I had a simple request: poached egg, medium well, not runny, and not light yellow. This served as part of iJava's delightful Beef Bacon Benedict. Chef Sergio delivered with literally the BEST poached egg i have ever had in a restaurant. I asked who was the creator of this delectable delight, and learned that it was Chef Sergio. I'm told he previously worked at the Left Bank. And credit where credit is due, the staff was friendly, warm, and attentive. And they heard my request and delivered it to Sergio so he could make my breakfast dreams come true. Thank you, Sergio and thank you to everyone at iJava for a wonderful start to my day.
