But man, am I ever glad that Almighty Tow Service took that service call! My issue was a (mostly) flat tire, low enough that I didn't want to drive the couple miles home and fix it. My stupid tires are expensive, so why make a bad thing worse by driving on a damaged tire? But I also could not wedge all my repair needs in between cars (because parking garage), but fortunately for me, the Almighty tech was totally on the job. From the time I placed my online assistance order until the time I was back in service: 35 minutes! I was worried it would be a couple of hours to get a tow tech, assess the issue, etc., but NOPE! It took my friendly tech maybe seven minutes to remove the flat, mount the spare, and air that sucker up. Absolutely phenomenal level of service! My time is valuable and, I guess, so are my tires. Almighty made a frustrating ordeal into a pleasant experience. They communicated well, arrived promptly, and had me going in no time. Cannot recommend Almighty Tow Service any higher than five stars, but they are WELL deserving of all of them.

I discovered this business while looking for towing services around me. The dispatcher was able to swiftly assist me and direct me to the nearest driver who could tow my vehicle. I called every so often (about three times) to check on the status of my driver/car and the projected arrival time of my vehicle. Because of how efficient and dependable the service was, I will definitely use it again if I need my car towed. Also, how at ease the dispatcher made me feel throughout the entire procedure!

They are rude, dishonest and unkind. No sympathy at all. They want you NOT on their property to get your belongings. My son had a $ 1000.00 pair of shoes in his back seat and they also locked my sons keys in the car. My friend just was in a wreck and her car got towed there as well and she witnessed the same treatment as we did. Their customer service is HORRIBLE! I will continue every time to post my thoughts with this company till I can't no longer text. Do yourself a favor. If in a wreck and you need towed please pick another tow service at least with others you will be able to easily get your things and move on without issues. When one has to call the IRS and BBB on a business you know it's BAD!
