew that was on today (around 11am) was super friendly and personable. The customer service experience was excellent. The other reason? They had the coffee ground out for collection. Since that is and of itself kind of a bizarre statement so a little explanation is in order. Many Starbucks (and the whole corporation) claim to save the grounds for anybody interested to use for compost or as a general soil amendment. I gather its a bit of a pain because every Starbucks I have ever been into, including the one less than a 1/4 of a mile from my house, NEVER have any available. I have stopped asking. Not this outpost. They had a 20 pound bag of grinds ready to go as If I had called ahead. Perfect to add to my composter. Compost aside the iced tea I had was pretty good. read more

Parking kind of sucks, There's very little and it's super crowded, plus it's hard for cars to turn around because it's almost as narrow as a one lane road. The drinks are made really well, we got a café latte and a pumpkin spice latte. The cake pops are awesome, and I also got a cheese danish. The cheese danish felt like it was soaked in a bit too much oil. It felt like an over oily donut texture with a dollop of cheese in the middle. Haven't had a Danish like this before, but still not bad to satisfy an afternoon snack craving. read more

I was visiting another business in the same building and it was my birthday so I decided to stop in and get my free birthday drink. There were a few other customers in the place but it was not too busy. And since no one can actually hangout anymore with Covid restrictions, it was all to-go folks. I ordered my Grande chai latte with soy and a piece of pumpkin bread. I paid with the Starbucks app which allowed me to use my birthday coupon. All I had to pay for was the bread. Both items came up fast. The chai was how I like. A bit of spice but not too strong. Some Starbucks will put in too many pumps of chai and it gets too spicy. This one was good. Also some that they heat up the pumpkin bread. Its one of my favorites and since they have it year round now, I get it often. A good local Starbucks. read more

This is the only Starbucks that doesn't screw up my drink. There was a guy that used to work there... thank god hes gone because what a hot mess he was. I emailed the district manager once about it. Maybe he made a change? Top 3 Barista's hands down is Brandon, Connor and the chick with the color hair. They remember me, my drink and can multitask like no other. Before my appointment at Samaritan, I had to try and gulp down more freaking water but w/o something sweet or savory consumption, drinking plain water is an impossible mission so I drove across the street (parking is TINY, BTW) to get me a spinach wrap. Lines were long but was executed rather quickly. Kudos. The wrap took a bit of time but that is because it needed to be thrown in the convection.. the spinach wrap is the only thing that I saw that was close to being guilt-free or "healthy" but it was very bland so for those diet fanatics, bring Tapatio for flavoring!
