Do not come here between 11:30-12:30. Parking is horrible and besides they will run your ass over to get their before you do. I liked the old location better due to the parking. Food is good but I would not recommend if you have a one hour lunch. read more

I have to agree with other reviews about the decline in JD food, especially at this location. This place is clean and conveniently located, but I just spent $12 for a 1/2 BLT, bowl of chili and a kids bowl of Mac n cheese for my son-- the Mac was clearly reheated in a microwave because it was mostly ice cold in the center and the BLT was made of reheated bacon-- soggy, not crispy. Chili was bland. I've had other Jason's deli meals and I must say that while they are not the best deli food in town, it's usually acceptable as a quick meal-- this was by far the worst. With so many options near this location--save your money. In fact, their selling point is healthy dining, but for the same price point for soup you can go across the road to the big Whole Foods for excellent, wholesome soups (and sandwiches). I made a to go order here around 5:30pm and arrived exactly 15 minutes later. My food was ready and the cashier was very friendly. Even offered me a free drink. I got 2 cups of soup, a wrap, and a Cuban sandwich. They had plenty of crackers, napkins and spoons inside. Even gave me an extra pickle for my sandwich. First time having Jason's Deli the other day they ordered it for lunch at my job. I had the salmon-wich. It has guacamole and lettuce tomato some type of aioli and the best tasting herb focaccia. I devoured it lets just say. A friend of mine had the nutty salad which apparently was pretty good. There were some little cornbread bites and also some cookies. I come here religiously after a hangover or when I'm really craving something healthy. The female manager is so nice and helpful she often would get the salad bar in place for me at 10am. Now that is customer service! The Muffs are awesome! I love the managers special with a salad and a muff. I've incorporated some humor into this but in all seriousness I love this location! read more

Customer service must be a foreign concept at Jason's Deli. Went in to place a to go order for just a couple bowls of soup and it apparently it must of been a difficult order since the girl took 15 minutes to get it put in bags and needed a managers help. I got the order and it was wrong. I went back in to explain I had been shorted 2 extra items (I had to pay an extra $2.00 for) and the manager was rude and didn't bother to even apologize at all while I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to get the rest of my order. Another worker was just playing on her phone the whole time. Just a pathetically run restaurant. I won't bother to come back and I'll be sure to tell anyone I know not to waste their time. read more

I well i ordered the Papa turkey sub. It looked as if i only got half a sub. For over $7.00 to get a half looking sub, was a joke. Jason's Deli has gone down hill for me. They over charge and only give you half a sub. Subway even gives you more if a sub sandwhich. read more

I ordered a CHICKEN Alfredo Pasta to go yesterday. I went home and put it away until the next day. When I took the food out to eat, I discovered that they did not put in any chicken. I called them to ask about their policy when such a thing happens. They told me not only must you take care of it on the same day, but you must bring back the food untouched for them to see. I don't live in that neighborhood and it's not justify to drive back there. This store has zero Customer Service and check on what you order each time, they will rip you off and refuse to take care of their mistake. read more

I work in an office building right behind this location, so I have gone to this Jason's frequently for lunch. Usually I'm more than satisfied with their food, but today not so much. I ordered the original portion size of the chicken club salad, and I am pretty disappointed! The portion size is VERY small, much much smaller than when I ordered it last. And the very FEW pieces of grilled chicken were very dry and had a twig-like consistency. When I put my fork in a piece of chicken, it would break apart because it was so dry. I hope someone there reads this review and makes adjustments. Like I said, it's convenient to my office and I have been there frequently for lunch - I don't want to have to find a new go-to. read more
