Car was driven a total of 1500 miles since then , and another brake service, due to metal on metal , was needed. I don't believe the brakes were repaired the first time. I did pay for it though. First of all, Jeremy was kind, funny and professional. Their staff is also diverse and professional. The place is extremely clean and they are even thoughtful enough to have snacks and coffee. But the kicker for me? How thorough the inspection report was. The money was well worth it for the amount of detail that was put into the report and made me feel more educated on the condition of the vehicle. I certainly will be back.

TBH I knew it had been having an issue for years as I had to 'jiggle' it to get it to turn since forever. But I drove to a grocery store and upon leaving it literally would not turn. I got a ride home and found Christian Brothers. They called a tow truck for me. They gave me a courtesy ride from my home back to the car so I could give the tow truck driver the keys (fat lot of good that did but still). Front wheels totally locked up but the tow driver knew how to handle that. Once at CBA they gave me a courtesy ride home as well. Next day they gave an estimate. Great communication through calls and texts. Car was fixed following day. They gave me a list of other recommended repairs. As someone else said, not the cheapest but the best. If you're looking for a sub $100 fix, look elsewhere but if you want people who are professional and helpful, go here. I will return.

Appreciated the referral and csn honestly state that I nevet felt as if I was being taken advantage of by Fontaine's. Have been going for many years and appreciate the genuineness displayed by Darren.He has had some really good employees also; Chris comes to mind. Not only does he service vehicles with a smile, but he also takes the time to point out any discrepancies and whether it needs to be addressed immediately. I have referred countless people to him because of these qualities. Writing today because Darren was extremely helpful again and my vehicle wasn't even serviced. Dealing with an issue with my tires that involved 2 replacements. I knew Fontaine's had not dealt with tires in the past, but was worth a call. After speaking with Darren I called a few tires places.
