I wish I could grow more wisdom teeth just so I can have Dr Baird pull them. You know, for…read morefunsies. No joke, this was the most pleasant, professional, pain free dental experience in every sense of the word. The front office is a well oiled machine and Dr Baird himself is a genius. Of my three wisdom teeth, I think two were pretty severely impacted and had to come out in bits and everything went more flawlessly than I could imagine. The recovery had virtually no pain which I didn't think was possible after surgery. I was prepared for torment and intense discomfort. Nope. Just some swelling, medication, soft foods, instructions on how to wash with a syringe after a week or so and I was set. I found Dr Baird's office through Yelp, so I just wanted to add my two thumbs up here to help out other Yelpers.

Dr.Bairds introduction began with a compassionate smile, making one feel valued and in hands of kind experienced Surgeon. Even asked if I was comfortable with music to relax? With being in the Dental Field as a RDA for 27 years, and knowing what a great patient experience should be like, It was this Doctor, and Staff for sure!! Easiest procedure from start to finish. Comfortable end of day, no problems! HIGHLY Confident In Dr. Baird. THE BEST !! Thankyou ! Loretta Kelly Past RDA of 27yrs experience!

"I also work with my hands", is what I told Dr. Miyatake, hoping to land my compliments to her…read moremastery as genuinely as possible. The key to me, was post-operation trauma, which there was none. Mind blown. "How?" I have stitches in my mouth. But coming home, first rinse, and the water was clear. "How in the?" And indeed, the next day, no swelling, no pain, just, feeling stupidly normal, dumbfounded, knowing clear well 24-hours ago I was knocked out for surgery. This level of skill mastery has to be marveled, and I hope studied by young up-n-coming surgeons. An absolutely amazing, Healer from the Heavens. Thank you Dr. Miyatake. It is more than clear, the tremendous care you put into your craft, the same care you offer to your patients. Thank you for healing me

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO COMMITTING TO THIS DOCTOR. Just like the other reviews have mentioned - this…read moredoctor is a scammer, disrespectful to her patients, and extremely unprofessional. I paid $175 out of pocket for another 3D x-ray to "locate my nerves," only for her to end up extracting one wisdom tooth instead of 2. She claimed that she couldn't take out my impacted wisdom tooth that has been causing me pain and took out the tooth that wasn't causing ANY ISSUES... told me I need to pay almost $800 for this ONE extraction. I asked to be referred to another doctor to take out the bottom tooth or if she could take it out and she told me I need to go back to my dentist for this referral. She also said " You need to be nice to the doctors or they won't take out the tooth for you." She then took it even further and blamed me for not getting my wisdom teeth, extracted earlier/ in my teens - stating that my bones are too hard and it's too difficult for her to take out my impacted tooth. Anybody with common sense knows that as we age, our teeth grow and bone hardens. As a former medical sales rep, I saw right through her tactics and sending patients to get another 3-D x-ray is all a referral network for her and the x-ray business to make more $$$. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE for your safety and sanity! She continuously interrupts patients when they are trying to speak or ask clarifying questions, and uses a bunch of anatomical filler words to try to make herself seem smart smarter than she is. Do not come here!!!!!!

I'd give 5 stars to Dr Fross. There is no better dentist than Dr Scott Fross. I was terrified of…read moregetting my tooth pulled. He's kind, explains everything, goes at a good pace so you can't overthink it and has a great sense of humor. I'd go to him again for sure and I recommend him for everyone. The office experience I would give a 1 or 2 stars. Here are some tips: 1) When you schedule your appointment, ask for the estimated bill then, not when you show up for your appointment so that you know exactly what you need to pay beforehand. I was shocked and surprised by the steep out-of-pocket cost, but since you're there for your appointment you can't challenge or back out. If cost is an issue for you, I would recommend that you check with other dentists too because some of the codes that are used is not covered by insurance. 2) I would ask to see the codes that are being used for billing when you get your estimate. I saw afterwards that one was wrong. When it was corrected it meant that I had a $229 refund. Mistakes happen, challenge if you believe there was a mistake. 3) I had to chase for my refund multiple times. Not a great office experience tbh.
