My favorite quick hibachi spot on this side of town. I think they won me over because of the optional noodles you can add. A lot of quick hibachi spots don't allow that. I usually get chicken and shrimp but the other day I got chicken and beef and crushed it lolol! I love their fried rice but my daughter prefers the white rice. Either way it's good! I never actually go inside so I can't tell you what the place looks like. I just order it on ubereats and felt like they deserved a good rating because they never disappoint, they give hearty helpings of food, and it's delicious! Also, the yum yum sauce is a must. Turns your food up to another notch lol and I skipped the veggies because who needs that! Recently ordered from Kobe via Uber Eats. When the food arrived I was very disappointed. For starters, the meal did not include any vegetables, which generally comes with the order. There was also barely any to no sauce on the chicken. Also, everything tasted burnt. Most hibachi places also include yum yum sauce, however the charged an additional $1 for the sauce and it was barely enough to cover the dish. I haven't been here in person. I've only ordered for delivery. I bought the chicken hibachi. It has nice flavoring. A reasonable portion of chicken. The rice was excellent. When I saw a place with no reviews pop up in a search, I had to give it a try. Brand new, a counter and tables setup clearly oriented to take out. Huge mural of a samurai under cherry trees fills one wall. Since the sushi menu was all rolls, I decided to try the hibachi. The bento included an undistinguished California roll, two each nice crunchy dumplings and crab Rangoon with tangy peanut sauce on the side, and a few bites of standard salad. The basa turned out to be a mild white fish, fresh, with a slight crust and flaky inside. I got it over noodles rather than rice just for grins. Biggest gripe - the soy sauce was that crud in plastic packets, and contained neither MSG nor soy. Cheerful service, good amount of food for the money. Not bad for a quick sushi/hibachi kind of place! they had a great deal on their sushi where you could get 2 regular rolls for $8.95 or 3 regular rolls for $11.95! A regular roll ranged from $3-$6 so its a steal depending on which rolls you order. This place just opened this week and we had been keeping our eye out for the grand opening for a while. Although we were hoping for a more traditional Sushi/Japanese Steakhouse this was still satisfying. The menu is similar to Sarku Japan with a sweeter sauce and much larger portions. Ordered sushi (avocado/cucumber roll), miso soup, shrimp bento, and chicken/beef combo. The kids liked the food. Came out in about 10min in nice to go containers (no styrofoam!!!) And provided us with cups for water. They sell bottled drinks and fountain drinks. The bento was served in a nice, plastic partitioned bento box. The kids were hungry so I didn't get a photo in! Serving sizes were adequate for the price. Food tasted fresh and was made to order. The place was clean and has restrooms. Plenty of seating. The spicy tuna wasn't spicy. It was bland. The spicy salmon was better. The tuna avacado was good. But the volcano roll which i was most excited about was a let down. The roll needed more texture. Grand opening So I decided to try it out. Very similar to sarku but I think it's much better. I had the beef bento box and extra order of California roll. My boyfriend had the chicken bento. They offer hibachi: chicken, beef, shrimp and fish and have bento boxes. They offer some sushi specialties with basic sushi and sashimi as well with some side orders of dumplings, crab rangoons, seaweed salad, etc. I only got double chicken with all veggies and ordered dancing eel. It was pretty empty when we came in, we were first at the register. When we ordered our specialty sushi, she said it would take 10 minutes. It felt like forever when we got our food.
