This Jason's deli location has the sweetest most helpful staff. The lady that works the lunch shift at the front counter is always soo friendly!! She deserves major kudos, we really like her. and truthfully she's the first impression that guests have. The food is always fresh and store is always clean. The only gripe I have is the restroom. It's filthy and smells awful. I had to literally hold my breath when I went in there so for that reason I avoid using it while I'm there (which isn't helpful because I have several young children and an infant who needs diaper changes). I wanted a muffuletta. Jason's Deli always delivers on their sandwiches; I'm never disappointed with this location. It was perfectly toasted, the olive layer was perfect--not too much. The meat and cheese were in good balance. My only suggestion is it needs a bit more olive oil or some dressing to make it a bit less dry. The service is always good. read more

I usually love our experiences at Jason's but today was a little off. I tried something new, the Texas Spud. My wife loved her CB Ranch Spud so k thought I'd give one a try. Meh. The BBQ sauce overpowered everything and there was just too much of it. The spud only had a few ingredients and could use a few more to round out the flavor profile. Maybe some chives, drizzled ranch, fried onions. Something. All it had now is the BBQ Beef and Cheese. The bad part of the visit though was my son's order. He LOVES the kid turkey sliders. Two bites in he finds plastic in his food. Fine. I tell them and they remake the sandwich. The problem was...the second sandwich ALSO had plastic. Like huh??? My first time here. I didn't know what to expect... but walking in, it's more than just a deli! There's an all you can eat salad bar and they also serve spuds, soups, salads, pastas, muffulettas, bowls, and a variety of sandwiches. Large walk up order counter and the food is delivered to your table when ready. We ordered the NY Yankee and Rueben the Great with pastrami. Definitely no skimp on the meats! The Yankee was deelish. The Rueben was good, but I didn't taste much of the kraut or the thousand island. In fact they forgot to take the cheese off and I believe they removed the dressing! We got some mustard and I slathered it all over my bread instead. Both sandwiches came with chips. I do love how the meats are nice and lean, no added fats or overly salted. Sandwiches were reasonably priced too , $13-$14 They have a nice fountain/tea self serve drink area. I enjoyed the caffeine free hibiscus tea. Friendly service, reasonably priced, and good food. When you walk in, you order at the counter and take a number to your table to wait for them to bring you the order. When you do the manager's special, you get one trip to the salad bar which is perfect way to snack as you wait for your meal. The salad bar has a good selection of dressings and toppings, as well as complimentary crackers, bread, and muffins at the salad bar. They also have free ice cream available and a good selection of drinks to choose from. This is a very casual, laid back place that remains relatively quiet, even if it is packed. I am beyond frustrated with the service at this Jason's Deli location. We placed our order at 12:28 PM, and as of 12:44 PM, we are still standing here waiting. We chose to order "to-go" specifically because the dine-in line was out the door, but that was clearly a mistake. People who sat down to dine in after us have already received their food. The organization here is non-existent. There is only one girl working the register/to-go area and she is completely overwhelmed. She is taking her "sweet time," stopping in the middle of packing orders to help new people at the counter or answer the phone. She finishes nothing before starting something else. To make matters worse, she isn't wearing gloves while handling/packing orders. Where is the management? There isn't a single manager in sight helping this poor girl clear the backlog. I have been to Jason's deli and I really like their sandwiches and soup combos. They have a great variety of sandwiches to try but recently I have re discovered their salad bar and I am obsessed. Since reopening their salad bar after Covid, it has drawn my attention so I gave it a try and now I can't stop going back. The variety and freshness of the lettuce and vegetables side salads and toppings is so extensive. I think I saw the bar being restocked and freshened up two times while I was there. I honestly feel like it's hit or miss here. I went the other day and got an Alfredo pasta that was delicious! Today I had gotten the chicken avocado chipotle melt, and I would say my entire meal was ok. There wasn't any chipotle I could taste in my sandwich, the macaroni tasted cafeteria/microwave like and for whatever reason the pasta salad we had gotten was so soggy and juicy I'd say it was almost inedible. I would say Jason's deli is another place where it "depends on what you order," but if I want a good sandwich I'd likely head somewhere else. read more

If you've been to one Jason's Deli, you've pretty much been to them all. I feel like this one is smaller than others. The self serve salad bar is rather small. So the canisters of salad toppings are small as well and means that they are often empty and need refilling more often. One thing I really didn't like was the small aisles between the tables, which puts you up close and personal with the bus cart when they come by to clean off tables. The bus cart was literally at my side while the guy was scraping off plates as I was eating my food. It was disgusting. The food itself was good. Service was fast, their worker Stephanie was very friendly, and I liked that they still offered the curbside option. I usually order the same thing which is the managers special; 1/2 sandwich, one trip to the salad bar and chips for $8.59. This is a great deal because it's a lot of food for myself in one sitting. The California Club is good and the salad was even better because I can put what I want in it. I have allergies so it makes it easier for me when I want indulge in something healthy. And if you pile the salad on, all you need is one trip. There is also a good selection of dressings and bread off to the side and if you dine in there's free ice cream (cup or cone) for JD patrons. Apparently they had to kill the pig to make the bacon for the garnish. The potato soup is very creamy and soothing. It has small chunks of potato that are very soft, you can squish them with your tongue. It comes with bacon and cheese garnish. This visit I waited a long time for my soup and then it was cold. My daughter got the kids pasta, chicken fettuccini Alfredo. It was HUGE!!! The chicken is grilled and in strips. An adult can definitely get full on the kids pasta!
