Just like my quest for coffee, searching for a cool, refreshing smoothie turns up only chain stores as answers. I used to work for the little man (actually two men). Sadly, the little men are out of business. Damnit, I wanna support the local businesses! Ah, alas, time and again, we turn to Jamba Juice, This place has got it down. They train their workers right, who turn out consistently good smoothies, and you never taste the grit of the boosts. And they're fast, even though they can be overrun by tourists and locals alike on a hot, sweaty day, I've never waited more than 15 minutes (and I swear there were at least 15 other people in the store with me). This is the second visit in a row where they got my order wrong. This time, I came in a little before 7 am.. I was the only person there. I ordered a cold buster. They made it quick but probably because they weren't paying attention to what I ordered. She poured it into the cup and said it was an orange dream. Wtf. Smh. It's too early in the morning to deal with your incompetence. I'm your only customer, you haven't even been open for HALF AN HOUR and you mess this up, you guys need to retrain or find a different job. i really enjoy jamba juice in general. But in this location you would have to wait for at least 10 mins in line and another to wait for your drink. just observing the workers, i can tell someone was struggling which was a young man in the black shirt. i can tell he was really stressed but still handled the store like a total boss! the rest of the girls totally slacked off and let him do all the work.. this isn't how you cooperate in the store and give the instructions to one person handling 10 PEOPLE IN LINE. this store is very busy in general but im glad one of the workers could handle such a hassle! good job young man! I came in on 4/7/21 around 5pm or so. Clayton, the young man with blue eyes and the cross earrings (sorry if I misspelled his name or got it wrong) had AMAZING customer service. I did not know what drink I wanted to get and he was so attentive at helping me pick a flavor! He was so kind and patient and made the experience 10x better! Amazing work. I guess it depends who's working but sometimes my drinks are filled to the top like it should be and sometimes there's a CLEAR two inch space maybe even more from the lid. I'm paying $5-6 for this and I get empty space? Came here the other day and got something different, I got the matcha one and my bf ordered the white gummy. They have the 2 for $10 deal again. Waited for the order, the girl called out "matcha and mango a go go" and we thought it was someone else's order but they walked out, and we realized it was ours. Guess she saw the confusion on our face and asked the cashier and she was like oops they ordered the orange dream. Still wrong but whatever, she offered to make the "correct" drink by declined. Didn't bother to let her know we ordered the white gummy not orange dream or mango a go go. Usually come here to buy a chocolate strawberry bowl and it's filled up to the top. Came to buy one today and it wasn't filled to the top and was kind of melted. Was excited to try the new Impossible sandwhich (vegan patty) and also wanted to see if it was like the Starbucks Impossible Sandwhich. Ordered and was disappointed we got a egg spinach sandwhich thing. Called jamba and told them the order was wrong & the girl answered because new cashier etc. and so come in to get the right order. Sent my aunt in to retrieve the right order and opened the bag when we got home & got the same egg sandwhich. Got home called them and corrected whoever answered at jamba that the Impossible Sandwhich is supposed to have a vegan patty in it and said that they shouldnt say the impossible sandwhich has an egg in it and thats how it comes and also if they dont have the impossible sandwhich they shouldnt say they hv it. Then called the jamba juice in kunia and asked the worker if they hv the impossible sandwhich and he answered yes the sandwhich with the vegan patty. First of all, the cashier didnt put my coupon on so she over charged me and then made one of my smoothies watery. It wasn't thick as usual. I wasn't gonna go back to make the coupon right, but since I was unhappy with smoothies, I went back. Since I work near by, I will return to this location. But one morning on a Starbucks/Jamba run for work I ordered the 16oz oatmeal. That bowl was half full, the workers looked at me wondering if I was gonna say anything, but I couldn't because I was in a rush to get back to work and since I was in a good mood I didn't want to be the b*tchy customer that starts everyones day off. Don't know if the bowl is suppose to be half full when I could've just stick to my usual 12oz? But I'm dissapointed in the co-workers for not communicating to each other that there's not enough oatmeal, and could've given me a refund or since I was in a rush write down my name and the next time I return give me credit for something else? Tropical dragon, tastes amazing! Unlike other reviews, I didn't get ripped off on the portion. But the flat bread. Let's just say it looks nothing like the picture and is about an entire fist smaller than it looked. A little burnt, but good taste. Young lady at the counter was very friendly and informative. The store was clean and music was not too loud. They really don't deserve a 4 nor a 5. But I'd say 4.5 is fair. Unfortunately I don't have that option. Jamba Juice is Jamba Juice, service is just so bad here I'd rather drive the 20 minutes instead of the few just to get better service, girls were slow and very sloppy even wasteful and I'm usually not one to complain but they could have at least made some samples for other people my gosh! I love this place. I mostly order the apple and greens. I add all the good for you add ins. Everyone is so friendly an know me by name. That's always a nice touch. Even when there busy the 2 guys that mix the drinks always make time to say hello an ask how my day is. :) very awesome customer service. I frequent Jamba Juice religiously, really had a bad visit today though. First they got drink order incorrect after I re verified it, then I got a sausage burrito and it was still frozen. I would have still gave 4 stars but then she put my half eaten burrito into the microwave. Not only do I think I should have just gotten a new one but I don't think you should put half eaten food into a place where everyone's current food is going to be placed. Just for sanitary reasons. I give this rating five stars because my family & I absolutely love love love this place! Although I wish they stayed open longer it's still good! My family's favorites are either the Strawberry Dream or the Orange Dream. & we ALWAYS order a large & split some into two keiki cups for our little ones while the rest fits into a small regular cup. So I live right up the road from here and I'm somewhat partial to it. Everytime I go in I'm greeted and nothing but smiles from the employees. Anytime I have a question about something they're always helpful; and I like to pick brains about what I'm paying for. Four patrons who arrived after me, received multiple drink orders and left, while my order was barely started. I, finally, spoke to the young lady who took my order regarding the extreme amount of time I had waited and the other young woman working with her commenced to making the bowls. Unfortunately, she put coconut in them, so they threw them away and start over again. The young woman who took my order told me I could get a refund and I explained to her that I didn't want a refund I want my food.
