I ordered a delivery today from the website from this Jason's Deli location. The DoorDash delivery app indicated that the order was delivered but I did not receive an order and had no way to contact the delivery driver. I called Jason's Deli and explained what happened and the crew and manager decided to remake my order and deliver it directly. I can't tell you how much I appreciate their service and the fact that they would care enough to make sure I received my food. I used to work nearby and would eat lunch there often, as do many of my coworkers. I always enjoy the food. It is always fresh and tasty. One of their long-time employees, Rick, always greets me by name and remembers our brief conversations. Even after I had not been there for about a year due to a health issue, when I returned he still remembered me and asked about my family. He is one of the best ambassadors for his shop. Sorry my location was Boca Park! I went because my nurse had their pasta last night at the hospital and it look good but I should have known when she didn't finish it! My pasta was cold and unchewable! My toasted bread with guacamole And my bread that came with my pasta smell like aged old plastic & Both were brick hard. You would need more than dentures to chew these. It was sooo disappointing that even my animals wouldn't eat this stuff. Somethings terribly wrong with any food preparation, that's not eatable or chewable this place needs to evaluate they're preparation and delivery because I want my money back and a review from theyre cook because I was totally blown away by this!!! read more

Dropped in to Jason's Deli for a quick lunch. Validated parking is easy and conveniently located in the same building as the IRS and utilities so there were a lot of employees coming and going. Service was friendly and efficient. We were greeted by the kind gentleman that brings food orders out to tables. Food was made to order but we probably got someone else's order by mistake. Not a big deal for us and they offered to correct it with us as I'm sure they offered to correct the other persons order. Prices are reasonable and the portions are good (not too big and not too small). For those that are inclined to, you may also get a free soft serve cone. There was a nice little salad bar with a decent selection of veggies and more. Our food was tasty just like home which is always nice to have when you're not sure about other restaurants and not in the mood to search. I placed an order for curbside service but upon arriving the was no indication on where to park to receive my order. Luckily there were two of us, so my co worker got out and went to grab the food. I got the Carmella and the sandwich was overall pretty good. However, it's loaded with a pepper relish that is really spicy, so in the future I'd just ask for it on the side. read more

Ordered a sandwich from here and they served me stale bread and rotten lettuce. Disappointed in this place. The bread was supposed to be a French roll but honestly was like a piece of brick or hard rock, as if it had been left out for over a week. Royale Club Croissant with Turkey ham bacon lettuce and tomato! Nice fresh ingredients to make a scrumptious sandwich! And the customer service was fast and friendly! Since I work in the building across the way, Jason's Deli is a go-to for for a quick lunch. They use excellent deli meats and have some awesome sandwiches. I purchased the Club Royale and it didn't disappoint. I'm also glad to see that the salad bar is open now. I moved here during the pandemic so salad bar didn't used to be open. This Jason's Deli is so easy to find. It is located in the bottom corner of an office building across the way from a lot of federal agencies. What I like about this place is that I can order online and just pick it up. No fuss, no muss. I'd recommend this place if you are close by and want a quick lunch! Not only is the staff super nice and helpful but their lobby is spotless. These workers here are hard workers! They have tons of catering (half already being taken out by employees in the picture) and every employee has a smile on their face and is friendly during a busy time. My co-workers and I ordered from here today for the first time. I ordered a whole roasted turkey sandwich with tomato, onion, guacamole, jalapeños, banana peppers, lettuce, and oil. I was sent a half sandwich despite paying for a whole, which is why I knocked off a star. However, the half sandwich I did receive was delicious!!! The croissant was perfectly toasted and they were very generous with the toppings. I meant to ask for it to not be toasted, but I'm glad I didn't. I also got gumbo and a fruit cup. The gumbo was actually pretty decent and I liked that I was able to select which fruit I wanted in my cup. I dislike when restaurants load you down with honeydew melon for no reason! Lol! I always order from this location because it is close to my work. I suggest ordering pickup and then just picking up rather than ordering when you get there. They're busy at this location but always efficient. I order a salad from the salad bar or Cobb salad. Ordered @ 8am for a 11:32am pickup. My order was not ready until 11:56am. I was picking up food for a 12pm lunch for my team, which I was then late too. I kept being told that it would be 5min, that someone was working on it and that it was such a long order. While it was 7 orders, I specifically ordered it hours ahead and there was no line while we were waiting for the order. You could tell that they rushed my order and that they were not prepared. I just tried this place for the first time, we ordered two Italian Cruz Po'boys, and they were horrible!! Very Mushy and the taste did not taste like an Italian sandwich at all, I took one bite and spit it out. I just wasted almost 30 bucks on DoorDash for this and all I can get credit for was a cookie that i ordered and it wasnt in the bag. I think I'm starting to become a bigger fan of Jason's. I work nearby and have started coming here more than I used to, mainly becuase I'm seeing more value to eating here besides the convinience. They have a great selection of sandwiches, soups and baked potatoes and sometimes I find myself not knowing what to get. I usually go for lunch but stopped by in the morning today (since Cafelatte was closed) and tried a breakfast panini that was absolutely delicous! The bread was grilled to crispy perfection and the egg and bacon were good and not overly greasy. During lunch you can eat at the salad bar, which I never have, or order off the menu. All their sandwiches are pretty good and I don't necessarily like one better than the other since all the ones I've had so far were delicious. They also have huge baked potatoes and bowls of soup that are good for the times I don't feel like having a sandwich. Service is wonderful here and even though it can get pretty busy here during lunch, the line seems to move along efficiently. If you dine in, you can even enjoy free soft serve ice cream, which I tend to forget about! Also, if you plan to come here often you can buy a travel mug for $3.99 and get 99 cent soft drink refills anytime you stop in with your mug. read more

