I am so happy she came to my rescue! It was one week before my birthday and my extensions were constantly falling out and the hair was always nested. I came in for a consultation and she recommended a better quality of hair and had it delivered within three days. I came to her chair expecting a three hour appointment to get the old ones and out and the new ones in......I was pleasantly surprised :) The appointment lasted 45 minutes and I was in and out with new extensions that are no longer the "ugly stepchild" of my life. I first met Janelle when we both worked events for Karma Foundations world famous Beauty Lounges for Playboy Int. Naturally like all girls I wanted beautiful hair. At the time I was wearing sew in extensions and they were an older method and too bulky. Janelle introduced me to a microbead method and I have been wearing them since! I really love how well she puts in my extensions and how flat they are and how long they last in between redo's. I would give her zero stars if it were possible. This girl does not care about her clients or hair. I left with an extremely sore head and a 2 inch layer of metal with random hair sticking out that I will have to get fixed by another stylist. I even found 3 strands still in the original grown out microlinks that she had failed to even attempt to move up. On top of that she didnt pay attention to which strands had been layers and cut all of my extensions in a bob to match the shortest layer leaving me to spend hundreds of dollars on new hair. Do NOT go to her for extensions!!! SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HAIR!!!! I have been getting hair extensions for several years and I know what I like. I went in to Jenelle for a simple move up of micro link extensions. I will say that I went in know this wouldn't be the best visit because I had been neglectful due to having a brand new baby. I knew there would be some pain involved in the removal but I was not prepared for her simply yanking, pulling, and shoving a comb through it. I was in more pain than child labor(and yes that memory is very new to me so I can compare). I braced myself in and just reminded myself that it would only take a couple of hours. Once the hair was out, she grabbed a jar of beads that looked huge. I tried to stay calm and remind myself that she should know what she was doing. I had come in with very tiny blonde micro links to match my very thin blonde hair. It seemed to me she would be able to see what I used and guess that I wouldn't be pleased but she went full speed ahead. When she was done I touched my head and held back tears. There was a two inch thick layer of huge metal braces covered sparsely by my thin blonde hair. I Told her I was unsatisfied and she simply said "ok". There isn't much I can do but get it fixed somewhere else but I do help this review helps save someone. There are way too many extension beauticians who are true artists and love their job. Don't go to a silly girl who just needs a paycheck to party her weekends away. read more

I left a review for Janelle on the From Head 2 Toez Salon page but here's an update. It's been over two years, I moved out of the area and I'm still going to her! I get soooo many compliments on my hair (extensions!). Everyone asks where I go. She does such a great job- you can't tell at all, very affordable, she's fast(!) and very sweet. I can text her with hair questions and she's always willing to answer and help out. Her schedule is very flexible, which is a huge plus for me with the hour+ it takes to get there. I recently took them out for a couple months and my real hair is not damaged! In fact it has grown longer, just like she said would happen!
