When reviewing other…read moretowing services around Lansing Michigan where I am a current resident I was trying to go with the service that was not only professional but also cost efficient also as my vehicle needed to be picked up from Vision Tire Repair and dropped off at another local repair shop near my home. When finalizing my Towing Service that I had chosen Which was Northside Towing I received a call from Northside Towing letting me know that another Tow Service had picked up my vehicle without my consent!!!!! Don whom works for Todd's Towing care advised me that he was going to drop off my vehicle at his own repair shop on the corner of Grand River Ave and Capital Ave in Lansing which I had NO interest nor intention of having this happen Nor did I even know Don whom had my vehicle on his Flat Bed!!!! Don then advised me I had taken up enough of his time I needed to make a payment for my vehicle tow and my vehicle needed to be removed off his flatbed or he was going to be taking it next to the local IMPOUND!!! I have never been so unhappy, humiliated and been thru this ridiculous unprofessional customer service in my life !!!! I was horrified the fact that I was being treated so horribly ever and was threatened of having my vehicle impounded next! I then gave him my home address he brought the vehicle on his Flatbed when I approached the tow truck Don advised me I owed twice as much for his original pricing because I wasted his time that he had lost on tows he missed out on. When I only have him the cash for the original tow that was not authorized Don became angry threw my cash at me at began laughing yelled out his tow truck window began laughing out loud" I WILL JUST KEEP YOUR KEY FOB FOR YOUR LINCOLN MKZ THIS IS WORTH MORE!" He stole my only key fob I HAVE CONTACTED LAW ENFORCEMENT AND WILL PRESS CHARGES AGAINST YOU AND TODDS TOWING CARE IF MY KEY FOB IS NOT RETURNED!!!! LAW ENFORCEMENT HAS CONTACTED THIS BUSINESS TODAY AS WELL!!!!!
