My daughter had her house painted last year and it looked great! She said it was James White & Sons. My friend had HER house painted at the end of last year, and it looked great! Guess who? James White & Sons. Completely different parts of town and they didn't know each other. So, when the time came, we called James White. We got several other bids, but his was the most thorough. The cost of the job was SO reasonable, and included repairing and painting the stucco, prepping and painting the wood trim, painting the block wall the color of the house, and painting all the gates (!), metal doors and gutters. PLUS, he also installed all new air vents around the whole house and replaced an area of wood rot. IN THREE DAYS! I would not have believed it if I had not seen it with my own eyes. When he said three days, I was so skeptical, but he assured me that if there was anything I wasn't happy with, I had a three year warranty and I could call him any time. And how was it possible to do it in three days? Because his crew is AMAZING! Roger and Alex were the nicest, most helpful, hard-working and diligent workers I have ever seen. Their prep for the job was SO complete, and their attention to detail was SO good; for example, when my neighbor was concerned there might be overspray on his house, they went and got more plastic and covered HIS patio and house area, too! Cheerfully and willingly! Roger would say, "All I want is for you to be happy with the job." I mean, I really think he cared. And you know what? I was! My neighbor recommended James after he did such a great job on their house painting project, so when my Dad asked if I knew any reliable and affordable painters, I passes along his business card to him. My Dad was very happy with the fast completion and great quality of their work. I called James last week for an estimate to paint my rental property and he met me a couple days later. He offered me a great price, and started on the job that day. Inclement weather delayed the painting for a couple of days, but when he returned with his crew, they knocked out the job in one day! James White and his crew painted the outside of my house in Ontario this week. I previous had work done by this company many years ago, and was happy to hear they were still available. From my initial contact with James, who explained the entire procedure, to the completion of the job, I was extremely impressed by the workmanship and how detail oriented they were. They not only painted my house, but my aluminum patio, front and back screen doors, and even a wrought iron patio table and chairs. They were cordial, very professional and meticulous. Reqested to have house exterior painted. James came out same day and quoted awesome price to not only paint exterior of house but repair bad stocco repair some wood rot on fascia, replace rotten door on outside water heater cabinet, paint retaining wall in back yard and paint shed to match the house. James' son came out Monday to power wash the house and his crew was out tuesday morning at 7am laying canvas on ground, covering windows, thn proceeded to perform repairs, paint house and eves, retaining wall and shed. We expected them to come back next day to finish, but completed ittge same day! Very efficient workers dedicated to completing their job with quality results. A couple of weeks later we noticed some areas which didnt appear to have enough coverage so James sent a couple of his guys, including his foreman, to knock down some of the stucco which stuck out a little too far, restuccoed thoses areas and repainted. Looks really great!! And i want to mention how awesome the foreman is. You tell him what you want and he'll do it. Very nice man, very courteous. Overall, this was one of the best experiences we've had for home repairs and would be worth while for anyone looking to oaint their house to call James for a quote. Wouldn't recommend or hire them to paint the bottom of a bird cage. Zero to no prep, paint job is already peeling in some places after a couple of weeks. Must be 20 to 30 spots on the stucco that they missed and the prior color can be seen. Wood windows are old and James claims they sanded them, but they basically just painted over with little to no sanding or scraping. They completely missed painting my kitchen door and missed wood rot areas that should have been bonded. Upon final review James either had excuses or wasn't interested at even looking at the problems. He asked if I wanted his crew to come back, but I declined because they would have most likely just slapped more paint on ill prepared surfaces. We parted ways with me paying less than the original cost but I should have paid him a fraction. It's going to cost me considerable money and time to hire someone to finish the job properly or do it myself. James is all talk and no walk in my opinion. read more

Very very awesome painters! They were doing a home in the neighborhood with a huge crew, and the owner and his son started walking around to our houses offering us a deal to great to pass up. Within minutes of signing the contract he pulled one of his crews and had them start cleaning up the house to prepare for painting. Picked my colors and two days later, i had a beautifully painted home. The workers were very nice and very respectful of my property. By the time they left you would have never known that there was a crew present because they put everything away and that's rare with contractors. Not to mention, the price was awesome. We have been searching for a painting contractor for almost 4 years and by chance, James knocked on our door introducing himself and his company on Thursday. On Friday he met with my husband to discuss and power washed after it was agreed we would move forward. On Saturday at 7 am sharp his amazing crew arrived working so hard until the job was done to our liking. We could not be MORE ECSTATIC with the results! James had painted the outside of a few other houses on our block. He stopped by and asked if he could provide an offer to paint our house. After inspection he quoted an all inclusive price for prep, repair (dry rot in fascia and next to a garage door), and painting he outside of our 2 story, 5 bedroom 2,000 sq ft house. He said it would be complete in 2 days. We accepted his bid and he immediatly went to work pressure washing the house and eves. His team of 6 painters arrived as scheduled and completed all prep including repairs and painted the house including exterior doors and garage roll up doors.
