Deluxe original made my way. No tomatoes, no mustard. Added jalapenos, and chipotle mayonnaise! Delicious!

The entrance was a little funky but, I do recall seeing one handicap space. I think there may be more. Inside is spacious easy for large wheelchair to get through. I did not have an opportunity to check the restrooms. Hence, 4 stars. Hopefully, I'll get to visit here again before I return home. I haven't had the opportunity to eat at a Schlotzsky's in at least two decades. I ordered the Deluxe Original sandwich and asked for no tomatoes, no mustard and added chipotle mayonnaise dressing, jalapenos. The great thing I found out about this Schlotzsky's Is that it hasn't skipped a beat. It was so good and delicious It tasted great! The only con was they were out of jalapeno chips. That would have made it perfect.

    Drive through staff

The drive through staff has the worst attitude especially the tomboy girl that works it majority of the time. We come here often and it's always the Same. Especially when they forgot stuff and you tell them they forgot items in your bag she gets furious and rolls her eyes and throws the stuff at you . She needs to go

My mom wanted Schlotzsky's and want me to order it for her as she says they make it better when I order it instead of her. I order here the Truck Bacon Club with the sour dough as they no longer have the wheat bread that was the best testing bread ever and now it's no longer available. I add red onion ion and black olives with extra tomatoes and with mayo. I also order it with extra meat as she love their turkey. The sandwich was very hot and so appetizing and the presentation is in the photo that is post with this review. I did not go into the restroom but the restaurant was very clean and the employees were very happy and friendly. Hope to have this same service again.

Much better!!! I love Schlotzsky's!! The last few times I have come into this location they have had the same staff... they are pretty amazing. The are friendly, attentive, and always seem to do whatever it takes to make sure we are happy. The app was down today (I think it was just bad service on my phone and their internet wasn't working) but they made sure I was still able to use one of my rewards. Most places would have been like "sorry"... that made me even more likely to keep visiting! Thanks Schlotzsky's! And the food was amazing too!!

We haven't ate here in years and was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. I expected a flimsy little sandwich but what we received went beyond our expectations. The bread was soft, fluffy, and super delicious. I don't know what their secret sauce is, but it really elevated their sandwiches. The avocado Turkey was pretty plain compared to the other two (which it should have been) so that sauce really does make the sandwich extra good. I was also surprised by the cinnamon rolls, not expecting them to be as good as getting them from the mall but honestly, they were better here than I've ever had them. Super soft, just a little crunch around the rim. They were adequately iced, no complaints with those at all. If I had ONE complaint; it would be that the Turkey tasted like refrigeration a little bit. The ham sandwich didn't have that problem so I think it's safe to say that it was just the Turkey. All in all, great experience. Easy to order online, fast execution. I would eat here again.

It's kind of hard to get to but after dealing with traffic the sweet smells of fresh bread and the cinnamon rolls absolutely dissolves your traffic troubles. It's so clean inside and there plenty of room for lots of families. The menu is huge and easy to read. We got our food pretty fast. The food does come in different sizes so your sandwich will last you a few meals and it's conveniently cut in half.

I come to this location a couple times a month, and each time find the employee's and food to be great! I went inside for my first (ever) visit, and the guy behind the counter was more than helpful at explaining their menu, and helping me figure out what to choose! Since then, I have primarily utilized their drive-through and have received an equal level of customer service. Even when busy, the line moves quickly and never wait long before I'm headed off! I personally, love their smoke-cheesy sandwiches, and go back and forth between the chicken and beef options!

This was a great place for a quick, filling lunch. The prices were decent and the food was delicious. You do have to order any side items separately--sandwiches did not come with anything (chips cost extra). The inside was very clean and there was ample seating. The food was quickly prepared. They offer catering and ordering online. They also have a drive-through window.

    French Dip...burned. Looks yummy eh?
    Charlie C.

