The slowest service I have ever experienced. I order here regularly due to the "convenience " of it's location to my work. I placed my order well in advance since I have experienced a wait when picking up my lunch in the past. I have always given them the benefit of the doubt but this is my final straw. I ordered my usual lunch and it said it would be ready 4:07.. I didn't arrive until 4:20 and it wasn't even bagged.. the woman at the counter didn't even look up from the computer to make the slightest greeting. Rude. Mind you they were not busy at all. I will give my money to anyone but them from now on. Unless you have an entire afternoon or don't mind wasting your time I would not recommend this location. read more

I think all Jason's Delis are very good, and this one supports that notion. It's big, it's clean, and the associates are nice. There are plenty of tables and booths. And the food is just great. The salad bar is crazy, with lots of choices, lots more than most salad bars at any restaurant. And they keep it fresh and groomed. Their sandwiches are the main show, and they offer a wide variety. All fresh. But they also have about 10 soups, and they are not to be overlooked. Try the chili. read more

It's nice that the bar is back open. They only allow one trip but are charging the same prices as multiple trips. Gloves are provided and required to go to the bar... but not required for ice cream machine or drinks. They do not require mask at the bar, ice cream or drinks. There on 4/16/22 placed my New Yorker to go 15.28 for 1 sandwich. I'm from Naples Fl ours allows Custer to have a few mini muffins or ice cream weather we dine in or take out. I have always enjoyed Jason's Deli but tonight it was a little more special by them honoring our fallen. I wad there to meet a couple of friends and it was fairly empty but as always they have great service and the food was very fresh. The food was tasty. I want to give a huge shoutout to, Amanda, at the Jason's Deli at Hamilton Place in Chattanooga! Amanda, got me an extra plate and spoke to the manager who allowed me to go back to the salad bar even though another employee, Amy, said I couldn't go but once to the salad bar. Amy, stated that recently Jason's enacted a "new rule" when dining at Jason's Deli saying they have done away with all you can eat at the salad bar. I went to Jason's with this "all you can eat" aspect in mind and didn't know anything had changed therefore, I should have been notified that this was a recent new rule and not to do that next visit. Whenever we are near Hamilton Place Mall anytime around dinner or lunch, Jason's Deli is always my first choice. I love it because I know I can get their amazing salad bar with no waiting, because if I am shopping and it's lunch or dinner time, I want food fast! I used to get their muffaletta sandwich, which I highly recommend. I could make a meal on the olive tapenade alone. But then one day while having lunch with some friends, someone got the salad bar. After I saw her plate, I was hooked. What I love about their salad bar is the variety. There are the usual salad fixings - lettuces, tomatoes, cucumbers, and more, but the real treat are all the extras. First of all they have pickled beets, which I love. Then there are all the salads on the salad bar. At my latest visit I had a quinoa and mango salad, the southwestern corn and bean salad, the tomato caprese salad, and the olive tapenade. With that I also included their roasted red pepper hummus, with their pumpkin flatbread crackers. Then, after you've finished this huge salad bowl filled with all sorts of goodness, you get free ice cream!! Knowing the menu from days gone past I went in for the pastrami on rye. This one was the same but they put lettuce on theirs. This is a great place to get a quick meal and have healthy options to boot. I personally try to stick to the salad bar. And a one trip option to the salad bar is perfect for my toddler who can pick out all their favorite things. The customer service has always been good. My only complaint really is the seating. It's way too tight. They could stand to lose 5-6 tables or at least turn them into 2 seater tables. when we can't get a booth or a table on the outskirts, it's a huge ordeal getting boosters and high chairs where we need them. And no one ever offers to give up their booth, and I don't get any offers for assistance from the staff. But I won't let it affect my rating. 4 stars. read more

I am so happy to share a great option for those with Celiac/Gluten sensitivities! My husband gets very sick if he eats gluten so we were very hesitant to try Jason's Deli's gluten free options. Eventually we went for it anyways. They have an entirely separate kitchen area where they prep "allergy" food (gluten doesn't enter this section). They also have the manager make these orders for an extra precaution. He has ordered a sandwich twice and a loaded potato once, all without ever getting sick. He has really liked everything he has ordered. They are very careful with the food handling and are aware of cross contamination issues. We're so glad to have a place where we feel safe eating out now. read more

