While normally I have a GREAT experience at this Jason's Deli in Broomfield that is not what happened today. I order take out from this place very often and while the manager and the young lady that rang up my order were on the top of their customer service not so much for Ryan. This young man was rude from the word go, and the best part was he was on break and eating his lunch. I was asking for a couple of side dish cups to get some ice cream for my to go order, he shouts at the gentleman trying to help me, then dashes behind the counter to get me a cup and a spoon, without washing his hands while eating his meal on break. So I ask for his name, which he refuses to give me even after I explain that I want to make sure I know whom I am referring to when I talk to the manager. So I ask the gentleman behind the counter that was trying to assist me with the cups and Ryan is staring him down like he would fire him if he said anything. I did speak with the manager about this behavior and explained this was some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I know that finding good people is still trying at best, but if Ryan is supposedly manager material then I will not be visiting Jason's Deli at this location ever again. Like I said 99% of the time GREAT SERVICE from EVERYONE, this time 0% customer service from Ryan, this place would be better off without him there, just my opinion. My family and I have been coming here for years and unfortunately I think it continues to go downhill. The staff are really friendly and the place is very clean and well taken care of, however, the food and pricing are unreasonable. My brother and my boyfriend had the club royal and both ended up getting food poisoning. We informed the staff and although they were nice about it, they didn't do much other than tell us they tasted it and said it was fine. The food is also quite expensive for being so average. The salad bar is decent, however, I wish there were more options for the price such as protein like chicken, ham, tofu, etc. read more

First of all, free ice cream with any food. I was waiting for a to-go sandwich and they said hey go eat some ice cream while you wait. AWESOME. I'm somewhat surprised the ratings are lower, I love this place, I have been coming here for years. The service quality (I.e. friendliness of the kids they hire to make your food) leaves something to be desired but I love the menu! While I usually get the beef eater I really like the salad bar for a fast lunch. I love this place. The food is great, the selection is great and they have so much variety of sandwiches to chose from. I have yet to have a sandwich here I wouldn't want to eat again. Ordered the salad bar--lots of great fresh selections--I was a little disappointed not to find more protein selections for your salad--nuts and beans are about as close as you can get, but I guess that's what the deli side is for. Next time would probably get a salad and maybe a 1/2 sandwich. Good choice for a quick lunch. read more

I've been to a Jayson's in Arizona, also ordered food delivered to work here in Colorado, all were great. However, Our trip to Jayson's Deli in person was not the same experience. My wife and I ordered Egg Salad w/Soup & She w/Salad. Major turn-off for my wife, hair in the salad. (Not hers); Mine, Soup was cool, not even warm. Egg Salad has too much lettuce, not enough egg. More like a lettuce sandwich. Sorry, you do not live up to the quality experience we had when visiting Jayson's in Arizona. We will not be returning. read more

I was lucky enough to find this restaurant after another place with a salad bar that I used to go to closed down. I love a good salad bar, and after said restaurant closed, I went on a quest to find a good one. After trying a few, including Souper Salad (which is not all that great in my opinion), I found Jason's Deli. The food is fantastic and the people are friendly. They also serve sandwiches, pasta, and soup (and maybe a few other things), all of which are great. I don't think all their food is organic, but much of it is. Everything in the salad bar looks and tastes fresh, ripe, and flavorful, and they have lots of options. Three kinds of greens, three kinds of cheese, three kinds of peppers, olives, bacon, onions, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh fruit, pudding, and lots of other stuff. They usually have some hummus and/or some kind of pasta salad as well (among other unique and flavorful things you don't usually see in a salad bar). The only things the salad bar is missing are ham and turkey, but I can gladly do without them due to the plethora of other options and the quality of the food. They have lots of salad dressings, too (my two favorites are the balsamic vinaigrette and the other vinaigrette - I think it's called Leo's Italian or something similar). The employees (who are always helpful and friendly) do a great job of keeping the salad bar clean, which can be an issue for other salad bars, and on the rare occasion when the lettuce looks like it's been sitting there too long, they are happy to swap it out for fresh lettuce. They also have some pretty good soft-serve ice cream that is included with the salad bar, as well as three kinds of tea (basic unsweetened, basic sweetened, and my favorite: a black cherry tea that I usually mix with a little sweet tea). There is also a nice patio that I sit at whenever the weather is nice, which in Colorado, is most of the time. I usually like to get some sunflower seeds from the salad bar to feed the birds out there. There are vegetarian options (aside from the salad bar) as well, and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more

