I like to come here with the little kids I take care of as a special treat. They love this place. They love being able to get their own "ice cream" and toppings. I wish they would have a smaller container instead of giant ones. I mean I know why they do it but I have to stop the kids from filling up their giant bowls. 1) it would be super expensive because it is weighed and 2) the kids never finish it or even come close so it's such a waste. I was then transferred to a team lead named Amanda, and I had to explain the entire situation again from the beginning. What was especially frustrating was that the issue was not about placing a specific order, it was about an apparent problem with the DoorDash menu configuration. Rather than recognizing that this likely required escalation to a manager, owner, or corporate support team, I was repeatedly asked what I wanted to order. I ultimately had to suggest that the matter be escalated myself. Amanda did eventually take my contact information, but by that point a significant amount of time had been spent explaining the same issue multiple times. As a customer, I expected a smoother process and a clearer path for reporting a problem that store level employees may not have been able to resolve themselves. I would appreciate having the DoorDash menu reviewed to ensure that all available flavors and ordering options are accurately represented. I have been to 2-3 Yogurtland shops in the South Bay, and they all sell fro-yo at 75 cts/ oz. It appears some of the reviews have math errors, so let's see if I can help..... 1-lb = 16-oz, so 16-oz x 75 cts = $12....so 1-lb of fro-yo is $12.00 (The tare weight is 0.6 oz., cup weight) My to-go order was 9.0 oz @ $0.75=$6.75 - no tax or fees So those stock photos of big servings of fro-yo w/ toppings, must cost over $20. So it gets pretty expensive if you load up your cup. I like to sample flavors, and maybe load up on fruity fro-yo. The other day I served up.....Mango, Citrus, chocolate, rocket pop. The fro-yo had a good thick creamy texture. I liked the fruity flavors. The cashier had more experience, and was able to answer questions. Fro-Yo was 75 cts /oz, and there's a service fee for eating indoors. The service fee is for enjoying your dessert inside, so take that yogurt to-go! Ambiance? My kids love this place and all I think of is how overpriced it is. It averages $8-9 per kid for what amounts to frozen yogurt and some candy toppings. Poor reviews based on the price, I get it. But everything else is high too! Someone posted one pound would be $60. Who is buying one pound? LOL Why I love this place, always fresh fruit and they got a variety! They just got blueberries back now since they're in season and they're really high quality (not old and tiny). Flavors are endlessly rotating out and you can try the flavors by asking the front. The aisle where toppings are tend to be 100% spotless despite there always being people inside. 10/10 read more

I was in this place the other night with my young son and I saw the red headed cashier / worker tell a patron who was there with her granddaughter to "F" off twice. And used her hand gestures at same time. The patron did not antagonize. All she said was thank you and it was clear this worker was not happy cause it was closing time. It was so appalling and uncomfortable to see especially in a family environment. I see from other reviews this worker has done things before. Normally I wouldn't post a review but I feel like this employee needs to know it's not ok to act like this in customer service. Maybe wrong field for this person but it was so rude and I will never go into yogurtland again if these are the kind of employees behavior they allow. I just received thee worst service today at 2:35pm from the older Asian man who i believe is the manager. My family and I frequent this location on a weekly basis, all the employees know who we are, including him! Every visit, no smile, no Hi, Hello, Welcome, Thank you, have a good day. Just a negative, cold and bitter experience with him. As a rewards member I was well aware of the 20th anniversary celebration today so I of course wanted to go in and get our "large collectors 20th anniversary spoon". The store was packed, everyone was handed a spoon except my husband and I. We paid, sat down and half way through I got up and realized we didnt get one after seeing everyone around us with one,but why? So I asked him if I could please collect my large spoon from him. He asks me, "How much did you spend"? Points to the sign stating $15 purchase. We clearly spent $20-22 on our cups of yogurt. He then starts pulling out receipts asking what we bought. I was embarrassed and appalled. He then hands me the spoon with a filthy look on his face. No "My apologies", "Im sorry", nothing! Service could improve. Every time I come in to get yogurt on a Sunday, the machines are blinking. This tells me the yogurt must be low for those flavors. This