So this place has so much potential. I went there hoping to order the ribs and when the waiter said they never should have put it on the menu because they never have it...really?!?! The food we ordered was really good though. My wife likes the Fried green tomatoes. Pretzel sticks were good...pretty standard pretzel stick so you shouldn't label it Bavarian. Bavarian pretzels are way more dense...this was easily out of a frozen box and heated up. Salmon entree was good tasting from my wife. Burger and Mac-n-cheese was solid according to my kids. Went there fora midday lunch. They weren't busy at all. We didn't sit on the patio because there was a threat for rain. Very large patio that also had some geese visitors. They did keep them from coming in. Husband had fish tacos which were good but not his favorite. I had a summer pasta. I liked it. Son and wife went expecting to get a Mac and cheese chicken meal that they had in the Smokey Mt Jason Aldean's but not available here. What a great place! But I have to say off the bat I was not happy that we (2) could not get a booth. I was told be the rather short ( in attitude) make just ' those are only for larger parties). I will point out now the place was still empty when we left We had the Chicken (hot )and waffles we spicy syrup. Ask for the syrup on the side. They over poured on mine. It was very good. Also had the Diablo Pasta I felt my dish was spicy, which I enjoyed til the last bite. My counterpart thought their pasta was spicy and broke out in a sweat. Needless to say we will order both again! Came here today for the first time during NFL Draft weekend. Sat at the bar with Darrian, she was personable and gave us great recommendations. We had the Waygu beef sliders which were amazing. Nice and large outdoor patio overlooking the North Shore Riverfront Park along The Allegheny River across from The Point at the Three Rivers. Came in for some pre-Pirates game drinks and food. We were able to get two seats at the bar, even though the place was packed. Our bartenders were great. I think we had about 2-3 waiting on us throughout our time there. We shared a few apps, the wings and some loaded nachos with pulled pork. The wings were delicious. They had great flavor and were crispy. The nachos were good and the portion size was huge. The space is large enough that even when it's crowded and people are standing all around, you don't feel suffocated. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained! I stopped in Jason Aldean's prior to the AC/DC concert. I didn't eat anything during this visit. The concert was sold out and the North Shore was packed. There was a line to get in where ids were being scanned. Friends were able to get a spot at the bar. Bartenders were friendly and attentive. Draft beer prices didn't seem ridiculous. Came before a concert on the north shore, and was just looking for a place to get drinks and hang out for a bit. The bars and restaurant were packed with others attending the concert. We sat on the patio with a beautiful view close to the shore, and they were playing great music, not too loud. Our table was only offered the limited food basket menu, probably due to the influx of people. The food and service was phenomenal! For how busy they were, our food came out faster than expected, and our waitress was checking in often and getting our next round of drinks to our table quickly. The mains were exceptionally tender and flavorful, but the best thing we ordered was the buffalo cauliflower, extra crisp and spicy with a very tasty side of ranch to dip. Went here late on a Saturday after a pirates game and the buffalo chicken dip was surprising really great! We also got the southern nachos that were pretty good but the buffalo chicken dip was definitely the show stopper. Our waitress was super attentive and brought water for my dog as well. I got a Nashville Hot chicken sandwich and the "My kind of party" cocktail. The chicken sandwich was good, but kind of dry, so I asked for additional Nashville sauce. Our waitress brought me a cup of oil! Apparently their Nashville hot sauce is just oil - ahhh gross! Other than that, the fries were super crispy and addictive and my husband said his burger was good. The drink was honestly undrinkable for me though. The cocktail is made with Don Julio Blanco, strawberry, agave and Jalapeño. The strawberry flavor was so fake tasting and overpowered the whole thing. This place is terrible. Don't go there on a night out I have had multiple friends in a three month period get drugged in this establishment. It's honestly disgusting they need to get a handle on this situation because it is not safe for any college girl. Stay far far away because this is not a safe place and it's truly disgusting. The bartenders also tried to kick us out after it was clearly established that my friend was drugged. Our server was very nice and everything was brought out to us quickly. The vibe is very cool, as it is a bar, but people under 21 can go in during the day (I'm not sure the times though).