I am an avid Jason's Deli customer. Reason for it is the fresh salad bar at all locations. Today I visited this one at flatiron in Broomfield. Very disappointed. ALL 3 bins of lettuce brown wilted etc. easy 2-3 days old. I would have thrown it away at home. When we mentioned it to the staff we were met with a blank stare we asked if they had anything fresher. He said nope that's it and walked away. Ridiculous!!! Not what I expect from any restaurant let alone Jason's Deli. So if uses my 19 bucks only gets wilted and brown lettuce. Loved everything about this place! The food, service, energy and atmosphere were all excellent. We were only in the area for a few days while on vacation but we ended up eating there for lunch two days in a row it was so good. Our salon ordered a sandwich platter for an event that we had on a Monday night. For the one small plate of mostly stale sandwiches (& after delivery fees and tip) the whole order ended up coming close to $100. Then, we bite into the sandwiches and find out that the cheese that was used on the sandwiches was MOLDY. When we called the deli to let them know, they said they could bring us different cheese. At that point, we didn't even want to eat any of the food on the platter anyways; but they didn't even offer to replace the sandwiches, just to bring more cheese.... Then instead of refunding our money, they only offered $15 off our next order. We will not be doing any further business with Jason's Deli clearly. I have been going to Jasons for over 10 yrs . What happened to Jasons? I always get the New York Yankee and it was great. i went weds 100913 and i got a lousy ham sanwich ,which they called a Yankee .My wife always gets a SERGANT PEPPER sanwich and my son gets a GRILLED PORTOBELLO , all missing from the menue.If you take away all the great sandwichs ALL YOU HAVE LEFT IS A ICE TEA AND SALAD JOINT!!! My wife and I come to this Jason's Deli occasionally. The service is usually good and the sandwiches and soup are always hot, fresh, and tasty (we've never had bad food here). Sandwiches are always made fresh (I didn't see anything wrapped in cellophane that had been sitting for a few hours). I just think paying $20 for two orders (1\2 sandwich and soup combo) is a bit too much. It's not a place to go if you are really hungry as we both always leave here still being a little hungry. If they brought their prices down it would be a lot more reasonable. This place is a great place to stop in for lunch! I usually get a chili dog, it has a perfectly cooked hot dog on a toasted bun with warm chili and melty chese drooped over it! I also get broccoli chese soup which is so soupy and warm! Very rich, flavorful and creamy soup topped with crunched crackers. Yup! The salad bar has a great selection of crackers, fruits, veggies and much more! Do not forget the free ice cream on your way out! I've been to several Jason's Deli locations across the country. I've never seen one like this, though... The food is consistent enough, not great, not bad, but okay. What really bothers me about this location, though, is the management team. I don't know if this guy is the ow er/proprietor or what, but he's skinny, bald, glasses and rude as all hell. Mildly rude to customers, but very rude to the asian manager here wearing the blue shirt. These guys are assholes to each other. And they're loud so the entire dining room can hear it. I go meatless on Monday's and Wednesday's. That means that I eat dinner at Jason's Deli twice a week! I always get the salad bar. It is always fully stocked with fresh ingredients. Always clean and tidy. They offer so many things that I love to eat. A variety of lettuce/salad mix/spinach, zucchini, mushrooms, whole hard boiled eggs, beets, artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, etc etc. They also have really good olive oil & balsamic vinegar. I rarely eat regular salad dressings and usually make my own so this is perfect. For those that like ready made salad dressings, they have so many choices. They also have a variety of muffins, crostinis, nuts, puddings & fruit. They also have free soft serve ice cream! I can tell you that when I have to do catering at work I always order Jason's for breakfast, lunch and snack. Their sandwiches, salads, chips, & soup are all delicious. Everyone always loves when I have Jason's delivered. They have delicious cookies. Everyone's favorite are the oatmeal white chocolate chip cranberry walnut cookies. They also deliver coffee, juice & water. The best of everything here with very reasonable prices. Easy online ordering with rewards points. We were staying at a local suites hotel for about 10 days and tried Jason's Deli the first day. We have ended up eating here every single day -- both lunch and dinner. We eat lunch and take out something for dinner. The Chicken Pot Pie is to die for and the salad bar like no other! The quality has been so impressive -- you can tell they use very good quality and don't spare on the freshness and top quality ingredients. And they offer such nice little touches like free ice cream and these sweet little muffins complimentary. A great variety and reasonable prices. If the owner of Jason's is reading this, PLEASE BRING ONE TO LONGMONT. We are moving there soon!! read more

I know this is a chain, but as far as franchises go, this one is great. The salad bar is always fresh, and I love stopping in for some soup or a baked potato to go. Also, the management is superb. I feel like they go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is having a good experience. For example, once I stopped in 5 minutes before close (not having checked their hours before popping by). The manager was more than happy to still take my order, and sent me on my way with a tasty dinner. Things like this set businesses apart. read more
