I just went to Jasmine's nails today with my sister. And i usually love them because they do my nails so good but I wasn't as happy this time. I got powder gel which is the pink one and my sister got a regular manicure which is the blue one. Yes my nails look nice but when you look at them up close, the person who did them didn't even bother to clean my nails up and I didn't notice until after I left. I have the hardened powder all underneath my nails and on the sides of my nails. My sister got a regular manicure and the man who did her was the same as well; didn't clean up the nail properly and left polish underneath her nails. I have been coming here for almost three years now and this is the first time this has happened to me. Ever since they started getting more popular, it seems as though they don't care as much as they used to. I never had to wait over an hour when I had an appointment which is what happened the last time I went and I was very frustrated but I let it slide because my nails came out great. Not this time, they are usually packed and today they weren't as busy so I don't understand why they were still rushing to finish with us. read more

This weekend I went in for my usual power with designs and they wanted to charge me more Money for the same kind of things I been doing. I don't like they change the price just because!! Other people around me were being charged $20 for their design and mine was $30 for a very simple design vs what I had in the past. read more

Unclean nail salon, they do not sanitize in between clients or wipe the station down. Overall good manicure but they pack the salon. They aim to please but leave you waiting for over a half hour but tell you "soon" or "couple minutes". If you have time to spare it is worth the wait but if you arent dying for a mani, go another day. Forget going over the weekend youll be waiting forever even with an appointment. read more

Unfortunately I left here and went straight to the doctors for a tetanus shot and antibiotics - they were a little too rough with the metal cuticle tool and dug a little too deep into the SIDE of my entire nail! Okay, I just want to say that I had high hopes for this place because someone recommended me. BIG MISTAKE! I had the only guy there do my nails I think he might be the owner unsure but he sits in the middle chair on the right hand side. He did a TERRIBLE job. I got a gel set and he made them so thick and he didn't even paint all the way down to my cuticle so even though I just got them done it looked like I had got them done 2 weeks ago I was so PISSED. A week later they looked even worse. So I had to get them redone at another salon. The other salon told me the guy from jasmines didn't put them on correctly because when he took off the polish the nails were CRACKING. So guess what? I HAD TO DROP $60 AGAIN FOR A NEW SET EVEN THOUGH I JUST GOT ONE! Bottom line...Don't come here. You can get better quality nails and designs elsewhere this place sucks. read more

Been a customer for five years and I'll never go back after today. The lady doing my pedicure cut me multiple times. I came very close with the owners and I'm suprised they would act how they did recently and today. They make you have an appointment but be prepared to wait 45 minutes or more, then you're rushed the entire time , & if they hurt you they laugh. I have spent hundreads of dollars a year here. Let's start off by saying jasmine nails is the BEST salon. I have been going here for 3 months now and will never go anywhere else! I used to go to a salon in RVC for 3 years and my nails constantly broke. I have had ONE broken nail since coming to this salon, which was partly my fault since I dropped a heavy item on my hand. Went to the salon and they fixed it free of charge. The pedicures are relaxing, the powder manicures will last me 3 weeks before needing to be re-done. Bottom line, the best salon in the area. My husband didn't know where I got my nails done and bought me a gift certificate here- it's been his best mistake! They do a great job and are all very nice. I haven't had any artwork done myself but have watched it done on others and they do an excellent job. Great nail place! Great prices ($7 manicure, $19 mani/pedi) and good service. I got the mani/pedi--never had a pedicure before because I've heard they can go rough on your feet but she was gentle and did not scrub too hard. The Ladies are very friendly. The points card is a great idea to keep customers coming back. Best thing about this place is that their shop is very clean, which is not something you often find with such cheap prices. I came here when it was rated 4 stars. For context, I've gotten basic manicures at five other spots nearby. For a similar price, this was by far the worst manicure I've ever paid for. Tools didn't work and looked rusty. I'm not easily squicked out, but none of the usual precautions for hygiene were taken. My manicurist seemed frustrated with all her tools (sprays, cuticle pusher, etc) not working, and looked for advice from other coworkers to little avail. I had to literally mention steps of the process, like soaking my fingers and washing my hands of the oily cream they use at the end. My manicurist also didn't know how to really deal with cuticles, and ended up ripping a bunch of my skin off (it's been irritated for hours since) and leaving several nails largely incomplete. Tl;dr: I should have left before I did, and would have declined to pay had the entire situation not grossed me out already. read more

So I went here on the advice of two finicky friends who raved about it. I had the same nail tech as them and was very dissapointed. She cut my nails (or should I say filed them down with that machine that thins your nails out) crooked, didn't touch my cuticles At ALL (didn't even push them down and I have bad cuticles!) and didn't even apply the polish on properly. They have a very minimal polish selection and did not cover the entire nail when she painted them. So naturally, in 3 days it looked like my nails had grown out & needed another fill-in. I showed my friend who couldn't believe it was done by the same tech. I got rushed out toward the end as her next appointment arrived (who was obviously a regular of hers). My new favorite salon!! I'm new to acrylics and my regular salon had unexpectedly closed even though I had an appointment so I called to see if they could squeeze me in for an emergency acrylic filling. The nail tech was extremely attentive to my needs and did a better job than I could have ever wanted. The salon seemed clean and reasonably priced. Will need to see if the nails hold up over the next two weeks, but ultimately I am satisfied and will absolutely be going more in the future!! read more

