We arrived 2 mins later than the "30 minutes before class arrival time". Upon walking in we were told that we could no longer attend the class. We tried to ask if it was possible to still attend given that we were still there 28 minutes before class, we had driven all the way there, and we were ready to go. The women at the front desk told us that we couldn't because it was against their policy. We asked if the class was now full and if they had given our spots to others, but they said it wasn't full, it was just the policy. It was empty inside; there was nobody else that needed assistance or other customers that had arrived earlier and started reviewing the pre-class content. The time we spent going back and forth with them would've been plenty of time to review anything necessary before class. We would've been more understanding if there was any reasoning aside from a policy. Their attitude was also really unfriendly. Left a bad taste in my mouth and I have told others not to go to that studio.

I was especially impressed by how many squat racks there were- 4 plus a smith machine! This location is fairly large with a big room for group classes that you can use when they're not in session, a cardio room and a big weight lifting area. There is ample natural light which makes a cheerful atmosphere. There were also several bathrooms that included showers, cleaning wipes and even some water and protein bars for sale. The whole facility was very clean and everyone was nice and respectful of the space. Daniel helped me with a complementary day pass and was very nice. I'd highly recommend this gym!

I've worked with Marylor for years in private sessions, and I can honestly say she has changed my…read morelife. When people see me now, they see the weight loss, kayaking, rafting, and all the physical activities I'm able to enjoy. What they don't see is the foundation that made all of that possible. I started Pilates because I wanted to move better and get stronger. Over time, Marylor helped me build strength, balance, confidence, and trust in my body in ways I never thought possible. I went from struggling with basic movements to doing things I never imagined I would be capable of. What makes Marylor special is that she doesn't just teach Pilates. She pays attention, adapts to her clients, challenges them appropriately, and genuinely cares about their long-term success. She meets you where you are while helping you become stronger than you thought you could be. Recently I saw a physical therapist for some knee pain. Instead of waiting until I was injured, I wanted to identify potential weaknesses early. The first person I thought of sharing that information with was Marylor because she has become such an important part of my health and fitness journey. Pilates was the tool, but Marylor was the person who made it work. I am stronger, healthier, more capable, and more confident because of her guidance, and I will always be grateful for the role she has played in changing my life. Highly, highly recommend.

That said, there are still a lot of amenities here that make it worth coming to. One of my favorite features is the sauna and steam rooms in both the women's and men's locker rooms -- such a nice way to unwind after a workout. The tennis courts are also really well maintained, and there's a great community vibe here with lots of people gathering to play tennis and pickleball regularly. The pools are nice as well, although during the winter the lap pool is the only heated pool, so it can sometimes be difficult to swim unless you're able to secure a lane. Overall, while the facility could definitely benefit from some updates, the amenities and active community keep me coming back.

I called to cancel which they did but as for a refund they sent a check to my Dead Husband that my bank said I cannot cash. This is ridiculous. I asked if they needed a death certificate or my marriage certificate they said no. They said they could only send check in his name because he was the primary on the account even though im on it too. I am disputing charge with my bank. This is horrible business practices. I would choose a different gym. I will be looking into a lawyer if this doesn't get resolved.

Super kind staff and I liked the energy from every instructor. The classes are challenging but a bit repetitive, with a handful of movements feeling superficial and non-functional. For example, there's a huge emphasis on obliques programmed into most classes (not just obliques and cheeks!), which is a silly thing to emphasize in my opinion. I think this could be a fun way to break up a heavy/intense workout routine, but I wouldn't substitute it for foundational weightlifting, and I suggest not taking more than 1 or 2 classes a week or it starts to feel super old super quick. Overall, I am grateful for the experience and I hope this feedback is helpful!

Beware of this studio…read more Wish I could give 0 stars. Their customer service is the worst I've experienced in a long time. My class was cancelled by an instructor and I was told by the staff (as well as via email and text) that I would NOT be charged. However, upon further investigation, I found out something interesting. I WAS in fact charged. Thinking it must've been an honest mistake, I reached out via email just to be told they don't do refunds after all. Instead, they offer "credits" to come back to their studio (that expire BTW). I was still charged after being reassured I would NOT be charged, for a service I never received. As if that isn't enough, the staff was also unfriendly immediately upon walking in.. I was blankly stared at by 2 staff members with no greeting for some time before they said anything to me. Plus, they don't offer modifications for people in class which was surprising to me, considering these are supposed to be "professional" instructors. There's fishy things going on at this studio.. I highly recommend taking your money elsewhere. BodyRok may as well be called BodyNOT.