young man never checks the machines. He just stands at the register when there is no customers ready to check out. He doesn't know how yo multi task, which he should do, just to check the machines. Does he have to wait until a customer tells him there is no yogurt coming out of the machine? It is not the customer's job to tell him. He should be on top of what is going on with the yogurt machines. Almost every Sunday I have come in this store, the machines are blinking. Twice I had to ask this young man that the flavor ran out. I have been bringing my girls, who are now 6 & 8, here for years. They have consistently had a great assortment of flavors and a great assortment of toppings. We went to another Yogurtland and that one had a limited number of machines hence limited flavors and after that experience we only go to this one. The staff has been consistently pleasant and they keep the inside (and outside area) neat and clean. Even at the height of the pandemic when they had to limit the number of people inside and had to get it for you, they did an awesome job delivering great customer service. We always enjoy coming to Yogurtland it's nice that the flavors change and I feel like the price is reasonable. We like to try new flavors/toppings there is usually room to sit when we go. You serve yourself so it's pretty simple to get and put what you want. If you want to sample just ask for some sample cups when you walk in. Place has been clean every time we've gone too. read more

I would say about three or four customers are allowed in the store at any given time. There was hand sanitizer available by the check out. The masked employee will do everything, from getting the cup to pressing the lever. You basically don't touch the cup until after you pay for it. I don't think samples are allowed at this time. There were a large number of flavors that were not offered or not mixed and ready to serve. It felt sort of sad not seeing a variety of different flavors and them taping off a bunch of flavors and the entry section. They had a new very tart version of the plain tart, which was nice. This is easily the best dessert place. Our entire family love going here. Our kids are always asking us to take them here - and honestly we enjoy it as much as they do. The ambience is fantastic, the place is always clean and the folks working there, are super friendly and helpful. They always have an awesome collection of yogurt flavors and toppings. My personal favorite is the strawberry and my wife loves the plain tart. We recently found this location and we are now regulars :) We love this location honestly bc everytime we go we are greeted by the sweetest most friendliest employee named Julia and we see her literally everytime we go. She's always so helpful and she remembered us even the second time we went. Tables are always wiped down and the staff is always coming by to wipe down the toppings to keep everything clean. I love that they have a variety of nondairy options, such as strawberry lemonade, watermelon, dark chocolate, lemonade, and rocket pop throughout the year. All of the sorbets are great. However, the toppings are mediocre at best. Whenever I go in here, even in the middle of fruit season, the fruit is brown and mushy. The maraschino cherries are dry, and all of the chocolate is stale. Even the mochi is too chewy. The fro-yo is great, but I'd skip the toppings. Service: 2/5. On occasion, the servers are very nice. They're also generous with the buy-one get-one coupons and don't just charge the price of the most expensive one! However, much of the time, the service is lacking. I often enter and there's no one behind the counter at all to ask for sample cups, etc. They also seem to stare you down while you're adding toppings as if you're somehow moving too slowly and they NEED to ring you up, even when the restaurant is empty. Facilities: 2/5. Major points loss for the removal of the water dispenser. It used to indicate that they cared about their customers and were willing to add an extra touch. However, it closed, "due to the drought." Though water authorities are very clear that we should combat the drought by cutting back on lawn watering, etc, not drinking water, Yogurtland still used the drought as an excuse not to serve water. While this Yogurtland is very clean and tidy, it seemed excessively formal and restrained. They give out a meted 2 sample cups (other Yogurtlands tend to provide a basket for you to take as many tasting cups as you would like). In addition, the owner was interviewing candidates and it seemed as if it was a very frugal and overly managed environment. Never even once has anyone been as stingy with sample cups as owner (I'm guessing) of this place. My son and I came in and he gave us 3 sample cups. Then we asked for more and he laughed and gave us 2 more. I asked, "is there a limit"? And he said some bs I couldn't understand about limit for adults and children.
