I have been going to the Hurst shop for years, in person, but when I ask for curbside they don't cut the sandwich completely. Today I ordered and AGAIN it wasn't cut properly. The staff here is great. Today their team was hit with hundreds off orders at once due to a DoorDash promo. I watched this team worked hard to push out order after order. The guy at the register told me that the system was down when I pulled out Apple Pay, so after finding my credit card I tried to insert the chip and he told me that I needed to swipe and that "I thought I told you that a couple of times". Usually rudeness from service workers doesn't bother me because I'm also in retail and I get it. But the attitude that he had was so blatantly rude I was so shocked that I just grabbed my sandwich and left without saying anything. On the day that I stopped in every employee was practicing great customer service. I had 2 different employees offering to make my sandwich. I selected the #7 which is turkey with provolone. The sandwiches at Jersey Mike's come in mini, regular and large. I selected regular. If you prefer or need gluten free bread they do offer it here. If you select gluten free there is an upcharge of $1.50. I was so disappointed in my sandwich. I'm not a math major but by my guestimation I had 90% bread, 10% meat and toppings. That made me unhappy. They were not very generous with the turkey at all so I took off the thick bottom half of the bread so that I could actually taste my turkey. I do like the drink selections since I don't drink sodas and I love tea. They have a raspberry lemonade that I decided to try. It was a good choice. This place is great!!! I've been to Jersey Mike's before and loved it but this location now takes on the favorite location thus far. It's clean inside, smells good, I was acknowledged right away, and the customer service is outstanding. Josh made my food and omg the best #13 Italian I had thus far. It had the same ingredients I always get, yet Josh added his own touches and it was great. Cory was my cashier and awesome. I forgot put in my points and he figured out a way to help me as well. I will definitely be returning. If you have had Jersey Mike's before check out this location. If you haven't had it this is s great location to try it at. Food is not bad just the manager or owner that is at the cash register, he really should be in the back taking care of his business. He has no people skills whatsoever and is super rude to people. Cost me $50 for 3 half sandwiches chips a drink and cookies. What a ripp off. Been there multiple times but this was my last visit after he was rude to family visiting from another state. If I was the owner I'd be watching what people are saying here and take it to heart or you will lose customers. Especially as much as you charge. read more

I just might go to Jersey Mike's too often since they recognize me when I walk in teh door. They just are so good and fresh that I can't stay away! My go to sandwich is the number 7 (turkey/provolone) on wheat because it's so good I can't stray from my regular order. I love the punch card so that I can earn free sandwiches for doing my part and supporting their cause. Chipotle beef cheese steak with banana peppers and served Mikes way... Delicious!!!! Staff is always friendly and attentive.... They pile on the meat and veggies and its almost always cooked perfectly. The have a great selection of normal subs too but to be honest in the 7 years of me eating at Jersey Mikes... I have never deviated from my cheesesteak... I am from the east coast so don't think I am delusional about eating at this location for 7 years lol I will be eating here this week... This location thinks it's okay to give you a sandwich someone else LEFT the store with. Some gentlemen accidentally received my sandwich and left the store with it. He returned and informed the employees he received the wrong sandwich. When they opened it, they realized it was mine. The team lead or manager on duty told the employees working the line to "wrap it up again" and give it to me. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? The guy LEFT the store with it and clearly opened it already. Who knows what he did with the sandwich. What if he was unscrupulous and put something in the sandwich? That's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Lunch rushes are tough, especially when the A/C is broken and its as hot inside as it is out. Well this was the case when I went in one day, but despite the heat the staff was working their tails off. We made it through the line quickly, and while my sandwich was not made as well as I have had it other places it still tasted good. The staff was busy and seating their butts off, and while they weren't in a happy mood to chat with people they were friendly enough not to look too beaten down. This location has been consistently great. The crew members have always been in a great mood every time that I visited the store. The cold subs have always been prepped very well and I could not complain. One of my favorite orders would be the Regular #9 on wheat (Mike's Way, of course). The place does get pretty busy during the lunch rush because of all the local offices in the area, but they usually have extra staff members on hand to help keep the line moving along just fine. read more

Two reviews: first the site, then the web site. This store is excellent. Always clean, friendly staff. Back when we routinely went in to order, the crew knows my name and what I usually get, confirms it, and makes it to specification. Perfect every time. Ordering on the web site is a major pain. I have to log in TWICE, verify my contact info, then try to find the ordering page. It is not a smooth process at all. Then, I cannot see what I've ordered previously with modifications. The online menu does not reflect the types of chips available at my store. Y'all really need to streamline the ordering process. So annoying. Corporate needs to do much better. read more

Somehow I'd never eaten at Jersey Mike's until tonight. I like to frequent the mid-scale sandwich shop a la Lenny's, Firehouse, Which Wich, etc. for almost any meal. I stopped here after seeing the good reviews on here, and they are totally validated! I had their basic club, and it was fantastic. The wheat bread was voluminous and tasty, and they cut the meat right before they put it on the sandwich. All the toppings were fresh and placed on the sandwich with care. The staff was extremely friendly, as all members of the crew were talkative and entertaining during both the sandwich making process and cleanup at the tables. This does not come without a particular volume though, so I would recommend take-out if you're looking for peace and quiet. Great staff, great atmosphere, great sandwich. Always a great sub, and always fast, friendly service. The line here gets pretty backed up for weekday lunch, so go early. I hadn't been here in a while, but even so, the guy behind the meat slicer still remembered me and asked how I'd been. The guy who's at the toppings station is incredibly fast - he's got "Mike's way" down to a science. They're a well-oiled machine at this shop, so even if there's a long line, they fly through the orders. Any backup in the line is rarely due to sandwich-making and more often due to patrons leisurely payment at the register. And I always love places with loyalty punch cards... although is it just me, or should they come out with a master plastic/barcode punch card that you can use at multiple restaurants so you don't have to carry around so many damn paper cards with holes in them!? read more
