The crust is sourdough; it's a bit thicker than typical pizza crust. I liked it. They do offer a flatbread option. I've always liked Schlotzsky's sandwiches. I've only ever ordered them in Austin. The entrance was a little funky but, I do recall seeing one handicap space. I think there may be more. Inside is spacious easy for large wheelchair to get through. I did not have an opportunity to check the restrooms. Hence, 4 stars. Hopefully, I'll get to visit here again before I return home. Love this location! They're so quick and efficient - I always order from the drive through or order using the app so I haven't seen much of the inside. When I have been inside, it's very clean with several tables to sit down and a self-service soda machine. The staff at the front have always been friendly, sometimes the staff in the back making the food even acknowledge me when I'm paying for the food. Due to always ordering through the app or drive through, my wait times are generally pretty short. The drive through has taken awhile before, but when the sandwich comes out, it's HOT so I know they made it fresh to order so the wait is worthwhile! I've only ever ordered Bacon Smokecheesy - I found it, I liked it, I will obsessively eat it until I'm tired of the sandwich. I like that sandwich, because I can get my sandwich with chicken, turkey, or roast beef depending on my mood. There are other options, but I know what I like so I don't stray! The cookies are hit and miss - sometimes they're soft and delicious and sometimes they're more crunch which I don't prefer. The brownie was far too rich and chocolatey for me so I stopped ordering that (not sure they even have it available anymore?). Definitely suggest the cinnamon roll center bites! They take the middle of the cinnamon roll which has the best ratio of roll to cinnamon & frosting and they sell it in a cup- hands down the best dessert! read more

This is my favorite restaurant. I've eaten here so many times. I would rate this place 5 stars. However, in the past week, either one employee is messing up or bending the cup lids, or they changed the cups to be weak. Twice in the past week, my cup just crushed in on itself and spilled all over me and my car. It is ruining my seats and now the seat belt buckle thing won't click down unless i use a lot of force, some of my root beer must have gotten in there. I am considering a) never eating there again even though i eat there almost every other day getting the same thing to the point where most employees there probably know my order or b) I am never getting a drink from there again. My mom wanted Schlotzsky's and want me to order it for her as she says they make it better when I order it instead of her. I order here the Truck Bacon Club with the sour dough as they no longer have the wheat bread that was the best testing bread ever and now it's no longer available. I add red onion ion and black olives with extra tomatoes and with mayo. I also order it with extra meat as she love their turkey. The sandwich was very hot and so appetizing and the presentation is in the photo that is post with this review. Much better!!! I love Schlotzsky's!! The last few times I have come into this location they have had the same staff... they are pretty amazing. The are friendly, attentive, and always seem to do whatever it takes to make sure we are happy. The app was down today (I think it was just bad service on my phone and their internet wasn't working) but they made sure I was still able to use one of my rewards. We haven't ate here in years and was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. I expected a flimsy little sandwich but what we received went beyond our expectations. The bread was soft, fluffy, and super delicious. I don't know what their secret sauce is, but it really elevated their sandwiches. The avocado Turkey was pretty plain compared to the other two (which it should have been) so that sauce really does make the sandwich extra good. I was also surprised by the cinnamon rolls, not expecting them to be as good as getting them from the mall but honestly, they were better here than I've ever had them. Super soft, just a little crunch around the rim. They were adequately iced, no complaints with those at all. If I had ONE complaint; it would be that the Turkey tasted like refrigeration a little bit. The ham sandwich didn't have that problem so I think it's safe to say that it was just the Turkey. It's kind of hard to get to but after dealing with traffic the sweet smells of fresh bread and the cinnamon rolls absolutely dissolves your traffic troubles. It's so clean inside and there plenty of room for lots of families. The menu is huge and easy to read. We got our food pretty fast. The food does come in different sizes so your sandwich will last you a few meals and it's conveniently cut in half. read more

Always loved this place. Not sure if they're short handed or what. Front desk lady completely rude during my ordering process when I asked a question about sizing and substitution options. Also my card was charged twice and when I went back up to the cashier she stated no I know I didn't even though my credit card has 2 permanent charges and there are 2 receipts with different receipt numbers. I then did not get breadsticks with my soup and when asked she stated "well you did not ask" even though the menu says "included with". Horrible hospitality and service all around. Absolutely brutal. Pulled up at 8:45pm, ordered, clearly the order taker was irritated that we had a larger order (4 sandwiches, soup, chips, drinks). Said they were running low in ice as they closed in an hour and 15 min.
