First time trying out this Jamba Juice place. It was located in a huge shopping center. This place is close to a Dunkin Donuts. There's plenty of parking and the area has a nice view of the nearby hangar. I did an online order so I could pick up and go to run more errands. Upon arriving, the order was done and ready to grab and go. Got a chance to try their new breakfast mini sandwich and a smoothie. The smoothie was good; made the same as any other Jamba Juice place. The mini breakfast was indeed very mini. And the price was like $4... it was good like for a quick snack, but I don't recommend getting it every morning for breakfast. Luckily I had a T-Mobile Tuesday deal. At least I had a chance to try their new food items and a reason to stop by for a refreshing smoothie. If you're in the area, this place is nice to stop by. I usually go here from time to time during my break to get my White Gummi fix. They're always fast and accurate with my orders! Even when it was busy and there was a girl (who may be the lead) teaching a new employee, they still got my order out quickly and accurately! Their pastries look good too and always ready and warm! I love Jamba Juice but this was not it. Saw the girl behind the counter touch the filthy floor to pick up a piece of trash. Then proceeds to make my drink with no gloves. Some companies and employees understand customer service - and this location absolutely does. I go here nearly everyday. I would NEVER go as often, if it weren't for the added efforts by employees. Simply offering the extra smoothie blend in the blender, in an added cup for my kids or myself (as they would throw away it anyways) has turned a $50 yr customer into a $200-300 month customer. Only room for improvement I see is, Sometimes the taste differs depending on whom makes the drink, but same with any other food or beverage service ...always clean facility, positive/nice interactions , and prompt delivery . read more

Today, I tried to order ahead of time by giving them a call, however, I could hear the Call being picked up and then hung up. This happened three times. I called in five minute intervals to see if they were busy, however, I was never answered. As soon as I walk in, I see Bry on the register, working on charts. I stand in front of her for a good minute waiting for her to be done, and she didn't realize I was ready to order until I let her know I was ready. I am also aware of the greeting policy, which I never got. When I ordered, I had asked for a banana a berry. So when I got my smoothies, I went home to find out they were Razzmatazzes. I come here all the time! usually I just get one of their great smoothies but today I decided to try one of their bowls. I got their island pitaya bowl. I am sad to say it wasn't that great. the toppings were okay except i got about 1 large strawberry and barley any coconut. It was the base that was a deal breaker. I wish I could give this review a zero but there's no option to.. after Reading the reviews about this worker Bri and having my own experience with her I believe this employee NEEDS TO BE FIRE! Like this is ridiculous. On may 10, I came into Jamba Juice to order my white gummy and bri was on register. As soon as I walk she had nasty face given towards me which I did not appreciate especially knowing there is a greeting code but I didn't receive any of that. When I was ordering I asked her to scan my rewards, and she was just so rude about it saying " well don't you have the app" in a nasty tone. After I payed she made my drink in a MINUTE?!?? like there was effort behind it. But since I was in a rush I didn't pay attention to it or had time to try it on that moment. I made it to my hair appointment and finally tried my drink. This was the worst drink I have ever had for Jamba Juice, and I have been getting the same drink for years. It tasted like water, no flavor at all. There were still chucks of mango not even blended to the drink. After my hair appointment, I was so mad that was my only meal basically so I went back. I see Bri again I asked her for a refund because why am I gonna ask her to basically make another horrible drink?? she said that the refund would be sent to me in a couple days and it's officially been a month and haven't received it. Jamba Juice hire new people and train them better. But all in all sorry to be straight up it clears a day she shouldn't be working there anymore. The cashier talked very expressively in contrast to my avoidance of saying anything. I felt less comfortable being there due to the difference in personalities when interacting. There was no line so it didn't take much time to come out. It tasted good. I think it was a school day so there were a bunch of teenagers hanging outside. They minded their own business though. When I got the smoothie it was all watery and they didn't even blend the peanut butter chunks into the rest of the smoothie. Although I love your smoothies, I hadn't been in so long. Menu has changed, couldn't tell the prices, and when I inquired, I was told to look at the menu for what I was trying to order. So NOT helpful! No one smiled when we walked in or greeted us. We were the only ones in there, so they weren't even busy. Was excited to try a JJ since it's been a few years and the locations by me had closed. Glad to see they're coming around. Today I ordered a fruit smoothie with a vitamin boost. I was surprised that it was not the strong flavor and tart taste as I recall. This blend was flavorless and watery. Similar to the ice from a leftover drink. The items they sell are all standardized, so if you have been to one, you have pretty much sampled the food at all of them. What is nice is that this place has plenty of seating, along with a patio area, so if you want to relax while you have your smoothie, you can.
