I've been here several times and I have only good things to say. They have a seasonal summer menu that we did not try for this visit but it's nice to know there's new items to try. For this visit, we ordered the: -Beef Carpaccio: Flavorful and well prepared. I loved the arugula apple salad on top that added an extra bit of tanginess to the dish. -Truffle Funghi Pizza: Amazing thin pizza. The crust was soft and fluffy which I loved. -Spicy Miso Carbonara Pasta: One of the favorites for a reason. Creamy and savory with fun thick bacon bits. Shoutout to our server Danny. He was attentive, friendly, and polite. We never had to ask for anything! We arrived on a Wednesday night for dinner at around 8PM and our wait was 40 minutes. Truffle cheese bread was served warm in a skillet. It came with a generous serving of mozzarella and ricotta on top, with honey on the side for drizzling. The crab roe spaghetti had a rich sauce with a nice sweetness from the crab, plus a generous portion of crab on top with dehydrated tomato and stracciatella. We kept the sauce for dipping some of the bread and pizza crust! Spicy miso carbonara was their recommendation as a popular dish. We got it less spicy, and it was pretty subtle. All of the flavors blended perfectly together. The egg yolk was dropped whole on top for you to mix in yourself. It was very savory and not too salty. Mentaiko pizza was super flavorful with a light layer of mentaiko cream under the mozzarella with nori, bonito, octopus and corn on top. The crust was delicious and chewy. It was an interesting mix and everything worked together perfectly. The service was great - very efficient, helpful and they checked on us periodically and made sure we had serving utensils since we were dining family style. They do accept reservations, which I would recommend! The space is bright and open, and has a casual family friendly feel. It's clean and modern with no pretension. The bathroom was also clean. We landed at under $35 per person for the meal, no beverages or dessert. I loved INI and would return without hesitation!

Service was attentive from the beginning, with the server checking in regularly. I checked in at 8:05, was seated by 8:10, and got my food around 8:30. I ordered the Miso Bacon Carbonara which was delicious. The sauce was rich and creamy without feeling too heavy, and the miso added a sweet flavor that made it different from a traditional carbonara. The bacon was cooked well, crispy around the edges while still tender and the slight kick of spice kept each bite interesting. Overall, I'd definitely come back for this dish. Between the attentive service and food that's both savory and unique, it was a great experience.
