Alex finished my friend at 5:55 PM. The next appointment was already there waiting, and had also brought a couple friends who wanted to get pierced, but did not have appointments. Rather than taking me and doing my ONE piercing so that we could leave, Alex took all three people back. By 6:40 PM, Alex was still piercing the 5:30 appointment, so we went next-door to have sushi. 30 minutes later, we came back and Alex had moved on and was piercing someone else from the party of three. By 7:30 PM, I was too annoyed to get pierced by Alex and left. Waste of time, gas and money for a deposit. Alex is nice, BUT SLOW AF.
