I would just like to say that I went into the store thinking I was gonna buy and enjoy a large orange dream, but as I walked in, as soon as I opened the door I immediately turned around. I usually go for ice cream or an icee on a hot day, but when I'm feeling a bit healthy - I'll go for a smoothie. This Jamba Juice is the closest to me but not one I frequent too often. On all my visits, service isn't the quickest. The amount of smoothie they give is also not consistent. At times, the cup is filled to the lid and other times not. I do like their acai bowls, however. The acai primo bowl comes with bananas and blueberries topped with coconut, almond slices, granola, honey, and pumpkin seeds. read more

We got the Orange Carrot Karma, and it tasted exactly like carrot juice and ice. I don't know where the orange, mango or banana went. Also, we got the large, and there was almost an inch of space between the smoothie and the top of my cup... About the difference between a medium and large... So why were we charged for the large?! The second smoothie we got was the greens and ginger--my favorite of late if it's made well. That, too, was not filled to the top like it should be. This Jamba Juice location has TERRIBLE customer service. I came in yesterday and waited for 15 minutes, not even being acknowledged by ANY employees. I did not even get an apology for waiting and every single worker looked at me while I waited the 15 minutes to even place my order. Today I come in again hoping to get better service and again, not acknowledged and there was only one other person waiting for their order. Been planning to get my Jamba on since my hubby raves about how drinking Jamba juice helped him get over his cold. The store front advertised new recipes and a female chef wong. I wanted to try but I opted for a cold buster instead, since that's what I was in need of at the time. There was 1 customer before me, but she was a quick one. The staff that helped me was friendly and patient. Because I have a cold, my ears are plugged so I could barely hear her over the sound of the blender. When I ordered my cold buster, she called it something else but I couldn't hear her...I just said, Sure! I also ordered a keiki sized chocolate mood for my son. She quickly added that certain drinks are not made for keiki sized cups. To fix that, I told her to give me a small and split it. My son wanted a lemon loaf, which they offered to warm. I like the workers, it really depends on the time and day you come in but it's a give or take kind of place, for the reviews saying that it's busy or the workers seem dead, I must say, they work all day and are active 90% of the time, also people complain about it being busy but not take into consider on when they come in and the fact that Waikele is a Tourist attraction so of course it can get really busy, other than that I really enjoy the welcoming hello I get when I walk in, and I prefer this Jamba over many others. read more

I like that we can pre-order, but in multiple occurrences it feels like there is no point in pre-ordering when it takes the same amount of waiting time as if I ordered in store or sometimes end up waiting even longer. Most recent experience is waiting a total of 32 minutes, when they said it should be ready in 5-10 minutes and I recieved my order because I finally ASKED for it. Wish I can say that this only happens when they are super busy and have less than four people working. Don't bother using the Jamba Juice app unless you want to wait an extra 10 to 15 minutes after you get there for your order to be ready. The people that work here are slow and rude. Find another Jamba if you want a smoothie. UPDATE January 2020: Still awful, and now they're awful on Bite Squad and any other food delivery apps. Not even Bite Squad customer service could get them to answer the phone after my order was marked as received but not accepted for almost an hour. Terrible in every way. read more

Seriously what's the whole point of doing mobile order to pay ahead of time so you don't have to wait in line when your order is not even being made. This Jamba Juice location is conveniently located within the Waikele Shopping Center area. I guess technically it would be lower Waikele right next to the Starbucks store. You cannot really miss it if you over around the area and shopping around Waikele. There is a lot of parking in front of the store. It is also conveniently located right across all of the food trucks near the Old Navy store. I have only come to this location a handful of times. The staff and customer service is good. That is pretty much all I can say about the specific location. As far as what I like to order at Jamba, it would be orange dream machine, green tea matcha blast, and apple cinnamon pretzel. The prices I would say is pretty pricey for the food and drinks. But I guess if you order enough, they have Jamba rewards where you can earn points each time you buy a food or drink item. I think this location is pretty one of the only ones within the general Waipahu area. read more

