From what I observed of a couple of other customers, it's great for the people who are their long time returning/higher paying customers, but as a new customer, you really are taking a gamble if they don't know you. I booked an appointment and had to wait almost 50 minutes to be seen, because they took someone that was going to have more work than what I was scheduled for aka they took the client that they would make more money off over my scheduled appointment. Then I was taken by somebody that I think it was her first day, so she cut four of my fingers & one of my toes when cutting my cuticles. At checkout - I was given a 5% discount for the "troubles". I had a feeling from the main chick in charge that I wasn't really welcomed & I will make it a point to never come here again nor recommended to anyone (I definitely understand why they advertise a large discount for those who post a 5 star review, because just going there for the first time it's really not that great) - I'm just going to continue with my press ons b/c spending my hard earned money at places like this just is not worth it anymore.

The 15-minute candle oil massage, salt and oil scrub, warm towel wrap, and mineral-rich mud mask were exactly what we needed to unwind. We were both thoroughly relaxed and impressed by the entire process. To make the time fly even faster while my nails were drying, my husband also enjoyed a manicure. The staff truly went above and beyond when they found out we were celebrating nearly three decades of marriage. We were immediately offered our choice of mimosas or wine (red or white). We opted for the mimosas, and let's just say the refills flowed generously throughout our entire service! Our nail technicians, Mary and Lily, were absolute gems. Her friend's mom had already made a reservation for both girls at the same time, but when we arrived, we were told they only had one technician available, even though each service takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Why did they contact us regarding the short help earlier? Since it was around lunchtime and I didn't want to waste more time driving somewhere else, I decided to stay and wait. Before the service started, I specifically asked about the price. The man at the front asked, "Acrylics?" I said yes, and he told me it would be $55 each. I thought that sounded reasonable. The girls also showed the nail technicians photos of the designs they wanted while I was still there, and nobody mentioned any additional charges. I later left briefly to run errands since the wait would be long. When I came back to pay, the front desk lady told me the total was $105 PER PERSON because the girls requested designs. They then offered a $10 discount each because of the long wait. I was shocked by the huge price difference and explained that I had specifically asked for pricing beforehand. They insisted the $55 was only for a "basic full set" and blamed me for not understanding their pricing. Additionally, they charge additional 3% if you use credit card which I was not informed upfront at all. What makes this even more confusing is that the technician still spent about 1 hour and 15 minutes on each girl -- the same amount of time they originally described for the $55 service. If the service time was essentially the same, why was the final price nearly doubled because of "designs"? There was never any discussion upfront about additional design fees or how much extra they would charge. My issue is not the money -- it's the lack of transparency and integrity. If certain designs cost significantly more, they should clearly explain that upfront before starting the service, especially when customers already asked about pricing. Their website pricing is also confusing and does not clearly explain these extra design charges, although it does mention additional service time fees. To be fair, the lady who did the nails were skilled and the nails turned out nice. However, the communication and pricing transparency were extremely disappointing. Please make sure to confirm the TOTAL cost before sitting down. Also, while I was there, I found a $20 bill on the ground near the entrance where nobody noticed it. I picked it up and handed it to the lady who did my daughter's nails in case it belonged to another customer. She quickly put in her pocket though. Ironically, after trying to do the right thing, I ended up getting hit with a very surprising final bill myself. If you happened to lose $20 there around 2:30pm today, you may want to check with the salon.
