I ordered the grilled cheese and added bacon. This is how it came. Where is the cheese???

Where is the cheese in my grilled cheese sandwich?? I expect some cheese when I order a grilled cheese sandwich. I think there is a ratio for them too.

    The New York Yankee Sandwich

After 8-hours of traveling, we needed to eat and didn't want to cook anything. We order Jason's deli for delivery, I got the New York Yankee, my wife got the loaded kids potato, and a kids PB&J for my son. First off, the delivery was amazing and ordering it via the Yelp app was super easy. The New York Yankees sandwich was insanely huge and loaded with corn beef, pastrami, Swiss all on toasted rye bread. This could have been easily shared. I enjoyed the whole thing and immediately wanted a nap. My wife loved her baked potato and couldn't imagine ordering a full-size spud, as the kid size was already substantial. We were quoted a delivery time of almost an hour, but were very surprised to see that our food was delivered in 30 minutes via contactless delivery. I was laying on the couch staring at my phone when the text came through, "your food has been delivered!" We would for sure order from Jason's deli again hot food, huge portions, and fast delivery. I'm in!

I love this place. Fantastic salad bar! Even during COVID, they offer a form that can be filled out and they will make you a salad. They allowed me to also make notes on the form (light on the lettuce, extra olives, dressing on the side, etc. ). They have lots of seating and choices of sandwiches.

They have a smallish seating area with a bar, plenty of space for a sandwich shop, and a big screen tv that was showing a Back to the Future movie. We ordered: - BLT (Thursday it is the Thursday special and comes with fries and a drink for $12) - Cheesesteak (obviously) with onions, with cheese wiz as the Lord intended - Mozzarella Jawns - I've never heard of that before but they're a very wide, sorta flatish cheese stick. I think they are named after an app from Bar Jawn in Manayunk (a Philadelphia neighborhood). Took it to go. It comes with house made chips and I ate those most of the way home. I'm normally not a fan of house made kettle style chips but these were great! Too salty for my husband but just right for me so your mileage may vary. The hot out of the fryer mozzarella and fries did not fare well on the 12 minute drive home but when I got to the house I popped them in the air fryer and they crisped back up to perfection. My husband had the BLT and he said it was delicious. The bacon was a little more crisp than he does it for himself but that's a personal preference thing. The tomatoes and lettuce were very fresh. As a BLT aficionado, he was a fan. The real star here was the cheesesteak. My husband said "this is better than the cheesesteaks I've had in Philadelphia" and he was not wrong. The meat was cooked perfectly, chopped and tender. Seasoned but not so much that the onions couldn't shine. Onions were browned and lightly softened, not soggy. The bread was delicious, soft and soaked in their homemade cheese wiz. Their cheese wiz? A national treasure. If I could order it by the tub I would and I'd never struggle to get my kids to eat their veggies again. It's that good. The whole thing was a 12/10. I have pictures but they're blurry because I couldn't sit the sandwich down long enough to photograph it so I'll rely on others for that. TL;DR - Go get a cheesesteak.

Customization is standard at most delicious, but it seems to be frowned on here. No chips or pickle spear served with the sandwiches, even at $10+ for a HALF sandwich. And they forgot about the fries we ordered - even after I reminded the chef when he delivered the sandwiches. Tasty food but very expensive and they sure didn't seem to care that they goofed up our order. Yes, they reluctantly reversed the charge on the fries, but somehow they seemed upset with us for mentioning the omission. Sorry, but at these prices we'll just go elsewhere.

It's small inside, my husband and I decided to eat there. I got the Italian beef slightly wet, added hot peppers. My husband doesn't eat dairy, beef, or pork, so he was a bit limited. The young lady at the register was super nice and told him his options would be limited so he settled on chicken fingers. The food came out hot and it did NOT disappoint. It was cooked to perfection. They have plenty of seating. I should also mention that their menu is so good it left me torn on what to order. Despite the crowd and influx of orders, I thought the service was fast. The team works like sandwich ninjas, slicing meat and slathering spread, which was fun to watch. I ordered 'The Veggie,' while my husband got 'La Paradiso.' The focaccia tasted extremely fresh: crusty on the outside with a prominent flavor of EVOO, and soft on the inside. A very well-rested dough, I'd assume! As delicious as the bread was, the eggplant, stracciatella, and pistachio cream were out of this world. Oh my god, just heavenly! The size is ginormous; I split it into lunch and dinner. Considering the quality and sourcing of these ingredients, along with the fact that it covered two meals for me, I felt these sandwiches were quite economical. I have a long way to go before I try all their sandwiches

All three people behind the counter greeted me enthusiastically and with big smiles when I walked in. I perused the menu and opted for La Toscana. While I was waiting, I was enticed by the beautiful display of delicious and fresh ingredients in the display case. Every sandwich is made to order, but they worked very quickly so I didn't have to wait long. Overall the sandwich was excellent. In particular the Truffle Honey really took it over the top in terms of great flavors. I did feel that the focaccia was a bit too crispy, at least to my taste. I'm not sure if this was a one-off issue or if this is how they always make the bread. I would have preferred the focaccia to be quite a bit softer, but maybe that's just my personal preference. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, but it was a very hot day so I stayed inside with the air conditioning. The place is really clean with some nice decor. The experience was really good, and I would certainly recommend this as a great sandwich shop with excellent Italian ingredients. I'll just hope for softer focaccia next time.

I work in restaurants and this makes it high risk for mistakes. When "our" order was ready, she made direct eye contact with us beckoned us over to pay. It wasn't until after we made it out and home we realized it was the wrong order. There is certainly a gap in training because another individual was taking and calling out names for orders. What I received was somewhat similar to my order but extremely plain and lacking. (No offense to the person who originally made this order.) We also believed it would come out in order so we were called forward shortly after the people who were in front of us checked out. The ambiance is decent, the restaurant is cluttered and the ordering system is poor. The outside of the restaurant has two different signs and entrances/exits. I heard multiple people in line confused about this choice as well. My suggestion to ownership would be to make one entrance an exit only to avoid new customer confusion and streamline the ordering process. The bagel I received was tasty, but fell extremely flat because it was plain on the inside. Again, I received the wrong order so it wasn't at all what I was expecting. I would like to give this place another try and hopefully I receive someone else to take our order.
