I've been putting off writing this review because, in a way, it makes everything feel even more real. This wasn't just a cosmetic procedure for me... it was something I thought about for years and choosing the right surgeon felt deeply personal. Now that I'm on the other side of it, I can confidently say that Dr. Jason Roostaeian was the best possible choice. Dr. Jason performed my rhinoplasty on December 16, 2024, and I truly could not be more satisfied with the outcome. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. Before meeting Dr. Jason, I had a consultation with another well-known surgeon in Beverly Hills. That consultation felt transactional, and I was immediately discouraged when he tried to upsell me on a chin implant I did not need. In contrast, my consultation with Dr. Jason felt thoughtful and collaborative. He took the time to listen carefully to my goals and concerns, and I left that appointment feeling confident I was in the right hands. His professionalism, sincerity, and artistic eye stood out instantly. As an Armenian woman, I came into this process with very specific concerns. I had a distinct ethnic nose and was not interested in a dramatic change or a generic, overdone result. I wanted a refined and natural look, with a less droopy tip, but it was important to me that my features remain true to who I am. Dr. Jason understood that completely. He took a highly tailored approach and delivered a result that is both elegant and authentic to my appearance. I still look like myself, just more confident and comfortable in my skin. The recovery process was incredibly manageable. My pain level never exceeded a 3 out of 10 and felt more like pressure than pain. The bruising and swelling were minimal, which speaks to the gentleness and precision of his technique. By day six, I felt well enough to leave the house without makeup, and remarkably, no one could tell I had surgery. When I said no bruising... I mean it! Functionally, the difference has been just as meaningful. I had a deviated septum that he corrected during the procedure, and my breathing is now at 100 percent. The surgery not only enhanced my appearance, it improved my daily quality of life. There is not a day that goes by where I do not appreciate the result. Every time I look in the mirror, I am genuinely grateful. The most frequent compliment I receive is, "I can't even tell you had surgery," which is exactly what I hoped for. My nose ring is permanently off and I no longer need it, she speaks for herself. His staff also deserves recognition. From consultation through post-op care, every member of his team was kind, respectful, and professional. I never felt like just a number or rushed through the process. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the experience that much better. For anyone considering a rhinoplasty, especially those who are nervous about preserving their unique features, I cannot recommend Dr. Jason Roostaeian highly enough. His calming presence, ethical approach, and commitment to natural results truly set him apart. The photos speak for themselves, but the confidence I now carry says even more. Thank you Dr. Roostaeian. I am indelibly grateful in every way.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Dr. Jason Roostaeian! From the very first consultation, he was incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring, taking the time to really listen to what I wanted and assure me that I would still look like myself. The entire process felt comfortable and supportive and was honestly a breeze. After the procedure, I hardly had any bruising at all, mainly just swelling and I experienced zero pain. Most importantly, the results are absolutely amazing--my nose looks so beautiful and natural that friends and family just say I look amazing without even realizing I had surgery. Dr. Roostaeian's skill, artistry, and genuine care truly set him apart. He is a true master at his craft. I'm beyond grateful and would recommend him to anyone considering rhinoplasty. I would trust him with my life!

Worst experience. I spent $25K on a nose job from Dr. Roostaeian on Feb 24 2025. I still have a bump. My projection is huge. My nose is still crooked. My swelling was horrendous. I had clear instructions and photos of what I wanted and he was not even close. He said he would only shave the bump but it would cost me $4500 extra now. So I have to pay to fix his mistake? Furthermore they were so nice and welcoming before you get the surgery but then once I got the surgery and they got my money their attitude totally changed. Lilibeth made a mistake and accidentally did not tell me the appointment she made for me was on video call and not in-person so I show up to the appointment and he wasn't there and then his head medical assistant tells me I cant take the video call with him in the office and blames me for the mistake. He told me his house burnt down which I definitely am sorry for but think he should not have performed a surgery under that type of stress. I also expressed to him that I saved up for this nose job bc growing up my parents wouldn't pay for it and then he said their are worse things in life and I replied yes I know my mom passed away and he goes well my did died too. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. There was also a random piece of something in my nose and I was out of town for work and had to leave my work trip early to fly back and he couldn't figure out what was in my nose. I have spent countless hours and time and money to go back to his office to try to reason with them to fix their mistakes but this office lacks any accountability. Here are pictures of what was inside my nose as well my almost 11 month post op oh and stitches he forgot to take out.

Dr. Roostaeian is amazing!!! He makes you feel confident about yourself and enhances your beauty. He is very honest and is not looking to just make an extra buck with his patients. I was looking to add another surgery and he was honest and let me know I didn't need it. Dr. Roostaeian helped me with my breathing issues (I was a mouth breather) and gave me a beautiful nose that fits my face. I came to him because both my sisters and my cousin had amazing results from their Rhinoplasty. I will always refer friends and family to him. His coordinator Lili is also amazing , she is always available and is very accommodating. They make an amazing team!

