Also had the Diablo Pasta I felt my dish was spicy, which I enjoyed til the last bite. My counterpart thought their pasta was spicy and broke out in a sweat. Needless to say we will order both again! Came here today for the first time during NFL Draft weekend. Sat at the bar with Darrian, she was personable and gave us great recommendations. We had the Waygu beef sliders which were amazing. Went there fora midday lunch. They weren't busy at all. We didn't sit on the patio because there was a threat for rain. Very large patio that also had some geese visitors. They did keep them from coming in. Husband had fish tacos which were good but not his favorite. I had a summer pasta. I liked it. Son and wife went expecting to get a Mac and cheese chicken meal that they had in the Smokey Mt Jason Aldean's but not available here. First time at Aldean's. Was told it used to be Jerome Betis' restaurant pre-covid. It was a nice space and the service was good. I should have taken a pic of the large wide screen tvs. It was a Monday night post Thanksgiving and a Steelers loss so it was pretty empty with a few ppl there. Nice and large outdoor patio overlooking the North Shore Riverfront Park along The Allegheny River across from The Point at the Three Rivers. Came in for some pre-Pirates game drinks and food. We were able to get two seats at the bar, even though the place was packed. Our bartenders were great. I think we had about 2-3 waiting on us throughout our time there. We shared a few apps, the wings and some loaded nachos with pulled pork. The wings were delicious. They had great flavor and were crispy. The nachos were good and the portion size was huge. The space is large enough that even when it's crowded and people are standing all around, you don't feel suffocated. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained! I stopped in Jason Aldean's prior to the AC/DC concert. I didn't eat anything during this visit. The concert was sold out and the North Shore was packed. There was a line to get in where ids were being scanned. Friends were able to get a spot at the bar. Bartenders were friendly and attentive. Draft beer prices didn't seem ridiculous. Fair draft selection. Overall for a spot to grab a drink prior to an event it was fine. read more

We sat on the patio with a beautiful view close to the shore, and they were playing great music, not too loud. Our table was only offered the limited food basket menu, probably due to the influx of people. The food and service was phenomenal! For how busy they were, our food came out faster than expected, and our waitress was checking in often and getting our next round of drinks to our table quickly. The mains were exceptionally tender and flavorful, but the best thing we ordered was the buffalo cauliflower, extra crisp and spicy with a very tasty side of ranch to dip. The food was actually really good not the best but defiantly good. I have to say I would give them 3-4 stars for the food as I said it was good, But maybe 1 star at the most for service. Our waitress was super attentive and brought water for my dog as well. I got a Nashville Hot chicken sandwich and the "My kind of party" cocktail. The chicken sandwich was good, but kind of dry, so I asked for additional Nashville sauce. Our waitress brought me a cup of oil! Apparently their Nashville hot sauce is just oil - ahhh gross! Other than that, the fries were super crispy and addictive and my husband said his burger was good. The drink was honestly undrinkable for me though. The cocktail is made with Don Julio Blanco, strawberry, agave and Jalapeño. The strawberry flavor was so fake tasting and overpowered the whole thing. We came here after Picklesburgh to get some food. We ordered the wings and the nachos. Both were very good. The nachos you can add brisket too, which I definitely want to try next time. Our server was very nice and everything was brought out to us quickly. The vibe is very cool, as it is a bar, but people under 21 can go in during the day (I'm not sure the times though). I am a Jason Aldean and country music fan, so I was pretty excited to check out this new spot on the North Shore! My husband and I came here one night during the week, which was nice because it wasn't too crowded or busy. We started off with the southern nachos, which was delicious! The bbq sauce drizzle really added something great to it! There was a lot here so I would recommend these for more than 2 people. My husband was excited to see chicken and waffles on the menu, which he enjoyed! He said it had the right amount of spice. I had Jason's Mac and Cheese. I thought the Mac and cheese had great flavoring! The brisket was a little tough to eat, but it didn't ruin my meal.
