I just finished moving my 3-bedroom / 3-bathroom house with JB and his team. Absolutely thrilled with the service, JB is incredibly responsive and flexible, he is extremely knowledgeable and was very considerate of my time and budget and managed to work around my schedule which was tight and came with very short notice. He sent a team of 4 very nice and extremely accommodating men to do my move, they were so careful with all my belongings, wrapped every item with paper and plastic to avoid damage and completed my job so quickly and efficiently. Hard and fast working strong crew. I had an abundance of boxes and other items ready to be loaded. Add to that furniture, items to be put into large boxes, glass for furniture, artwork and more. Wrapped what needed in plastic wrap, well loaded in a large truck, got to the new house quickly and unloaded even upstairs for no additional fees. My builder, Michael Campbell suggested I use Jacob and his team to move my entire house out while we refinished all of my floors in my house. I had no idea that I had to move everything and left quite a bit of personal items in the house. Jacobs crew arrived on time with smiles and moved not only the furniture but packed up clothing, personal items etc into boxes and stored everything organized. I hired them in December to move two rooms of an a whole house yes that was lots of stuff fitting into a 10 x 15' storage locker... in the process they broke a glass top to table denied doing it and told me they put it in a box in the storage locker at the farmers market storage. Upon investigation it was not there they also did a horrible job packing breaking irreplaceable antique glasses . Jacob reached out after leaving a bad review and he said I'll move you to your next locker for free just change the review unfortunately at the new locker his ""professional"?? people rammed a door frame with my bins knocking the contents to the floor scratching irreplaceable DVDs which were recording's of people who are now deceased then he had the temerity to call me up and call me evil do not hire this company you will be sorry if you value your possessions. read more

We moved a couple days ago with these guys and it was the easiest move I've ever had. Scheduling with Jacob was simple, they arrived on time with four movers and moved our two bedroom apartment and unloaded it at the new place in 5 hours. Our last move with a different company took 9 hours including many breaks where they seemed to disappear. Not these guys, they worked hard and got it done right. They took great care of our belongings, disassembled, reassembled and placed a few big pieces, and were actually a pleasure to work with. Jacob showed up at the new apartment to supervise and handle payment. He really seems to care about quality of their work, which is unusual in this business. They charged a little higher per hour than some competitors, but I would book with them again given the positive experience. read more

These guys were amazing!! They packed up my house in one day and came back the next day to move us out and into our new place. They all had pleasant attitudes and treated all of our belongings with care and intelligent strategy. I got a no over estimate before the project and even though it took longer than expected, I did pay a penny more (excluding tip) than the no over estimate. I don't know what happened. I used this company 5 years ago and they provided outstanding service for an incredibly competitive price. I booked them again for a move today and the crew was disrespectful, rude, and completely insensitive to residents of two apartment buildings. As a single mother, I did not feel safe working with people who angered quickly and treated strangers with such disregard. I called Jacob to attempt to get some assistance, and instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, he said, You should call someone else. I am shaking with fear from dealing with these people, and now on top of it, I have to find another mover on the day of my move. I have moved houses several times in the past years. Sadly, I've had more bad than good experiences. However, JB moving did an amazing work, they arrived on time, led by the charming and talented David, were fully professional and made sure that all of our stuff were safely secured. Another thing I never saw before was that I felt they really cared about the job, and wanted to make sure they do it right - focusing on saving time (my time, as I was paying by the hour), while doing a great job. Along the day, there were some tough jobs, a bed that was difficult to assemble, or some heavy stuff to move around - they did everything with a smile - never complaining. I guess every move is unique. I wanted to move the big, heavy important stuff out and then deal with the junk later. But honestly, before the move, my house was *messy*, not the easiest working circumstances. JB came in a timely fashion, ready to help where I needed, and to take charge of moving things forward. What I most appreciated was that they didn't waste time, so our move was fast and under budget. But also, nothing was lost or broken. To top it off, everyone was nice, pleasant to deal with. This includes not only the movers themselves, but also the management who booked the move, even after I changed my date. This J.B. guy is such a jerk that I couldn't even talk to him long enough to get a freaking quote. He talks over you and interrupts and doesn't listen. Good customer service starts with LISTENING! From my experience if someone is this hard to deal with on the phone then my goodness, they will drive me insane the day of the move, especially if something unfortunate were to happen. Life is too short and there are way too many other movers to have to deal with an A-hole with an attitude :-( read more
