Really nice large inviting dinning space that is well maintained, clean and uncluttered by an attentive staff. Menus are available in both English and Spanish, which offer a nice mix of Sandwiches and light dinning options. You order at a counter, get an order placard and the staff will bring your food. Self serve your beverage, and enjoy the included soft serve ice cream. My lunch order a Deli Club was ample and yummy, and the Jason's team person who delivered our table order was attentive, and helpful. My guest wanted chips in a bag versus on the plate, and pickle chips for the table both of which were provided. Dinning at Jasons Deli was a good experience and value. Lots of parking. read more

To start, the ambiance is welcoming and quiet, great place for a group conversation. The service was nice but not helpful when ordering. As first time visitors, they confused us on the salad bar add on to the sandwich and ended up with a $43 bill that we weren't expecting, but accepted it. The food was very good. The salad bar is the main grab in my opinion with lots of fresh options, but our sandwiches were good too. I would go back for the salad bar. Jason's deli has a very comforting atmosphere. I've always felt welcome and their service is amazing! It's really fast paced including when it gets a little crowded. I just tried one of their breakfast items and it was delicious If you ever come here I highly recommend trying their chicken pot pie soup and their chocolate chip cookies, they taste homemade! Also, I would like to add they have this really neat deal called a managers special, you can get half a sandwich and a salad-bar or a cup of soup of your choice! We were in Texas for a few days and thought we'd try someplace new to eat that we can't get in CA. We decided on Jason's Deli. As you walk in, you walk straight to the order counter first. The employees were very nice and helpful ! I decided to order the quarter muffuletta sandwich. THANK GOD they don't sell the WHOLE sandwich because the quarter sandwich was PLENTY filling enough. My husband was going to order a sandwich until I told him there was a SALAD BAR and that was it for him !! He was as so excited to have the salad bar are the options were great ! They even had Green Goddess dressing which is hard to find anywhere !! There isn't a Jason's Deli in CA but I will DEFINITELY go to one when I'm in AZ because that's the closest one to me ! We were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't very busy, it usually packs a big crowd no matter the day of the week. The service was fast, friendly, and very clean. I think this is one of the few businesses that still cleans their establishment like we're still in the Covid era. And it shows, the entire restaurant was very clean top to bottom! We ordered the Carmella sandwich and Amy Turkey Sandwich, with a salad bar trip and cup of Spicy Seafood Gumbo. The salad bar was an awesome expected 10/10, and the Amy sandwich was awesome! Whenever I've craved something healthy in a 30-mile or so radius, Jason's Deli has always popped up in my results. However, I've never tried them until today! Boy, do I wish I tried them sooner. We found great service and great food here. The only area for improvement could be the one or two flies by the salad bar, but I've learned since moving to Texas last year, I'm the only one who notices them! My husband and I were first greeted with a really good parking spot by the door this late evening. Gaige was so friendly and helpful. He welcomed us in with a smile, helped us narrow down menu options, and happily answered all our questions about the place. I also appreciate his humor and energy this late in the evening! I ordered the Turkey Wrap with steamed veggies and my husband ordered the Chicken Alfredo pasta with a Garden-Fresh Salad Bar. Everything was absolutely delicious and thoroughly enjoyed at our table - but hold that thought while I talk about their delectable mini cornbread muffins chilling at the salad bar!!! This place has the BEST cornbread I've EVER had since moving here! It has the right amount of sweetness, butter, moisture, and crumbliness. I've tried cornbread from BBQs, food trucks, and restaurants. One BBQ place had unpleasant spicy cornbread and another had blan cornbread, but not Jason's Deli. Their vision for cornbread meets, and exceeds, mine. With their cornbread being a huge hit at our table, our orders were hitting very high up there as well. Despite lacking some structure, which didn't bother me, the Turkey Wrap was great! The ratio of ingredients in my wrap was perfect and the portion size was good for me. My husband also grabbed other ingredients off the salad bar to make his own delicious southwest-style salad, and his chicken alfredo pasta was super creamy and flavorful. I love that our orders were refreshing, filling, and had flavor in every bite. We're already looking forward to visiting again in the future and trying other options off their extensive menu. I also appreciate that Jason's Deli commits to serving natural foods. Per their website, they avoid serving foods with ingredients such as high-fructose corn syrup, processed MSG, and more. So apparently for the past 15 years that I have been ordering the zucchini pasta they have been making it incorrectly according to the manager who refused to accept responsibility for my order being incorrect. No tomato, no tomato paste in my food. Food was bland tasting and I ordered the large portion for leftovers but received the smaller portion. I understand everyone is shorthanded, but that doesn't give you the right to throw customer service out the window and literally argue with me when you are called out. read more

