I called and I asked to put a complaint and they were telling me that the managers weren't there and to call back tomorrow. A few things to keep in mind is quality and expertise when requesting builder gel nails. I went in requesting to soak off and remove my builder gel and get fresh new builder gel application done. The nail tech Jenny talked me into repairing one of my nails and getting a fill for the other ones. Her technique and skill level for applying builder gel is below average unfortunately. This has nothing to do with her as a person. She's very nice very lovely, but she should stay away from applying builder gel to anyone's nails. I paid $70 for short stubby nails that are uneven and thin and practically glued to my skin because she kept applying crazy glue to my nail underneath.. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back to the nail salon nor do I recommend it for anybody wanting builder gel. I honestly deserve a refund. Very poor job. read more

I came here on Friday before 4:15 pm. I asked the lady, I think she's the owner, how long it would take to do a full set of nails. I showed her the design. I told her I had to leave around 4:50 because I had to start work 20 minutes away at 5:30. She said she'd finish on time. Then she told me she was going to do my nails and that I should come back the next day for the design and pedicure. I told her I'd also be working at 10:45, and they open at 9:30. She said, "Okay, I won't be there, but my employees will do the work." I arrived that day, showed them the design, and paid for my pedicure. I didn't realize until I got to work that they'd done whatever they wanted. The shape of my nails was horrible, way too wide, and it looked like a 5-year-old painted them. They were completely different. So they charged me $65 for this awful job, and the other ones were $80--very expensive, there was no design involved. My nail technician (pictured) took off her gloves to help another client and then put them back on. Don't get me wrong I am all for recycling... however this is not the place for it. Dishonest and unprofessional. Over the course of the past 10 months, I've given them chance after chance. I've come in single, with a friend, walk in, and appointment. Every combination, and every time, I'm told to pick a color and they get me started in a chair with water for a pedi, then I'm ignored while they take everyone else who walks in next before me. After an hour today, I take my feet out and say to not worry abt a pedi for me, I need to do other things, I'll just wait for my friend who's almost done and we'll just go. Made an appointment with Rose for 4:30 PM today. When I arrived and said I had a 4:30 PM with Rose, they seemed confused. Mind you I had only been to this establishment once and liked the gel manicure I got when I was a walk in a few weeks back. Thought I'd give them another try and setup the appointment. Rose was busy and wanted to transfer me to another nail technician. At hat point I stood up and told them to cancel my appointment as I was very specific when I booked it that I wanted my technician to be Rose. My mom has been coming here for years. I decided to give them a try. When I came in with my mom, they were very friendly and accommodating. When I came in without her, they were cold and transactional. I spent $135 on the deluxe gel mani/pedi, including a $20 tip, the day before my birthday. I will say the mask, scrubs and massage were very nice. I was quite relaxed. When I got home I noticed The woman ( I believe it was Rose but not sure) who did my manicure did a sloppy job with noticeable bubbles. My gel manicure was chipped by the next day!! Which was my birthday. I called and they said they would repair it no problem. Honestly I wasn't happy about wasting my time. Over the phone they should have apologized and offered come kind of compensation but they didn't. When I arrived they treated me like I was an inconvenience instead of apologizing and acknowledging my time being wasted- especially as a New customer and relative of a faithful customer. They start having a conversation in a language I don't speak and the tone sounded rude. I definitely felt like they were talking bad about me in another language. I really hate that and wish nail salon would understand how incredibly rude this is! I am a Black woman and I wouldn't be at all surprised if this was their racism at play. Anyway I had two colors on my nails and all my green nails were peeling or had bubbles so I didn't want to repaint it with the same faulty nail polish just to come back with the same problem. However, the lady who helped me immediately assumed I was trying to get a free color change rather than correcting their crummy work that I paid over $100 for and more importantly 90 minutes of my time!! After I showed her how bad all my green nails looked, she humbly agreed noticeably embarrassed at her unfair accusation, and stopped making me feel like a criminal in front of the whole shop! After I was on the verge of tears, she finally apologizes and acknowledged the waste of MY time, but by then I was so uncomfortable I considered leaving with a messed up manicure just to avoid all the bad energy among their staff. So in short, I HATE this shop. I will never return. I can't believe they would treat me like this after my mom has been a faithful customer for years! After I spent so much money with them! If this is how they treat the relatives of their VIP customers I can't imagine how they treat new customers. If you wanted to be treated with value AVOID THIS SHOP! Note to manager; WHEN YOUR STAFF MESSES UP THEY NEED TO APOLOGIZE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE INCONVENIENCE OF HAVING TO RETURN TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE! YOU SHOULD HAVE OFFERED ME A DISCOUNT ON MY NEXT SERVICE OR SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION. INSTEAD YOU MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG?? In my 55 years on this planet, I've NEVER had a pedicure!!! I recently suffered a severe concussion, after being a victim of a hit and run accident on the freeway. So now, I have a fear of using sharp tools around my toes and fingers. Today, I had my first appointment. I walked to the shop, as I can't drive any more. The ladies in the shop really took care of me and made me feel welcomed! I REALLY needed a pedicure! It had become an emergency! My feet looked like claws! Cindy went to work and performed like an amazing surgeon! I asked if they took medical insurance as payment! I won't talk about the price, but it was much, much lower than I could have imagined! I'm hoping I made up for all the hard work that was done, with my payment! Went for last minute gel nails and pedicures with my family (sis, and two little girls). We had been looking for a place that could work us in quickly and that had good ratings on yelp. The whole staff were amazing. My two year old was also in tow. He was really tired and super mellow through most of the time we were there. He was content to sit in his stroller. From 2-4:30, which is a testament to the intentional calm and relaxing atmosphere. I thought for sure he was going to fall asleep but my kids typically only sleep at home. Hannah and the whole staff were so accommodating and asked all the right questions. They were gracious with last minute changes. Everything was clean and tidy. Our girls are 6 and 7 and they made sure they were very comfortable during their manicures and pedicures. I love the way my nails and toes look and feel. We are all very happy. I had the deluxe pedicure since it has been so long since I've had one. It was worth every penny. So very relaxing. The massage chair was awesome also. I have not had longer nails in several years so I wanted to go shorter. Hannah was truly accommodating and patient as I tried to figure out the right length. I told her I had a couple of toes that the skin attached to the nails and could be cut easy, so she was very careful to make sure I did not get cut or hurt. In town for a wedding, decided to go here for a basic manicure and pedicure. I would've preferred to have each done separately, getting the manicure at one of the counters, but instead had the one woman standing over me doing the manicure which just made it feel rushed which led to a sloppy paint job. Not only that, but to then stand there and question why I wanted to add glitter polish on top for a lil something extra...like seriously?! Why do you care what I want to get on MY nails?? And then proceed to reach over me to turn the chair massage off when you are done but still in the midst of the pedicure?! In any event, the young lady that did my pedicure did an okay job, but needless to say $60 later I wished I just did them myself. Should've known better when I got there and everyone was sitting outside eating and talking...maybe would've gotten better customer service if I had gotten more expensive options or I didn't interrupt their social time. Definitely can't recommend this place, maybe the regulars get better service, idk. The only reason I'm giving two stars is cuz the price was pretty reasonable for both, just wish it wasn't rushed.
