The employee greeted me but way to busy too stop what she was doing to acknowledge me. She asked if I had a mobile order and I said yes yet insisted to take orders before having me pay. Tonight, the lights were on, it looked open but doors were locked and no staff could be seen. Customer service is also impeccable specifically to Ashley, very welcoming and always does above and beyond. I always have one specific order and she always make it extra special. Unplanned stop in as I was in the center for other business. Its been a while so decided to get my old favorite, pina coolada:) Asked Alexoe to 86 the bananas casue they get clumpy and slimy and stuck in the straw...not cool! She offered to blend it longer or she suggested strawberries as a substitute. I decide dto give it a try and Alexie was right...its delish!! I don't like to bash on any business, but this is important for any vegans out there.. I ordered a smoothie bowl, which was good, but I saw what they call their "sweet belgian waffle" and wanted to try it. I am vegan so I asked the guy if there is any dairy or egg in the waffle. He said no I don't think so, no there's not. I was skeptical so I asked him to check to make sure. He opened what must be the master book of all the products and their ingredients, looked like he read it, and told me no dairy and no egg were in this item. How exciting for a vegan right? ..... not so fast. I ate a few bites, and then something just told me to look it up for myself. I went to the website and pulled up the waffle and it's nutrition info/ingredients. What do I see? "BUTTER, MARGARINE, EGGS"... AND an allergen statement that says "INCLUDES MILK AND EGGS". Like I said, I don't want to hate on any business, but this is unacceptable. Maybe I can give the employee the benefit of the doubt and say that he didn't know that butter/margarine are in the category of dairy. (some people somehow don't know that which I don't understand but okay) but the EGGS!! Come on. It says EGGS. That is just a lie to tell me that it doesn't. Lesson learned- to always check for myself But i am upset because I am vegan because I love animals so morally I am a little bummed out. I am also allergic to dairy.... not deathly allergic like I won't die, but there are some people who are extremely allergic, and by the employees not knowing what constitutes as dairy, that's asking for an eventual lawsuit. I just when in there to order some smoothies for me and a couple of coworkers. I waited patiently for 10 + min as the two employees fiddled with the register, one customer ahead of me. When it was turn, everything was fine until it came to payment. I had a large order for 5, clearly going above $25 dollars. I gave her a fifty and was told they don't accept bills bigger than a $20. No where near the register was there signage that stated this policy. If you they would have clearly posted it I wouldn't have wasted my lunch waiting in line. A lack of understanding of customer service will be detrimental to this establishment. Let this be a reminder that customer service ranges from customer to customer and needs to be adjusted accordingly with the situation. Not to mention that the cashier kept my coupon. read more

I placed an order and still wasn't ready even after 30 minutes. The stuff here is asleep. I can say from experience from working at Jamba Juice when I was in my teens. These kids are running on turtle speed. I would make like 6 smoothies in 2mintues and the ly struggle with 2. Not the first time I wait forever and have to cancel my order. I generally love Jamba Juice but today they really disappointed me. As I waited for my drink for 5 minutes, I was not acknowledged and I witness the cashier take the bathroom key stick from a customer coming out the bathroom and take money from the customers he was helping. Then, go directly to the back to finish making drinks without washing his hands. This is highly unsanitary and concerning. I'm unsure of the gentlemen's name but he was working today, 12/21/20, at 6:50pm and hope that he can be educated on proper hygiene when it comes to preparing others food. read more

Poor customer service model. Charged me to add honey to a drink that they had made already. The drink wasn't sweet So I went back for them to add honey. I came in this morning wanting a peach pleasure. The worker told me they did not have it I meant a peach perfection. Ok said. Showed her my QR scan and I turned it every which way without her helping me and I said I guess it is not working so I give you my phone number. She said it does. Or work sometimes. The cashier, who wasn't wearing a name tag, all I remember is that he was exceptionally hairy. The first problem I have is that he made my drink wrong and when I asked him to remake it, instead of apologizing he thought he was "hooking it up." Also was very slow to give my change back to me when I gave him cash and kept staring at me blankly while he did it. Had a bad experience with this location last night , I got to the store about 8:30 pm and from the sign on the door is says that they close at 10pm . The person that took my order was a guy named Ricki , very unprofessional and don't have good customer service. I wanted to get a açaí bowl and he told me no because he didn't feel like getting all of the stuff out to prep the bowl because he was cleaning up for the night , I asked about the wheat grass shot , he said no I can not get any because the machine just got cleaned , so when asked what is available he told me that I'm very limited with the choices of the menu . I've never had this experience before , and I would expect this if I would've came in there 5 mins before closing but being that there was a whole other hour and I was limited to what to get I was not very pleased and not satisfied at all. read more

Super quick and easy. Came here for lunch and ordered my go-to Surf Rider with an Energy Boost. I also tried their Pitaya Bowl which was pretty good. I did notice the Pitaya is a clear juice-like liquid added to the ice and other ingredients. The bowl was good but I don't think I will order it again seeing that the bowl was only a few dollars cheaper then an actual Pitaya Bowl so I would rather spend my money on something larger and better quality. read more
