We had tried when first opened and was not a fan but we decided to give it one more try and we are so glad we did. 10 minute wait on a Saturday night awesome. Waited in the bar. The bartender was so friendly. Got a vanilla cinnamon apple pie martini ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Once seated, we got two apps. Buffalo chicken dip with pita triangles and pretzel with cheddar cheese dip. Both awesome. Next hubby had cheddar soup and I had the onion ale soup. Both so good. Probably one of the best onion soups I have had in a while. Next we shared a prime rib cheesesteak sandwich with onion and peppers. This was ok The steak was good but cheese sauce kinda non existent and instead of peppers and onions it had some onions and roasted red peppers that were more like pimento. Yuck. We finally have gone to this PV restaurant. We have lived here for 28 years! Celebrating our 32nd anniversary, we went to enjoy a nice meal and we absolutely did! I love that they have lo carb options ( cauliflower crust). We enjoyed the cauliflower crust flatbread with shrimp/ mushroom/ mozzarella and pesto, husband loved the roasted jalapeño and shrimp chowder. Entrees were Roasted scallops and Prime Rib. Dessert was Strawberry Shortcake The welcome was great, server ( sorry I forget your name) was attentive, accommodating and professional. The music was great- old school. I hosted my daughters bridal shower today. They provided great service and the food was excellent!

It was my 18th year anniversary so my husband and I out for dinner. The food was delicious, service was great. It was so nice to have not one but both owners there checking in to see how our time was. The servings were plentiful, we both brought home some leftovers as we could not finish. Was invited to a private party for brunch and the food sucked. Tables were set up weird. The buffet must have been on a burner for an hour because the eggs were dried out, salmon was over cooked, vegetables was overcooked (both salmon & vegetables probably leftovers from the night before) and the bacon was RAW! Don't they know people can get sick from that?? Muffins were ridiculous, the size of a half dollar (fit for a 5 year old). Kept pushing the bar drinks relentlessly. On a Saturday night a friend was celebrating her 60th birthday with 12 friends at a restaurant up the road from here...after waiting over an hour to not get a drink or order, we decided to try to find somewhere else to go. Our first call was to this restaurant where I haven't been in years but it was close and had decent reviews. At almost 830 we were thankful they accepted our request for 13 somewhat loud, hungry, and very thirsty diners. The staff were so accommodating and friendly even after several drinks and possibly scaring the other late customers away...sorry..I said loud. The food was very good with the table ordering a variety of items and not one complaint voiced. Thank you so much for saving my friends party and is it possible to get the Mac and cheese as a meal? After leaving another establishment due to poor service, we contacted Jason Patrick's to see if they would be able to accommodate 13 people for a 60th birthday party at 830 pm. Not only did they say yes but when we arrived, the table was ready and the server promptly took drink and appetizer orders. Within 5 minutes everyone had a drink. The food was amazing, their hospitality and service excellent and want to thank you all for what was turning out to be a disappointing celebration into a memorable event! Recently returned to Jason Patrick's for an early dinner last Sunday! My partner and I sat at the bar and ordered drinks and the pretzel appetizer for starters. For the dinner I chose an end cut Prime Rib and my partner chose the Fish n' Chips. Both dishes were amazing including a broccoli with roasted garlic side dish! Our bartender/waiter was very nice and even made me a Perfect Rob Roy to boot! Compliments to the chef too! Definitely should try this restaurant when you're in the area as they have a great menu along with a nice casual dining experience! read more

Spontaneous stop for a light meal. One of those meals that could have been. Chicken sandwich and pulled pork was nicely done with perfect sweet potato fries. Burger tasty char grilled but not medium as ordered- was well done. Priced right. Service friendly and sweet but inattentive. Went for water refill and never came back. Atmosphere redone tastefully modern. Heavy velvet curtains divide space but are awkward leaving parties isolated when not attended to by servers. We got up to get ours two or three times. Bamboo skewer in chicken was dangerously splintered. We sent it with server to kitchen so they would be aware- however after that no mature staff came out to apologize or acknowledge the 3" splinter danger. We'd go back but hope there's a little better customer service training for all. There are much more expensive meals offered and I would for sure given the atmosphere and service be hesitant to make this a special dinner night out. read more