We had heard of this place and found out there was one near downtown Las Vegas, on the ground floor of the City Center. It is a really nice location which has lots of parking the parking garage and this place will validate it for you. I really wish I could have experienced this place before Covid 19 because it looked like they have a great salad bar but you have to tell one of the workers what you want and they scoop it for you. The menu board is located near both entrances and the staff that works there was friendly and helpful. We ordered the Reuben the Great sandwich and the Thanksgiving special sandwich even though it is way past. We also ordered the Chicken pot pie soup on the recommendation of the cashier. The lunch crowd on this date wasn't too bad and our order was brought to our table within 10 minutes. Both sandwiches were very tasty and satisfying. The soup was very good, and at all salty as some soups can be. We had also ordered a chocolate cookie for dessert just because. Was looking for a quick lunch that wasn't fried food, and when this Jason's location popped up on the map, we were sold. I've been a fan of Jason's for years, with their extensive menu and great salad bar, I've always liked this place for a "lighter" lunch. This Jason's is located in the bottom corner of an office building, so it's clearly catering to corporate America, however if you plan on making a trip and don't work in the office building, you should know the attached parking garage is $3/half hour. I would recommend walking from another location if possible, but it sounded good so I paid to park! The interior resembles every other Jason's I've been to, same decor and layout. You order at the counter, the salad bar and drinks are located more towards the middle and then there is plenty of seating. It was probably 1:30pm by the time we arrived on a Monday, so it was pretty dead, but I would imagine they get a lot of traffic during lunch hour from the businesses upstairs. Friendly staff working, and the food was on par with what I expect from Jason's. I had a tuna melt with fruit as a side, and my girlfriend ordered the penne pasta with marinara sauce and meatballs. They delivered the penne pasta with chicken and a white sauce, but upon bringing it to their attention they were apologetic, kind and replaced it very quickly. A+ customer service. After leaving a bad review on this app a few weeks ago, the manager Maricella asked me to call her so she could make it right. She provided excellent customer service by giving me a replacement meal on the house. I chose the Reuben sandwich with pastrami and a cup of spicy seafood gumbo. Very delicious. I've been here a few times in the past 4 years or so, I just never "checked in". I walked in at 2:20pm and they close at 3:00 pm so I was glad I made it and was able to eat lunch. I had the MANAGER'S special which is half a sandwich, cup of soup and chips. I had the beefeater French onion soup, and Baked lay's chips. I can't remember ever having a bad experience at this Jason's Deli, you are greeted when you come In the door and overall a enjoyable experience. They currently have a "free cookie" when you check in, I'm sure it's only a first time check in and not every time you visit. When your done with your meal they have the complimentary ice cream cone which you get to enjoy in your way out if you drove in for lunch. I've always liked Jason's Deli when is search of something quick, but also something that will be better than fast food. I picked up a Shelley's chicken salad crossant from here the other day that was really good. The pineapple and nuts in there chicken salad is amazing. YES pineapple goes in chicken salad!!! Don't knock it til you try it all you pineapple haters. The pasta salad I had on the side was a bit too garlicky for me, so I wouldn't get that again. We ordered delivery for lunch a few weeks ago. I was so excited have one of their famous giant deli sandwiches. It had been years since I visited this place. There was three adults and we two of us got a giant sandwich one of us got the salad bar for delivery. The salad bar showed up with no dressing even though there was a dressing selected on the order. The big deli sandwiches were really good especially the fresh cut that we meet inside. The biggest disappointment was the side of macaroni and cheese that we got the website described it as cheesy gooey delicious. But the macaroni and cheese that showed up wasn't even craft it was a generic box from a grocery store that tasted like cardboard. Very disappointing for such a infamous deli. This place is a GEM! I was meeting a high school friend from lunch. When she said deli I originally was skeptical and unimpressed, but when I got there I was pleasantly surprised. I had a pot roast sandwich, moist and flavorful. With the sandwich I got chips and a loaded baked potatoes soup- all good choices. What made my day was the free soft serve after- I mean how many places do you go and get free dessert? It was reasonably priced, tasty, and the staff was a delight. If you want a quick lunch, healthy or filled with calories, this is the place for you. Their food is always fresh, try the new pork tenderloin sandwiches. Super tasty and healthier than some of the other meats. The staff is always friendly and most of them recognize me after only a handful of visits. The soups are great too and they have a larger variety than most sandwich shops including chile and chicken pot pie soup. They have a salad bar with fresh ingredients and even give free muffins and crunchy garlic toast out free to all customers. The soft serve ice cream is also included in your meal if you dine in. This was my first time to this location and it was amazing as always. It gets REALLY crowded at lunch time and even though the wait to order may take longer then normal the rest of the place runs better then any Jason's Deli I have been too in this city. The workers are very friendly and helpful, they work hard and at the busiest part of the day, they keep the tables moving. When you are finished and leave, your table is cleared and cleaned for the next person almost immediately. I have never seen a Jason's Deli this well managed and ran. There is not much they can do about the wait to order as they have everyone available working on taking orders and getting them out. The wait after you order for your food is FAR less then the amount of time to order but again the location of this place only allows them to do the best they can and I guarantee you they are doing the best they can and then some. If you are in the downtown area, you cannot go wrong with this place. The selection is varied where you can get something different if you find yourself here often. Either way, the food is worth the trip and the friendliness of the staff is worth the trip. read more

Food is good but went there today to meet with a client. I was reminded why I don't like parking in garages that charge to go to lunch. While they said they validated the parking ticket, I still had to pay $6 to leave. There are too many good food options downtown to pay an extra $6 for parking for lunch. This place is clean and has a great salad bar, but not worth the parking fee. Parking fees are about greed more than anything - it isn't as if anyone parking there would be going anywhere other than to an office or business there. Annoying. read more
