I was so scared something was going to go terribly wrong. But Alex had a very unique tool - he says he's the only one in the Valley with it - that allows him to cut up the stump more carefully and deftly without nearby damage. He showed me the hole when he was done so that I could see the stump was GONE. Now, you'd never even know there was a tree there. He even came back the NEXT day with a taller pole to get the very tallest branches. Most contractors would just shrug and say "I don't have that tall of a pole so I can't get those" - NOT Juan.