Dr. Jason Roostaeian was my septo-rhinoplasty surgeon in late August, and I'm genuinely so glad I chose him not only for his skill as a surgeon, but for the kind of person he is. Even though I'm only about four months post-op, I couldn't be happier with my result. My nose looks natural, balanced, and exactly what I was hoping for. It's made a huge positive difference in how I feel about myself and, just as importantly, my breathing has improved significantly. Considering how particular I am about my aesthetic goals, it's really impressive that he was able to deliver exactly what I wanted. Beyond his eye for facial aesthetics and surgical know-how, he's just a genuinely nice guy. He was always kind, patient, and incredibly attentive. I'm a super anxious person and I think this process would've been so much more stressful had I used someone else as my surgeon. Dr. Roostaeian always took the time to genuinely listen to my hopes/concerns. He never made me feel rushed and made sure I felt heard and understood at every step. He was also refreshingly honest about what was possible and offered thoughtful guidance on what would work best for my face, which gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process. I truly believe it's rare to find a surgeon with this level of skill who is also such a nice person. I feel extremely lucky to have chosen Dr. Roostaeian and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone considering rhinoplasty.

I've been lucky enough to have had great care at UCLA for screening and risk reduction. Once I was done having and being able to breastfeed my children, my first priority was a prophylactic double mastectomy to make sure I was reducing my risk to ensure I could be around for my kiddos. That was a no brainer. The harder choice? What type of reconstruction (or any at all) to have that fit my life. Enter Dr Slack. We had SO many conversations about the pros and cons of each options, how many procedures each would entail, and so much more. I am so so grateful I found Dr. Slack to be a true partner throughout this whole process. In the end I opted for a DIEP flap, where tissue from my stomach was used to reconstruct breasts, which included quite complex blood vessel attachment and subsequent revision to ensure the shape was natural. I cannot say enough great things about how happy I am to have natural tissue (my weight fluctuates and I have concerns about foreign substances in my body). My kids snuggle me and I am able to feel comfortable in my body. In the process I ended up with a bit of a mommy makeover where my belly skin was improved post pregnancy. I'm now almost two years post-op and am able to retain sensation and have continued losing weight and my body adjusts normally. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Slack's incredible surgical skills, bedside manner, follow up and more. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Slack for giving me the body and confidence I have today.

Several weeks later, while traveling internationally, I began feeling extremely sick and developed worsening symptoms. Antibiotics were recommended/called in, but my condition rapidly escalated. I was ultimately diagnosed overseas with an MSSA staph infection that progressed to sepsis, requiring emergency hospitalization in Nice, France. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital with a documented fever of approximately 105 degrees and severe vomiting, and I ultimately underwent emergency explant surgery. I had drain placed and remained hospitalized in France for almost a while recovering. This was one of the most traumatic and frightening experiences of my life. Being seriously ill in a foreign country where I did not speak the language made the situation even more terrifying and isolating. In addition to the emotional and physical trauma, this situation also created significant financial consequences for me, including the original surgery costs, emergency ambulance transport, hospitalization and medical care in France, canceled travel plans, changed flights, and the loss of the European trip I had planned. recovery after this was extremely difficult, and I continued to seek medical care for ongoing symptoms and concerns after returning home. I understand that complications can happen with any surgery. However, based on my personal experience, I was deeply disappointed by the communication, bedside manner, follow-up, and level of support I felt I received during and after this medical crisis. In my opinion, the response did not feel as urgent or supportive as I would have expected given the severity of what I was experiencing. Separate from the medical emergency itself, I was also ultimately unhappy with my cosmetic results. I underwent a revision procedure and I paid additional costs for internal pocket revision work intended to improve implant positioning and symmetry. Despite this, I personally felt the final result appeared uneven, including noticeable asymmetry between my breasts. When I raised concerns, I personally did not feel that my concerns were meaningfully addressed or that I was offered a satisfactory path forward. Given both the aesthetic outcome and the severe medical complications that followed, this entire experience was incredibly disappointing and traumatic for me overall. This review reflects solely my personal experience and opinion as a patient.

In addition, the podcast, Plastic Surgery Uncensored that Dr. Rahban hosts, gave me insight into his professional manner, attention to detail, and the genuine concern he has for educating his patients. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rahban and my revision rhinoplasty experience. After living with a problem from a previous surgery for over 35 years, I finally decided to have it corrected, and I only wish I had done it much sooner. Going into this surgery, I was extremely apprehensive. Since this was a revision procedure, I had a lot of concerns and uncertainty. From my very first consultation, Dr. Rahban took the time to truly listen to me. He was honest about what could realistically be achieved, never overpromised, and made sure I fully understood the expected outcome. I never felt pressured--instead, he genuinely cared that I was emotionally and mentally ready before moving forward. That level of compassion and integrity meant so much to me. Dr. Rahban's skill and attention to detail are truly exceptional. Not only did he address the issue that had bothered me for over 35 years, but he also identified and corrected problems I wasn't even aware I had. His expertise has made an incredible difference, both in how my nose looks and how I feel. The results have truly exceeded my expectations. I am beyond grateful for the care, expertise, honesty, and kindness Dr. Rahban and his staff showed throughout the entire process. If you're considering a revision rhinoplasty, I wholeheartedly recommend him. This has been one of the best decisions I've ever made, and I only wish I hadn't waited 35 years to do it.