Absolutely brutal. Pulled up at 8:45pm, ordered, clearly the order taker was irritated that we had a larger order (4 sandwiches, soup, chips, drinks). Said they were running low in ice as they closed in an hour and 15 min. Gave us our drinks, not marked as to which ones were which, so in the age of COVID we passed around 3 drinks trying to figure out what the frick we had. Then asked us to pull forward into spot one and as she noticed the 4 other cars behind us in line said "aw Jesus" in a frustrated tone and shut the window. That offended me. Brought our food out and didn't include the Mayo and hot sauce we asked for, gave us soup with no spoon, no napkins, no chance the soup was held at the food safety temp as it was like warm at best. The French dip I ordered had a burned bun and was simply inedible. We really like Schlotskys, but this was simply a disaster of a visit. Please help the window employee find another job as her strengths aren't at the drive thru window or in customer service.

It wasn't bad, but nothing really stood out or made me want to order it again. The atmosphere, though, was the highlight for me. I loved the interior, it has a relaxed vibe and makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. Overall, it was a decent experience. I'd definitely be willing to give this place another shot for dinner the next time we're in San Antonio, since I've heard that's when they really shine.

So, when co-workers wanted to go yesterday, I jumped on it. Don't get me wrong. I love the vibe of this place. I LOVE their story. It's very NY/Northeastern deli feel (they're from Pittsburgh, but you get my drift, right!?). No nonsense. Small inside area. No tables inside. Just enough room to look at the menu, order, and go wait outside. I opted for the chicken bacon ranch on hoagie. What came out was a decent size sandwich, but incredibly messy and soggy. There was so much juice/ liquid the sandwich quickly became unmanageable and just disintegrated. Look, if you're going to serve a sandwich that messy, please upgrade your napkins. It was a one bite - two napkin ratio. The sandwich was good, but the mess and difficulty eating it just took away any enjoyment. Additionally, the flies outside rivaled the worst I've experienced. Do you remember the scene in the Lost World, Jurassic Park movie when the hunters found the Rex nest!? Okay, okay, maybe not that bad, but it was a lot. Hang some fly bags or strips or somethin'. Found price to be a little high. By the time I bought chips and a drink, plus tip: $22. Just FYI: my co-worker disagrees. He thought it was the BEST SANDWICH HE'D EVER HAD. So, yes, go give them a try, but bring a beach towel for clean up.

I was able to make my way here on my last day in San Antonio in late March thanks to my flight being delayed and my oh my, I am quite impressed! The older gentleman taking my order at the counter gave me a big smile when I mentioned I heard you have this thing called the serious sandwich here. He told me that they do and then stated "You won't regret ordering it, seriously." Chuckling, I decided on a half order of that along with a side of potato salad and their side of beans. After taking my first bite, I realized the gentleman was right. This is a dope sandwich! Excellent cured meats in the salamar and pair of hams along with the provolone and melted cheddar with the veggies, spices, italian dressing, and mustard. The bread they use holds up well and has a slight crunch to it. If you prefer your bread to have softness to it, you may have to ask if they can substitute a different bread instead of the italian flat bread they use. But I absolutely love this sandwich the way it is! As for the sides, the potato salad has a slight mustard taste and right consistency with a dash of paprika on top; just the way I like it. The beans are charro beans (I think) that are served steaming hot with some pork trimmings mixed in; I may have dipped my sandwich in it a couple times for flavor explosion. What can I say, I'm adventurous! There's some ferrari memorabilia and posters on the right side where some of the high top seating is. As a Ferrari F1 fan, I appreciate them displaying this here along with the track map of the COTA circuit in Austin. The seating area is spread out nicely with plenty of seats/tables and a drink station with some random signs up. All of interest to consumers like us. Definitely recommend coming here for either the serious sandwich or other delicious ones like their meatball sandwich or manhattan. I can't wait to come back and try the other ones but I may just stick with the serious sandwich cause I loved it. SERIOUSLY!
