Super creamy and soft, with a strong miso sweetness that packed so much umami upon each bite. I would definitely splurge on this set just for the sea bass. There was an issue toward the end of the evening when the app stopped working at our table and the table next to ours. The Staff did what they could to fix things; it did take about 20 minutes, though. I'm assuming this isn't typical. Staff did say that this does happen from time to time and the customer needs to exit the app and reorder. Except for the 20 minute delay, things worked fine. We placed at least 12 small orders during our meal. The staff was very good about filling water glasses, bringing our food and taking away empty plates. Really - high praise for the staff. Then once you submit an order you have a 5 minute limit before you can order your next batch of items. We ordered so many items, some of our favorites outside of the BBQ meats were: - Spicy Tuna Tartare - Shishito Peppers - Garlic Cucumber - Kuro Squid Noodle The meats were all high quality with generous portions. The time limit and wait times between orders were reasonable, we all left super full with time to spare. My two toddlers ate for free, I do not recall the cutoff age, but they are 1 and 3 if that gives some perspective. The food was excellent and the service matched. Our server David was very attentive, checking on us multiple times to clear plates and see if we needed anything. The table space has limited space due to the grill in the middle, but he was on top of making sure we were comfortable and taken care of.
