They were able to properly diagnose and treat him at a very reasonable cost. Dr. Sean and Kezziah were incredibly attentive and patient, taking the time to make sure I understood everything. Siera B. was also very helpful and provided great insight while Kezziah was treating my dog. I'm very grateful for the care we received and highly recommend them.

Where to begin, BEYOND AMAZING. I can't express how grateful I am that I found this place. Not only…read moreis the staff super kind, the service that they provide for all animals is extraordinary. I brought my rescue, Dachshund Coco, here after being charged thousands of dollars in another animal hospital. Early February Coco began showing signs of a UTI. I took her into a vet in Rancho where we paid so much money for what it felt like money hungry service. Time was passing, and Coco began to retain fluid in her abdomen. Which later we were told she possibly had liver disease or a tumor. As I mentioned, the previous vet was not giving us many answers, didn't provide feedback, or direction to a cure/diagnosis. Would send us her test results and not go over anything with us and expect us to know what was happening. The vet eventually advised me to search for a specialist or a medical center that treats complex medical conditions. He said, "I have reached the end of exams and I have no answers for you." So, I began searching like crazy and found AMC of Corona. Doctor Hymes has been heaven sent, and hasn't given up on us. The passion and drive that she has for her career truly shows with the care we've received. Although Coco has still been struggling with her liver issues, Dr. Hymes and the staff at AMCC have never made us loose hope. Regularly checking on us, sending us messages after services to see how Coco is feeling. She sent me articles on Cocos potential condition, so I can also educate myself. She gave me info. on acronyms for tests given, to assist me with reading and understanding medical results. On top of that, she always sends me a breakdown of the results in her own words, and goes over everything with great detail and information. I honestly don't even receive this kind of service with my own primary Dr. I'm just truly filled with gratitude. To some staff members we have encountered, CC, Monica, Cody, Alyssa, and any other staff that have worked with my fur baby, Coco and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts! You are all so appreciated! We are now taking our senior dachshund Cleo to AMCC. And it feels great knowing she will be in good hands for future check ups. We have found our permanent animal medical center!

It has been a very difficult time for my cat Bastu…read more However, I have found the facility to be very nice, and Bastu received prompt assistance for her problems! First, she was hospitalized for 24 hours. While there are still some things that I am trying to understand, the IV support made a big difference in her health. My understanding is that this is very important for cats with pancreatis. After going some time without eating, I could tell that she felt better after each treatment with fluids. I have not yet had a follow-up visit with my local vet to check Bastu's PrecisionPSL values. However, from two follow-up visits to CAEC, I can say that Bastu's SDMA values have returned to normal (after she was prescribed felimazole, and successful delivery of that medication for 3 days lead to more severe problems). The spike in BUN values from 21 (before felimazole) to 72 (after felimazole, and then decreased diet to the point of not eating any food) was reversed to 13 after treatment at CAEC (a little below normal, instead of very high above normal). While I am looking into more details (such as waiting to see if my Bastu is capable of returning to normal health) before following the procedures on the FDA website (https://www.fda.gov/animal-veterinary/report-problem/how-report-animal-drug-and-device-side-effects-and-product-problems), my understanding is that my cat has a pre-existing kidney problem. The elevated T4 levels (used to define a diagnosis for hyperthydroidism) represented the body's defense for those kidney problems - high T4 can cause problems in itself, but the underlying kidney problems can also cause additional problems. Thank you very much - while improvement has been slow, Bastu and I certainly appreciate the help within the last week!

I am convinced the positive reviews for this clinic are completely fabricated…read more My father brought our 11-year-old Yorkie, Rocky, here after he exhibited sudden, unusual behavior. The vet diagnosed him with vestibular disease, which seemed plausible given his age. However, the sheer negligence that followed is entirely unacceptable and infuriating. This clinic provided absolutely zero follow-up care. They completely withheld the results of Rocky's blood work and handed my father nothing but a receipt upon discharge. Following this visit, Rocky's health declined rapidly. Distressed by his extreme weakness, we rushed him to VCA in Yorba Linda for a second opinion. The contrast was staggering. The Yorba Linda team acted immediately. Their doctor was upfront and honest: Rocky had developed severe jaundice, his body was failing, and the most humane option left was euthanasia. The staff there was genuinely shocked to learn that the Corona clinic failed to communicate a single detail about Rocky's blood work.If this clinic had provided a proper diagnosis and an ounce of actual medical care, our beloved Rocky would still be alive today. Do not trust this establishment with your pets. They do not care about animals or families; they are running a heartless operation solely to make money. On top of this negligent business, my father stated the staff working during his visit there were completely rude and dismissive. We will be filing a complaint with the California Veterinary Medical Board.
