I don't know of any other car places that give you a ride to work while your car is being repaired. If your car needs a repair, but it can wait, they won't rush you to get it done right away. They genuinely care about your safety in your vehicle. They can also get work done for you much cheaper than other mechanics! They are so accommodating. Their prices are the impossible to beat and is the cherry on top. I bought a car from someone who told me he had always used this place for any work he had ever had to have done on the car I bought from him. He told me to ask for Charlie. That there is no place better, period. I took my 2008 Lincoln MKZ to them in the summer of 2020 for the first time and I was blown away with the way they eased my concerns about my car. They called me every step of the way. They took the time to explain what they found was the problem, then took more time to properly explain exactly what that problem means and then called me first to ask me if I was ok with them going forward to do the work. They went above and beyond to alleviate any stress I was feeling which made all the difference in the world. With that being said, i test drive my third crosstour of the day. I drove TF out of it as i would if it was my car. Same day i put my $1500 down deposit as advertised on their site. Started with all paperwork there and later brought my needed documents. Took about two week to get the car only because I'm self employed and the bank needed 4 months of bank statements when my bank printed monthly transaction sheets instead. Sure driving from new Britain to Waterbury several times wasn't fun. But it got done. Plus the 1bank had higher interest and longer payments. When i finally got the car Only the radio amp had to be replaced. Great car, i feel i got a great price. Justin Gregory helped me. Few others (Mark & Sean) who worked there reassured everything was going smooth. After all i haven't had to bring the car back for repairs or anything. I would shop there again.

Truck is a piece of crap and never should have been sold. This guy made us drive to 2 other scary ass parking lots behind car washes to view this truck the salesperson said was on the lot. First this salesguy brings us 20 minutes away from the dealership to a lot behind a car wash and looks around and says, oh I guess it isn't here. Then proceeds to says we have to drive 9 more miles to another lot behind a car wash and says "oh, here it is". This place treats their customers like trash, including the manager. Please stay away and don't be screwed over by their selling tactics. They take your money and won't pick up the phone for you. Oh yeah, and they won't give you your plates either, they send you paperwork to do it yourself. Run away from this place.