I'm feeling Jason's these days, especially the salad bar. Honestly, I almost never get anything else. The salad bar has enough options to make for a great lunch, one that's substantial enough to hold you until dinner. I really like coming here when I know I'm going to have something not-quite-so-healthy for dinner (my Tremont Tavern burger addiction has to be fed!) Employees are usually nice and right on refills at the salad bar. The free froyo cone doesn't hurt things either. read more

I love Jason's Deli. We eat here often and are never disappointed. I love the fact that they focus on organic/non GMO/ antibiotic free ingredients. The only downfall is they have some very young employees that look like they would rather be anywhere else than there. I asked the girl taking my order a question about on of the sandwiches and she had no idea, on top of that she looked at me like I fell off of another planet. For the same price I can get solo much more from other catering companies!! I really didn't want to eat anything. I was feeling a bit ill, and basically just wanted to go to the hotel and crash. Of the millions of restaurants dotting this area of town, I decided to give this place a try because of the illuminated "to go" sign in the window. The fettucini alfredo was decent. Not the best I've had..and not the worst, but it was certainly the fastest I've ever gotten it.....and that's exactly what I was looking for. The salad bar. Can't beat this. I also love the sandwiches. I like the New York Yankee and the Beefeater. Get ready for a gigantic portion. BTW, you can ask for a lighter portion and it's still plenty. But if you really want to pig out, and I do, you get the regular portion. They also have vegetarian options as well as the salad bar. The salad bar has a ton of different options. You can't go wrong with that. The staff is super friendly and will bring your food out to you when it's ready. To top off the whole experience, you get ice cream cones at the end. Yup, you do it yourself, too! Make it super tall or just a shorty, up to you. Vanilla, chocolate, or swirl. I'm a swirl kind of guy. Meanwhile, the workers are cleaning. The restaurant is very clean and there is always someone out bussing the tables. The bathrooms are clean and updated. I never leave reviews but their service is just bad now. I have been getting to go orders for years and lately they never get the order correct. I ordered online and then called when I got there for curbside and asked that they please don't forget the fruit dip since they always forget it. Well this time they forgot the fruit dip and the fruit as well which is my favorite part. They also gave me someone else's sandwich and soup. So then when I went in to get the fruit and dip no apology at all and the manager was the one that had answered the phone when I called and who fixed the order. He is in the wrong line of work. I love this place! They have a huge salad bar with a wide variety, and have very good sandwiches. I always get the Mac and cheese with the salad bar because it is so good. It is like the pasta from box Mac and cheese, but the sauce tastes like a good homemade sauce. You order like you do at a fast food restaurant, then you get your drink and find a seat. Well, this place was recommended because I wanted a salad and a place where there was a good salad bar. Yes they did have a salad bar, but it's mostly full of nuts and vegetables. The inside of the place is very ambient and beautiful so I didn't mind the wait which was not long considering that I had my whole family with me that also decided to order off the menu. Our order was done and we made it home. My wife ordered the Italian Cruz that came with I believe honey mustard. The mustard was way to over powering that it was the only thing on the sandwich that you could taste. My daughter ordered a wrap, can't remember which one but it was VERY dry. My son just got a peanut butter sandwich and no problems there. The Club sandwich that I got looked soooo goo when I opened the container it was placed in, but I was very optimistic about it since tasting the others. Well as I should have known my sandwich was dry as the Mojave Desert. It was so dry that I really couldn't taste anything on it. This was just a big disappointment for me all the way around. I am a fan of Jason's Deli; however, this attempted trip made me walk out. I planned on using my birthday certificate eMailed to me and was really looking forward to ordering lunch to go. Nowadays, when walking inside, you are told to bring up their Website on your phone, go through the menu, and order that way. Excuse me. I am a Senior citizen and NEED to see a real live menu to make it easier! I tried placing an order on-line at home to be picked up, but there was nowhere to cash in on my certificate. After hearing good things I took my parents here today and we were not disappointed. The general manager greeted us by opening the door for us and then explained a little about the restaurant. We placed our order and another young man helped my mother out to our table. I dropped a plate and a bus boy wouldn't let me lift a finger to help.
