At times, I was even receiving mail from other states that clearly didn't belong to me, which raises serious concerns about how things are being handled and sorted. Whenever I tried to ask about it, the staff seemed disconnected and not very engaged in resolving the issue. It didn't feel like there was a strong system in place to track or manage customers' mail accurately. To be fair, the support through iPostal1 itself was helpful -- but the execution at this location didn't match that experience. At the end of the day, handling mail requires accuracy and accountability. Either the system needs to be improved, or it needs to be removed completely. I was having issues with my printer and Bud the salesman told me that if I used their ink all cartridges had to be their product for it to work because of a micro chip.