Use to get my nails done a regular basis however stopped when Covid hit. They have been opened since 6/24 and today is 7/31. I have been just taking protective measures. They are operating by appointment only which is great however when I get there I couldn't help but notice how many ppl had the same appointment time. There were 6 customers that had 12pm appointments. Not to mention the ppl that already were seated getting their mani/pedi. There were a group (4) of young ladies who came together 3 were finished so they waited on the last one but the salon still had a lot of ppl getting services. I suggested to owner maybe they should wait outside since there was more than 14 ppl in the salon. He got upset and told me maybe I should come back to do my( while doing my nails) pedicure since I was concerned. He stated he took a big loss during the pandemic and is trying to gain it back so he will not ask them to wait outside. He spoke his language to the lady that did my pedicure and she gave me a rush job barely scrubbing my feet. I waiting all these months to get a shitty pedicure. Not sure if I will ever return. Businesses really need to remember to protect their customers not just think about the money. Ppl will commend safety precautions during these times. read more

I found this salon a few months back and I'm so happy they are very clean , the lady who owns it is very sweet ALWAYS goes out of her way to accomadate you. If for some reason you are unhappy with something she will fix it immediately! I've seem her change the color for a customer on both hands after the whole job was done ..just because the person "changed her mind didn't like the color" . The employees are also very nice and give great messages. I highly recommend Jasmine Nails. I have gone to many other nail salons in the area none compare! read more

I went to jasmine nails on Fridays and got a fill in. I told the nail guy to make them thick as they were long and they break easily and the past draw times I had been there I had to go back to get nailS fixed. Saturday I woke up with a badly broken nail and two other nails breaking. I called and the owner folds me to come in at 630. I waited till 650 and asked when they would be doing my nails. She said I had to wait another 15-20 minutes. I said I either need my money back of I need someone to fix my nails in the next few minutes because you told me to come in at 630 and I've already been waiting a while. She told me she could not give me my money back and directed me to one of the tables with the man who haD originally done my nails. He told me my nails were already thick and that I didn't fit know how to use my nails properly. I told him blaming the cuStomer is poor customer service and all I wanted was them done the right way or my money back. He engaged in a loud argument with me in front of all of their customers, to which I became very uncomfortable and the owner switched with him to fix my nails. I would not recommend this salon as the owners are nasty when you have a small complaint and they are not practicing social distancing. read more

Mani-Pedi special $20 any day of the week. They move pretty fast and I wasn't completely satisfied with their pedicure as they don't actually let your feet soak before they get to work it's a constant work on one foot and let the other sit until they alternate. If you're getting a light color you need to tell them to do an additional coat because they do a two coat job regardless of the color and that does not go well with light colors. read more

One of the men did my nails and took way too long. After he applied the polish, I asked if the polish was old because it was completely streaked! I never want to hurt a business but I felt mislead by their sign: Free Manicure w/hot stone Pedicure. The hot stones were rubbed up & down the outside of my calves for a couple of seconds..never did they touch my feet! $20 for the pedicure & manicure. On the wall I noticed that the regular pedicure (without the quickie hot stone tease) was $15. So..the place was friendly enough & I tipped a few dollars extra for the back rub but most likely will not return unless they step up their hot stone game! read more

So 2 weeks ago I got a pedicure and today it started to hurt, almost throbbing. I went to the doctors to find out they cut my cuticle too deep and gave me an infection. They stuck a couple of needles in my foot and it hurt really bad. If I waited a week, it woulda been up my whole leg. read more

the lady was SO rough with my nails and despite recent reviews i only came here because it was close the girl i take care of and she needed her nails done for a show. i decided to get my nails done with her and it was horrible. she rushed me to get my color, and kept asking "are you ready or not?", i hate feeling rushed, especially when it's not busy. THEN, when drying my nails she rushed me to get out of the dryer saying "it's dry you can go" like??? my acrylic tips broke the next day and i went back to get them fixed. she REFUSED and argued with me in the salon to do acrylic extensions instead of gluing on the base and then using acrylic powder. i kept telling her i didn't want it and she kept arguing to do it. i told her i did it before and didn't have a good experience, STILL KEEPS ARGUING WITH ME. when she finishes up and when buffing my nail, she didn't even bother cleaning off the residue, she put on the polish and it looked lumpy. it was such a bad experience here and anyways, i'm never coming back here. always listen to yelp people, and never cheat on your nail tech. read more

I went here to get a regular manicure yesterday. First thing they did was make me pay before even sitting me down. I had acrylics on so I needed them to take them off in order to get my manicure. Instead of soaking the nails off, they used an old cut up metro card to pick them off, not only did this hurt a lot and ruin my nails, but they charged me $5 to take them off. After that they cut my nails and filed them. Instead of using a thing to push my cuticles down, they shaved them and my nails down with the electric file that is used to thin out the nails. Now my nails are incredibly thin and weak. After that they put a layer of base coat and the nail polish color I had picked. The nail polish was old and it was goopy from sitting in the sun. The manicure was so bad, it was spotted and streaky. Then after the nail polish was on they told me they were going to charge me $1 for a regular top coat. After my nails were finished I was sitting and letting them dry, I wasn't even sitting there for 5 minutes and the person that painted my nails came over to me and said they were dry, without even checking them! And they proceeded to rush me out, with wet nails. My nails got messed up because they weren't finished drying, and now it's the next day and they are already completely chipped and ruined. If I could give them a lower rating I would. I definitely will never be coming back here again and I would advise you to do the same. read more
