She was able to make everyone's drink in a timely manner which impressed me. That was amazing. Mobile ordered my smoothie ahead of time because I was in a little bit of a rush to get to a drive-by graduation this morning. I get there and they seem to be in a rush and when I ask about my drink, one of the girls working kind of looks at the mobile ordering screen, doesn't confirm the status of my drink, it goes back to working on whatever they were trying to finish. Being a Food service worker myself, I know that sometimes things get a little busy and you have to focus on one thing. However, the workers did not offer any sort of acknowledgment that they would start working on my drink soon or apology for not getting to the drink sooner in the midst of the rush. I decided to eat in my car and came back about five minutes later, which was after the designated time my drink was supposed to be ready. At that point, everyone who was waiting for their drinks had left, but they didn't start working on my drink until I had come in and they had to check again what it was. The apology for it being late was adequate at best, but this smoothie itself? Sucks pretty bad not gonna lie be better y'all. read more

I visit this location multiple times per week and order various items. The smoothies and bowls are great, however, customer service is lacking. When you arrive, don't expect a warm greeting. While there are a few employees who are patient, like Mauricio, others, like Krystal, present themselves in a rude manner. I have attempted to order multiple items over the few weeks and have been told, with attitude, that items are "out" or "discontinued." Jamba Juice should consider a refresher course on customer service and send more mystery shoppers to this location more often to review these standards. read more

Horrible time management. I write this after the 3rd bad experience at this location within the past week and a half. This was my last chance to them. I asked for a egg, sausage burrito so it could be quick. Please tell me why it takes 13minutes (yes I timed it) to TOAST IT... they don't have to make it and I got it AFTER 2 people behind me got their smoothies. It's a burrito, all you have to do is heat it up which can be down between making smoothies. Other times I've gone in they are out of bananas, take 20min for my lunch sm, and have left my sandwichS partially cold. read more

I don't understand why doors get closed earlier when your hours are until 10pm. Me & my boyfriend got there at 9:55 & doors were already closed. My boyfriend tried to get the attention from one of the employees who was still inside working by politely knocking on the window. After waiting and being ignored for 5 minutes (when I'm 100% sure he noticed us) we gave up & left to Starbucks. If your hours aren't like said to be, I would suggest making that change before making other people drive up here for nothing. read more

I walked in to Jamba Juice and there was Nancy and efrain working. Nancy was obviously the one to take cash and make drinks, efrain was doing dishes. As I walked in Nancy was at the end counter talking with some girls who had drinks. No acknowledgement what so ever. I stood at the register for a cool minute. Still not being acknowledged. Efrain noticed, stopped washing dishes and quickly came over. He rang me up and called Nancy over to help put in the amount I gave him.... she showed him and went to talk with the girls again... my order sitting there, efrain had went back to dishes. Still recognizing that Nancy was still with the same girls, he once again put down the dishes, grabbed the receipt and looked at charts to make what I was ordering, a small strawberry surf rider. He went to scoop the lime, and asked Nancy which one. Again, she stepped away helped and went chatting with the girls again. I want to thank efrain for the customer service. The drink here was fantastic. I got the White Gummy drink and it tasted exactly like what it sounds like. The best part of all was one of the workers, I think her name is Brenda.
