Hired them to stain and refill the cracks in my outdoor concrete , from the beginning there was issues. They used The wrong color of sand. They then had to redo it and after they sealed it, my concrete had tons of white stains that looked terrible. They also did not properly fill the sand between the cracks of my stone so It was left with holes, I gave them 6 chances to come and fix the issues, and despite all of that, they still did a terrible job, whatever sealer they put didn't work and now I'm out 7,000 dollars for a a job that was done terribly. Even if they agreed to come back and do it again for the 7th time for free I would rather go somewhere else. Do not waste your time and money coming here. Their job deteriorates after 2 weeks. My concrete looks worse now that before. It' was a completely useless job. read more

I have granite countertops throughout my house that were all showing signs of etching due to what I believe was a poor job sealing when they were installed (as well my family not being ultra careful with acidic items). They were all in bad shape so I contacted J J Marble Restoration. Jimmy came out to look at the job and was very professional and informative about the problem I was having. We scheduled the two day job and I had to change the appointment twice...at the last minute no less. Jimmy was very accommodating about my two requests to reschedule. Jimmy arrived exactly when he said he would both days. He and his crew made sure to protect my cabinets and floors. Their cleanup was immaculate and the countertops look absolutely brand new and gorgeous! Jimmy did a great job fixing a broken granite countertop. The counter in front of the sink was broken into several pieces and we thought we would have to replace the whole slab. Jimmy managed to put all the pieces back together and buffed the whole area out. You wouldn't even notice the seams where it was repaired if you weren't looking for it. He also caulked the area between counter and backsplash for free since he noticed that the caulk had disintegrated. All this for a decent price And very responsive service. Jimmy Cruz and his assistant did such an amazing job on my granite kitchen counters-- realigning seams due to earthquake, cleaning all granite, removing and replacing caulk and applying epoxy to seams that my 20 year old granite looks grand new. And in the master bathroom-- All counters were honed, the stains removed, grout replaces and polished to perfection. In the shower they chemically cleaned everything to remove any mildew, removed and replaced clear silicon and applied a sealer. For the stone floors, again they chemically cleaned stone and grout lines, replaced any missing grout and sealed everything-- Truly, it looks better than when it was all installed 8 years ago because these guys even cleaned up the "sloppy" spots from the original installer. They were at my home for 8 hours the first day and 6 hours the next so this isn't a fast in/fast out procedure but it was well wroth the time and very reasonable expense. Thanks, Jimmy. Really happy with the work Jimmy did. I had a small job as the marble in my bathroom needed some work. Had stains, scratches, etc. Needed it buffed out and resealed. Nothing major. I had a couple companies come out and give a quote of $450 (apparently they have minimums they charge). Jimmy came out and gave a fair quote and said the job would only take 2-3 hours. He did a great job, left everything clean and most importantly got all the spot out of the stone, put a good sealer on it and even caulked the backsplash. read more

I needed to have a relatively small hole drilled in my kitchen's granite countertop so that I could install a dedicated faucet for purified tap water. I e-mailed several companies (at least 3-4) and never received a response from any of them, except for JJ Marble. He responded w/i 24 hours, and his small team came out a few days later. They draped the area nicely, did their work quickly and efficiently, and then cleaned up well after themselves.
