They arrived a little bit early, and I was thoroughly impressed with the way they handled the furniture. First they assessed everything that was being moved and then they strategically took pieces out, wrapped each piece and carefully loaded it into their truck. Mark and his team were friendly and courteous and showed a great deal of respect for my home (walls, stairway, door openings). They were very thorough with packing the furnitures while being efficient and mindful of the time. There were absolutely zero damage to the furnitures at the end of the move and they were very friendly throughout the process. There were 3 minor drywall damages (not a big deal at all as it happens during any move all the time) due to the fact that my furnitures are extremely heavy solid wood and the new place having 3 floors with over 40 steps in stairs, Osman immediately notified Robert and Robert was extremely quick to recognize the issue and sent out people to fix the drywall asap. They were very responsive when we inquired (via text) and I liked that they charged per hour based on the number of movers you requested. We scheduled the moving date, signed a contract, and were ready to go! On moving day, the movers arrived promptly and they were so quick in moving everything! within two hours everything had been moved out of our townhome! It took them another hour and a half to move everything to the new place. Very impressed! They also wrapped certain pieces of furniture for us and disassembled as well as assembled others. Cost was reasonable as well. I would say they are more cost efficient compared to other movers we had inquired. Overall we had a good experience with iron/back movers and would use them again for our next move!

No one has had any issue, they show up when they say they're going to, communicate well, can handle small to big jobs, and they work hard and do a great job.
