After driving an hour to get there today, he was suddenly informed that the appointment was only for a filling and that the crown treatment is now being pushed back to April. This is completely unacceptable. His appointments have already been rescheduled multiple times, and the constant changes show a clear lack of coordination. This level of inconvenience and inconsistency is ridiculous. Do better.

Our family friends gave us Dr. Lily's office number and we were on our way to the Emergency when she graciously returned my call at 7 pm at night. She gave me the most sound advice a new mom could want to hear, "Everything is going to be ok, come to our offices at 8 am and we'll take a look and do some x-rays". She saved me a night in the emergency room, waiting until who knows how long with my 3 year old! We had never even been to her offices before, but she called me back late into the evening! When we walked into her extremely kid friendly lobby, Peyton was so excited to see Rapunzel playing on tv, video games, a mechanical dolphin to ride, bright colors, books, a fish tank and other comforting activities! The staff was so helpful, friendly and warm to us. They took Peyton back and gave her a balloon, a goodie bag and Peyton wasn't scared for one moment as Dr. Lily explained everything she was going to do. And when she laid Peyton back, there were TV's on the ceiling playing Rapunzel! The experience was so easy, x-rays and all. After the appointment they let Peyton pick out a treasure from their treasure chest and she got a congratulatory certificate! When we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming right away. The waiting room had plenty of toys, which helped ease any nerves, and everything moved quickly and smoothly. The lobby is welcoming, with fun games for the kids to enjoy while they wait. They also give the little ones a gift on their way out, usually including some dental supplies, a small toy, and a cute balloon. Dr. Norman was very patient with my 2.5yr old and explained everything to us. The exam and cleaning were very fast and painless. My child got to pick out a cute toy, we took a Polaroid to document the first visit and then the office staff explained what to expect for billing. I also appreciated that the office is paperless and I was able to complete the new patient forms prior to arrival. The text reminders for the appointment were also very helpful.
