After searching for our Chinese spot we finally found our spot. We moved to Massachusetts in the summer and have tried all the places that people recommended but this place was delicious. If I could give it zero stars I would. I made a lunch order around 10:40. I ordered my food through their app which has delivery options 11AM past 12PM and still no food after multiple calls to the restaurant I find out that Door Dash is the resources they use for deliveries which is not stated on the website. long story short after going back and forth over 5 phone calls they refuse to fully refund my money for cold trash food. This is my absolute favorite chinese food place in the area. The individuals that run the restaurant are always kind and welcoming. It wasn't until Jaybo's became my regular chinese food place that I realized how bad the rest of the chinese food is in Taunton. Jaybo's has fresh ingredients, always cooked well, and a variety of tasty options. I wish they delivered a little farther because I'm out of their range but I'm happy to make the drive for this restaurant. I can easily get two delicious dinners for under $20. I feel like their prices are about the same as similar restaurants but it really is the quality that makes it great. It's well worth it to give it a shot. The location is clean and service is quick and friendly. The food is cheap enough and seemed fresh but it wasn't my favorite Asian choice in the area. So I went to jaybo tonight to pick up an order that I placed on the telephone. Terrible. I ordered like 10 minutes earlier and when I walked in the place has plexiglass in front of the counter from the counter to the ceiling and the lady behind the plexiglass is talking to them microphone. Total bullshit. This covered shit is so far past us time to put it to an end. Anyway when I got How to stop Google from speaking search results they said it would be another 15 minutes. Chinese food is usually 10 minutes per order there's no way I was waiting half an hour. Besides the point I'm not even sure why they would have even given me the food with the counter to ceiling plexiglass. Never again will I step in into this establishment. The service is great, friendly etc. But not a fan of the food at all. Decent egg rolls but not a fan of much else. Boneless Ribs have this gooey sauce on them. Rice very dry n bland. Good Chinese food, it's a very clean take out restaurant with friendly Asian staff who you may have difficulty communicating with over the phone so if you order by 'number' as the menu instructs it is easy. People need to wake up to the fact this is a take out restaurant and throughout New England nearly all take out restaurants such as burger joints / pizza shops give you one or two single serving condiment packs like ketchup, mustard, hot pepper flakes, or grated parmesan cheese per item ordered so if you order one meal expect one or two little ketchup size packets of soy sauce or duck sauce..... want more ASK. Best Chinese food in the area! Always fresh, cheap and in large portions. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk too. You can ask for a lot for different options on some of their items like no vegetables in their rice since there are a lot of onions. The food is always good, never had a bad experience. Usually they allow free soda after a certain amount is spent and they give a lot of options for condiments, and also bread. Family owned, so the quality isn't lost.