REVISION RHINOPLASTY 2026 ~…read more I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Rahban. I originally had a rhinoplasty in 2019 with a surgeon I was referred to by my ENT. My initial surgery was to correct a deviated septum, and since I was already going under anesthesia, I decided to do a cosmetic rhinoplasty at the same time. I actually liked my results for a while, but after about two years I started noticing that my nose was shifting laterally to the left. Over time it became very noticeable in photos, and it made me extremely insecure. I found myself avoiding photos altogether. In the beginning of 2026, I started searching for a revision rhinoplasty surgeon. This process was much harder than I expected because many excellent rhinoplasty surgeons do not perform revisions due to the complexity of them, and I quickly learned that revision rhinoplasty requires a very specific level of expertise. I'm currently 28 years old and about to get married in June, so the thought of going through a second surgery honestly made me extremely nervous, especially the idea of not even being 30 yet and having to do it AGAIN. I wanted to make absolutely sure I chose the right surgeon. I had consultations with several surgeons who specialize in revisions, but after my consultation with Dr. Rahban, I immediately knew he was the right doctor for me. During the consultation, he gave me an incredible amount of information and explained things about rhinoplasty that I had never learned even after doing extensive research. His knowledge, transparency, and attention to detail gave me so much confidence. Beyond that, he was kind, relatable, and genuinely understood how I was feeling about my situation. He thoroughly explained what he planned to do during the procedure, which made me feel completely comfortable putting my trust in him. During surgery, we also decided to do a chin augmentation with a chin implant to help balance my facial profile. That decision ended up making such a beautiful difference in my overall facial harmony. My surgery day went incredibly smoothly. Dr. Rahban was so kind and reassuring that morning, and his entire team was wonderful. His anesthesiologist and nurse were amazing!!! I was so nervous going into surgery and they treated me with such care, I'm truly grateful! The whole facility runs so professionally, but at the same time the office staff and team truly make you feel like family. They took such incredible care of me throughout the entire process. What stood out to me most was how much he genuinely cares about his patients. He provides exceptional preoperative and postoperative care information, and you can tell he truly wants his patients to feel comfortable, informed, and happy with their results ~ not just treated like another case. My rhinoplasty results are truly incredible and natural, and I could not be happier that I chose Dr. Rahban. I would recommend him to anyone I know and beyond without hesitation. If you are considering revision rhinoplasty or any of his procedures, I cannot recommend him enough!!!

One of the first things I appreciated was how easy the process was. Scheduling a consultation was simple, and unlike many Beverly Hills surgeons, I didn't have to wait months just to be seen. The staff, patient coordinators, nurses, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. You can tell a lot about a surgeon by the people they surround themselves with, and Dr. Kim has built an exceptional team. I had wanted Dr. Kim to perform my surgery for a long time, and after my consultation, I knew I had made the right choice. Surgery day was smooth and stress-free. Everyone took great care of me and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Kim himself is exactly what you would hope for in a surgeon. He's calm, down to earth, and genuinely approachable. He's not the stereotypical overly cocky Beverly Hills plastic surgeon. He's a man of few words, but whenever I had questions, he always took the time to answer them and make sure I felt informed and comfortable. Now, being one month post op, I can honestly say I am beyond happy with my results. They are exactly what I envisioned. The shape is beautiful, the scars are incredibly seamless, and my recovery has been much easier than I expected. Everything looks natural, balanced, and incredibly well done. Just wanted to say it is now January 20 26 and I still have these exact same implants... If they were human, they would have been able to drink as of last year! In addition, she's knowledgeable and thorough. Because she's an Associate Clinical Professor of Family Medicine, she keeps up-to-date on the latest medical research. The only minus is that parking at the Medical Center is expensive: $9 and no validation. If you're going for a physical and you think you might need to have some lab work done (i.e., a 12-hour fasting blood test for cholesterol), get a morning appointment for your physical and make sure you don't eat before you go in so you can go directly to the lab afterwards. That way, you won't have to come back the next day just for the lab tests and pay another $9 parking. If you're a hiker like me and familiar with the Westwood neighborhood, you can find street parking; metered in the Village itself or free parking in the residential area. It took me 20 minutes to walk from Midvale and Levering. My wife also uses Shirley as her general practitioner, and she loves her. As much as I hate the drive into crowded West LA (everything I need, I can find in the South Bay), my annual physical is something I actually look forward to.

She said she really cares about her patients, she has a genuine interest in her patients, she follows up with them via email/calls. She listens to what you have to say and shows compassion. I have been a patient of Dr. Uy's for sometime and I can attest that she does indeed care about her patients, her caring and bedside manners are indeed very warm and caring. With managed care these days it has become very challenging for Doctors to take extra time with the their patients, let alone after hours follow up with them. I'm very glad I made the decision to have Dr. Uy has my PCP (Primary Care Physician).