Walked in and stood at then podium as wait staff walked passed never looking in our direction. Finally after a few minutes by chance someone popped around a wall from the bar and said hello, and that "She'll be right there". I thought that was weird. Ordered a nacho appetizer that I wouldn't order again, chips were way too soggy by the time they arrived at the table. My entree, I ordered the beef wellington special........yikes. It had scallops inside the Wellington, essentially giving you a seafood water marinated steak. They put a sauce under the wellington, making the puff pastry soggy, and the picked the tiniest possible plate to serve it on so everything was a big pile and made eating without being a slob difficult. On top of that, the steak was bland and unseasoned, it just tastes like seafood water. The fries were super crispy and golden brown, perfect........but, tasted weird. I made other people try them to make sure I wasn't crazy. I don't understand, this isn't my first time there, the food was decent the first time. Whoever put that wellington dish/recipe together needs to chill out. Cooking times and methods for steak and scallops are WAY too different to put them together in a pocket. read more

Second time here and we had another very good meal. The calamari was crisp, grilled salmon cooked perfectly and the walnut salad was huge and fresh. Our servers were outstanding. Sam, our waitress and Dean and Liam the busboys were very friendly, courteous and attentive. They went out of their way to check on us and made sure everything was ok. We highly recommend Jason Patrick's. Last week our server was Chrystal who was also excellent. One of the reasons we returned. Everything we have tried was excellent with the one exception being their Chili. Not very flavorful and the beef was mushy. I expect chili beef to be chunky with tomatoes. Other than that we have had about 8 different dishes and all were excellent read more

Delicious! Upon entering, we were greeted by a personable hostess who sat us right away with menus. Our waitress arrived pretty quickly with bread, butter and oil dipping sauce. She too was personable and when we asked her for a menu recommendation, she suggested the shrimp, clam and mussel toss. Both my husband and I ordered that along with the calamari appetizer (yes we were in the mood for seafood!) and drinks. Our drinks arrived promptly and we devoured the bread in the oil/balsamic mix and we both found it DELICIOUS. A few minutes later the calamari appetizer arrived. A generous portion served with two sauces: a marinara sauce and creamy lemon sauce. Both were DELICIOUS (and we are picky about calamari). We both appreciated having some time to talk and digest our appetizer before the entree arrived. A huge bowl filled with seafood accompanied by a side bowl for all the shells. The sauce was unusual but incredibly...DELICIOUS! I was concerned it would be a heavy Alfredo sauce and the waitress assured me it wasn't and she was accurate. A light creamy/wine sauce just thick enough to stick to the pasta and seafood. The waitress brought more bread so we could have it with the sauce but we couldn't even finish our meals as it was so we certainly had no room for bread. She had told us that people bring the leftover sauce home and now we see why! We appreciated not feeling rushed and the atmosphere was quite comfortable. Last night about 6pm my friends a group of 4 went to your restaurant for dinner. After we were seated a very large group of teenagers came in to celebrate a birthday. They blew horns, yelled and constantly hit me in the back of my head and back until I moved my seat to the other side of the table. When the waitress noticed this she moved us to another table. Two ladies from a nearby table of 8 complained about the noise to their waitress. When this group of 8 was leaving, they said they would not come back again! The same is true for us. That party should have been held at MacDonalds. Your restaurant DID NOT HANDLE THIS PROPERLY! You lost 12 adults for a birthday party of kids who will probably NEVER come back again. You never tried to make amends. No offer of anything complimentary. Too bad!! And this was a week night NOT a weekend. read more

I've been here many times since I moved to the area and always have a great experience. Staff is friendly and welcoming, food is excellent. Wide tap beer selection and something on the menu for everyone. If you went when they first opened 6 months ago and didn't care for it, I urge you to go back and give them another shot. Been there several times. Won't be back. Food ranges from ok to poor to "where is it?" more than 30 minutes after the order was taken. No visible manager, so you're at the mercy of a clueless staff who can be pleasant and inept or aloof and inattentive. Patrons sit glumly staring at their beer waiting for their food to arrive. When it finally does they eat uncritically even when it looks unappetizing and poorly made. They look like they'll eat anything. From first hand experience and watching others it's obvious the kitchen only sends out burgers VERY WELL DONE. No matter how you order it it comes out overcooked, with poor quality French fries that look and taste factory cut and frozen. Steaks? Forget about it. Overpriced and also probably frozen. The place emphasizes elaborate cocktails and top shelf booze. But it seems out of synch with the beer drinking clientele. It's the latest in a string of failed restaurants at that location. read more
