Our Heating and Air Company went out of business so we were looking for a new one. I saw the great reviews for Perdue and decided to call them for a second opinion. As we expected, are system was working great. Eric was very good. I was excited to have found our new Heating and Air Company and wanted to sign a service contract. They had a new software system, so they couldn't send it out yet. Over the next few months, I called and texted Eric's cell and the company line where I spoke to an operator. They either didn't respond or put me off. This happened 5 or 6 times. Sadly, I can't trust a company that won't return calls or send out a service contract. Back to looking for a new company. Too bad, because I liked their work.

I was a wreck and She was able to get my tank filled by delivery team in 2 business days and I am eternally grateful for it ! I'm staying with SMO because of her and her Amazing Customer service skills ! Please keep her and never let her go SMO. It truly is a left hand right hand issue. We have cancelled our service multiple times and they still send a bill to renew. I ended up paying them $100 even though they said in November that everything was fine NOT to pay. Just save yourself the hassle and do not sign up. Note to ones self....they are also $1.50 more per gallon versus Murphy Oil. Just think on a 250 tank fill that is $375 more. I rarely post negative reviews.....but this one had to be done.

I am highly disappointed with the service I received from this company. They were contracted out…read morethrough my home warranty company to repair my hot water heater and at first, things seemed positive. The part was to be ordered and the "front office" would be in touch. The glaring issue I had was that I was never kept in the loop. I had to email for an update days later because I wasn't called. They stated via email the date the part should be there. When that date came and went, I had to file a complaint with my home warranty company to get an accurate date from him (that I heard because I was on the other line). When the dates he relayed to my company came and went with no update to me or them, I had to bail. The company tried to reach back out to him before reassigning and he never picked up nor responded back. He didn't have the common courtesy to let me know anything nor apologize for the constant slide in the dates. Instead, he just ghosted....never to be heard from again. I feel the entire interaction was very unprofessional. Not to mention, the price that was quoted was much more expensive than what I got the system replaced for by another company (by approx. $1500). The new contractor actually laughed at both estimates that were given to me by On Q Services to replace or repair. As a woman, I feel I was being taken advantage of. I do not recommend.