Went in for Buy 1 get 1 Free Drink and it was the last day to use it... as expected it was packed! I ordered 2 original Red and White Gummi bear drinks, which was a steal deal! The transaction was quick but not so much for making our drinks. The place was packed but there was enough room for us to all stand around and wait and wait! I was getting a little impatient but hey it was during their busy time, right after school and work. We waited for at least 20 minutes before I actually noticed that the customers before me got their orders, so I walked to the pick up line and asked for my drinks. Worker was just dumbfounded and was looking through her orders and I knew there was something wrong because she just told me "yeah"... yeah like when is it going to finish? or yeah like no we didn't make your order yet. But luckily there was another worker that over heard me and she knew she saw the order but maybe they cleared it before they actually made it. So she apologized and made our order right away. I would've been fine waiting but when 3 people who came after me got their orders first made me really upset. After going to Jamba Juice for a while now and always being pleased with my product and service, I got a terrible experience I just need to share. I went to Jamba Waikele today (05/30/15) at about 7:00 pm. The service was as usual all the way till I got my drinks. My dad and I ordered 2 large orange dream machines. The girl that poured it out saw that the blender was a little short but goes and pours the drinks anyway. After trying to split it evenly to hide how short our drinks were, she handed it to us. Both our drinks were filled to about 1.5 inches from the top. It kinda sucked but I was gonna shrug it off until what happened next. My dad looked at me and told me his drink was just as short (being that he girl did her best to even out the drinks), and the girl heard him. She looked at us and said, "I know... Sorry." And she just walked away. It doesn't take a trained employee to know that this isn't acceptable customer service. Seriously, at least be discrete and pretend you didn't know. If you knew, why wouldn't you do something about it? I hope this doesn't happen again, or I may be forced to drive farther away for my jamba fix. But at least I'll get my moneys worth and get the service we all deserve. read more

First off. I just want to mention that this place almost received less stars than given. BUT the workers this morning Friday April 5. did a great job on handling the situation. So I come here quite often and I normally get the same thing. But this time I was trying a different boost in my drink. So Tuesday I came. I ordered a orange dream machine with immunity boost and also the 3G energy and green caffeine boost, a matcha shot and a set of oaties with cream cheese. It was good. Gave me energy and the oaties with cream cheese was great.(some places their oaties seem soggy.) Anyhow, I went the next day and ordered the same thing BUT this time the drink did not taste the same at all. I felt like I was trying to drink some apple cider or something. I figured it may have been because I just brushed my teeth and this is the first thing I'm eating. So I ate my oaties which they tasted good, and then I went back to drink my drink. It was terrible. I kept trying to see if they didn't mix the boost well or what was going on with my drink. Anyhow I tried to called calling throughout the day. But no one ever answers the phone and I know they can't be that busy to not answer the phones. I called as soon as I drank my drink in the morning. I called multiple times when I was on lunch and I even called in the evening time no answer. I ended up emailing the corporate office only because on the website said to contact them I had to fill out all the info sheet. Anyways I went in this morning and I guess they had forwarded my message to the waikele location and Britney and another worker helped me. I explained my situation and that I still had the drink freezing in my office for them to see what I was talking about. Lol. Anyways, they were so nice and friendly and handled my situation. So this was my first time at this location and I was very very disappointed for the wait time. I got there about 9:20am and didn't get my lemon ginger shot till 9:35am. Mind you it was VERY slow. I started work at 9:30am and I was LATE because they took so long. The person in-front of me so happened to order 4 açaí bowls but my thing is if it takes 2 minutes to make a tiny little shot then why would you make me wait 15 minutes until the previous persons order was finished? Mind you there was more than one staff member working. Won't be coming to this location ever again just the timing was terrible. I'm in love with Jamba Juice and their orange dream machine drink. Just so happens I was craving it one day and this is the nearest location to my house. It was pretty slow, and one of the employees was grumpy because a handful of people came in the store after me; making it a little more busy.
