What a great place! But I have to say off the bat I was not happy that we (2) could not get a booth. I was told be the rather short ( in attitude) make just ' those are only for larger parties). I will point out now the place was still empty when we left We had the Chicken (hot )and waffles we spicy syrup. Ask for the syrup on the side. They over poured on mine. It was very good. Also had the Diablo Pasta I felt my dish was spicy, which I enjoyed til the last bite. My counterpart thought their pasta was spicy and broke out in a sweat. Needless to say we will order both again! We stopped in for lunch before a Steelers game and were not disappointed! The host staff were very accommodating when we wanted to sit near some friends who were already there. First time at Aldean's. Was told it used to be Jerome Betis' restaurant pre-covid. It was a nice space and the service was good. I think we had about 2-3 waiting on us throughout our time there. We shared a few apps, the wings and some loaded nachos with pulled pork. The wings were delicious. The space is large enough that even when it's crowded and people are standing all around, you don't feel suffocated. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained! I stopped in Jason Aldean's prior to the AC/DC concert. I didn't eat anything during this visit. The concert was sold out and the North Shore was packed. There was a line to get in where ids were being scanned. Friends were able to get a spot at the bar. Bartenders were friendly and attentive. Draft beer prices didn't seem ridiculous. Came before a concert on the north shore, and was just looking for a place to get drinks and hang out for a bit. The bars and restaurant were packed with others attending the concert. We sat on the patio with a beautiful view close to the shore, and they were playing great music, not too loud. Our table was only offered the limited food basket menu, probably due to the influx of people. The food and service was phenomenal! For how busy they were, our food came out faster than expected, and our waitress was checking in often and getting our next round of drinks to our table quickly. The mains were exceptionally tender and flavorful, but the best thing we ordered was the buffalo cauliflower, extra crisp and spicy with a very tasty side of ranch to dip. Our experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there was no hostess present, and guests were simply walking in and seating themselves, so we followed suit. After searching for a while, we were able to find a table for our family of four. Once seated, we were greeted by a very pleasant waitress who took our order. However, shortly afterward, a hostess--who had not been present earlier--approached us and told us we were not allowed to sit there. I explained that we had already ordered, but she left and returned with the manager. Then, another staff member came over and very rudely told us we had to leave. We also got the southern nachos that were pretty good but the buffalo chicken dip was definitely the show stopper. My wife and I and 2 friends picked Jason Aldeans Kitchen to go for dinner. I have to say I was a little disappointed in the service overall. We got there and where seated immediately. Unfortunately the music was annoyingly load we could not even talk to each other that is how load the music was. We asked are server if we could be moved tot he tables outside. There was no problem the waitress moved us outside and that was the last we sore of any waitress or waiter. Finally after about 20 minutes of being ignored we flagged down a waiter who finally took our drink and food order. I had a hamburger and fries and a corona. The food was actually really good not the best but defiantly good. I have to say I would give them 3-4 stars for the food as I said it was good, But maybe 1 star at the most for service. The chicken sandwich was good, but kind of dry, so I asked for additional Nashville sauce. Our waitress brought me a cup of oil! Apparently their Nashville hot sauce is just oil - ahhh gross! The cocktail is made with Don Julio Blanco, strawberry, agave and Jalapeño. The strawberry flavor was so fake tasting and overpowered the whole thing. My husband and I came here one night during the week, which was nice because it wasn't too crowded or busy. We started off with the southern nachos, which was delicious! The bbq sauce drizzle really added something great to it! There was a lot here so I would recommend these for more than 2 people. Overall, the place itself is nice. My issue is with the manager. I accidentally left my credit card at the bar and went back literally a minute after they closed. Security wouldn't let me back in, so I politely asked if someone could just check for me. For some reason, this turned into a problem.