First time here in a couple of years. And last time I went was in another city. The person I was with wasn't a huge fan. To me there are quite a few positives. I like that I could get a smaller sandwich which came w chips and could add one trip through their salad bar onto my order. The bar is small but upscale and offers things like artichoke hearts and fire roasted peppers and jalapeño ranch dressings in addition to the standard fare. It appears that they do a good takeout business as well. This is a good place for larger groups as they offer soup spuds pasta prepared salads wraps meatless items and a salad bar so it would appeal to a larger group. They also offer a regular portion of something and a lighter one for the person with a smaller appetite. Pretty good sized menu and one of the healthier places I have been to in the area. The last 2 times I've been here I saw unsanitary practices. I didn't leave a review the last time because the manager handled the situation. This incident the manager had no clue! I was waiting for my take out order and saw a girl preparing to go boxes and putting them on a shelf, like for use in a large catering order, they didn't have food in them other than chips. A bunch of them fell on the floor and she just picked them up and put them back on the shelf and one of the counters behind the register where they bag up to hold orders. I saw a manager walk by and told him she just put a bunch of things that fell on the floor on the counter and shelf. He got a rag and wiped down a tray and acted like that would correct the problem, LOL When I was leaving I told the girl all the stuff that fell on the floor needs to be in the trash not on a shelf waiting for food to be put in it. I can't believe she and the manager have ZERO CLUE that that is disgusting and violates every health code on the planet! I'm done with this Jason's Deli. The other incident about a year back was ridiculous too.....a girl walking on the counter filling up the chip bins, gets down off the counter and starts bagging up to go orders where she was just standing with her nasty shoes.......how does that not register???? I eat here pretty frequently. I like that it is quick, usually quiet and that there are plenty of healthy and "real" food options. You order at the counter, and then they deliver the food to your table. The staff is generally attentive and kind. I always get a sandwich here, either with fruit or a trip to their incredible salad bar. Even if you don't get the salad, all guests are welcome to eat the crackers, muffins, and pickles on the salad bar. There is also a complimentary soft serve machine for dessert. My wife and I went to Jason's Deli the other day and their Sandwiches were amazing! The lady at the register did make us feel very rushed in ordering. My wife got the California Club that comes on croissant bread and I got the Smokey Jack Panini we would go back any day for those sandwiches. It wasn't Unreasonably priced either. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the drinks they really were horrible but it could of just been the day! Can't say enough about this location of Jason's Deli. I just really love coming here to enjoy some fine dining. Whether they are busy or not, they always make an effort to get your food out to you as quick as possible, while also keeping the orders 100% correct! I usually steal a few things off the salad bar and no one ever says a thing, it's awesome, FREE FOOD! I usually go for the santa fe chicken sandwhich or the wild thang salmon which, whatever they call it, and I'm always super pleased with my meal. I can assure you that a deli like this is worth it .takes a refreshing new look on deli style restaurants providing an array of items to snack on . The environment is professional and soothing at the same time . The deli has a great style and provides quick and efficient service. I can't tell you the last time I've had a sandwich as good as their specialty BeefEater(roast beef with French onion ) Their food prices around 6-10 dollars depending on the size of portion that you desire. I like Jason's food, especially their Muffaletta Special, but their takeout and delivery is hit and miss. It doesn't seem to make a difference if I order online or on the phone. For takeout It's usually the "additional instructions", such as condiments on the side, extra condiments, etc - not earth shattering, but disappointing. Today I ordered online, and 2 of 3 instructions were ignored, Plus my soup and sandwich was tepid. I've given up on delivery, as something is always missing and/or very wrong. When contacted, the management is usually quick to apologize for and rectify the problem. However, this is a regular problem, and there needs to be some re-training or supervision. I'd like to keep Jason's in my go-to takeout group of restaurants, but I don't like the options of just accepting incorrect orders or complaining to management. I hope someone from Jason's reads this and takes it to heart. Rating is based solely on service issues - their food (when presented properly) rates 4 stars. read more

I'm somewhat new to town and this was my first visit to this place, I usually go to Panera Bread. I kinda was lost on the menu in Jasons. And the girl that was working there was very friendly.
