We have 2 tips that we think can take the business to the next level. There must be a clear understanding between both parties when doing the estimate. This will reduce the need for scope creep in the project. For projects that require cleaning up, you need to make sure there is a plan to remove the trash. You take it with you, or it needs to be bagged in contractor bags to be put out periodically with the trash. I wish your business the best. Contractor sub-contracted the work (without informing me know) and the sub-contractor damaged the walls by using incorrect pressure washer jet nozzle, ruining the foundation of house (knocked out mortar from foundation blocks). Brought this to their attention and they agreed this wasn't part of the original invoice, nor was it the intention. They told me to fix their mistake they must charge me an additional $900 on top of previously agreed upon price. This company does not do they work, they sub-contract it out. Your results will depend on who is available at the time to do the work. There are good reviews from people who have had good sub-contractors come in. There are also bad reviews from people who had bad sub-contractors come in. If a bad sub-contractor damages your property, it will become your financial responsibility to have it fixed.

Him and his team demo'd our old bathroom and glued tile to the shower walls that were chipped, broken and uneven which resulted in uneven, crooked grout lines and left us having to replace tile and grout again after we fired him from the project. When I asked his workers why they were putting chopped and cracked tile up that was uneven, they said "you were in a hurry for a shower, right?" The workers, Tone, Travis, Bruce and Anthony he had were less than skilled leaving unfastened molding and trim against the bottom of the wall, breaking brand new tile, creating bigger than needed holes in our ceiling for can lights, leaving live electrical wires dangling from the ceiling and scratched vinyl flooring that they just installed. Not sure if this was all due to their lack of experience or the weed they were smoking on the job that probably impaired their ability to do the work properly. John also never arrived to our house when he said he would. Said he would be here at 9am. Then texted at noon and said he'd be there by 3pm. When he finally did show up, he would work for a hour and then disappear. This happened almost every single day. And when he did show, he did subpar work, dropped our butcher block on the ground, cracked a brand new vanity sink, broke a coffee maker and much more. He does not know basic math either.. I had to keep ordering more tile and flooring as he was not able to properly give me the correct amount the first time. He is going to say he is going to do something and then not do it. The certified and licensed professionals we hired after John to FIX all the mistakes and complete the work in our house were shocked at the less than acceptable quality of his work and could not believe how much we paid him to basically do nothing but create more work and a bigger mess. We hired him because he was able to start right away and what a mistake that was. If you ever come across this person or his employees, RUN! The I only thing John Giordano is good at is over promising, underdelivering and cashing checks.

The place was completely gutted down to studs and John and his team transformed this space. They did everything from hanging and finishing drywall to installation of cabinets, sinks, showers, tile flooring in bathroom, and lvp flooring in other rooms. He was able to take down and move walls to enlarge the bathroom as before it was just too small. He opened up the door way to the living room to make it feel more spacious. He also added beautiful built in shelves for more storage in the bathroom. He was able to add a stackable washer and dryer to the corner of the kichen for our tenants. The end result is amazing and I have received many compliments on how beautful the place is. He was responsive and took on any extra additional work we needed and worked nights and weekends to get the job get done. I've also used John on a job at my home. Hlast year he painted my cabinets. My neighbors had their roof done and the workers were completely disrespectful and created a huge…read moremess!! There was no need to throw debris into my yard and leave debris all over my house. The workers then broke into my fenced in yard with out approval to "pick up" some of the mess the list but instead they trampled my garden killing my plants and still left debris and my fence door off the hinge and broken stepped on garden lights. I understand houses are close together but my neighbor on the other side had their roof done by actual PROFESSIONALS who didn't leave any mess or even trace of being there, contacted me to ask if they could put protective boards against my house and yard to protect from any debris, and didn't trespass or cause any damage to my property. Needless to say if I ever need to replace my roof or need any construction completed in my house or know anyone looking for recommendations, I would NEVER USE or recommend this company. These guys do a great job every time, always honor their quotes, arrive on time, and complete the work on schedule. They're also very polite, and while doing the job they just completed for me, arrived in masks and followed COVID protocols. I've had Ryan, Mike, Tom, and Jamie all perform work and/or inspections for me, and I have recommended them to friends and neighbors. Would do so again any time.

The van they work out of was fully equipped for just about any issue that might arise. They went right to work on our furnace and let me stand by and watch. These gents really know their business. They made a complete inspection and gave our furnace a thorough cleaning. Connections and contacts were checked for operation, as was the blower and heat exchanger. After checking the thermostat for operation, they also made sure there were no gas leaks. I admit that I wasn't as conscientious as I might have been, by having the furnace serviced yearly. However, with the price as reasonable as Wise charges, I would definitely have it serviced yearly. Stop for a moment and consider how much you count on your furnace. Mike and Tom were both friendly and outgoing. I appreciated the fact that they let me "look over their shoulders". They explained things as they went along and were very thorough in their inspection and cleaning. I am very pleased with the service that Wise Home Energy provided. If I were staying in this house, I would definitely call on Wise for my heating and air conditioning service. Give them a call, you surely won't be sorry.
