I love natural looking nails . She did such a good job with the French ombré. The owner always does such a good job very patient and careful. Not to mention their great prices.

Always friendly staff Love my nails every time I come here If your not sure what color you like to get just find a picture and they can duplicate it

I love this place! They always have excellent customer service and are able to accommodate all my needs. They manage to get me in if I happen to walk in for a fill and pedicure near closing time All the technicians here ALWAYS do an excellent job! I never go anywhere else. I would recommend to everyone.

I love going here, I was so happy they where open and was able to get me in. After more than 6 months of not having a mani/pedi- I finally got one, a very nice treat for me indeed.

I LOVE this place for a pedicure, they're all so sweet and take their time unlike many other salons. It so relaxing and they would take you in any time even for walk ins. All my pedicures come out so amazing. I been coming here for a little over 2 years and it never fails me :)

I've gotten acrylic with gel finish several times over the past year at Expo, and the ladies always do an amazing job. The wait is never too long, and my nails always look perfect for several weeks! I'm not sure if it's the gel finish on top or just acrylic in general, but after my nails dry, the polish doesn't chip at ALL, and the acrylic feels practically indestructible, which is nice for someone like me who tends to always mess up her manicure. Their pedicures are pretty standard, nothing too special, but I have no negative experiences with them either. The TV is usually playing Food Network (at least every time I've visited), and although I'm not one to watch cooking shows on my own, I have to say they're pretty interesting to watch while getting your nails done. Expo's prices are similar to most other salons; some might consider them pricey, but I think it's definitely worth it for the quality.

First toenail art ever. I was feeling jazzy today.

I came here for the first time last week for a mani/pedi and was fairly satisfied. I walked in without an appointment on a Friday morning and there were a few clients, but no wait. The interior is nothing special, but the finished product is really all I care about anyway. I had two technicians working on me, but unfortunately I didn't ask their names. The one who did my pedicure did an excellent job and even sold me on my first ever nail art for an extra $5. My manicure has held up really well, with only a few tiny chips about five days later, but the technician kind of did a hack job on my cuticles. I don't think she let them soften long enough first, so the cutting was somewhat painful, and my ring finger bled a little. I can't say anything about their polish offerings, since I am a bit of a nail polish snob and bring my own, but it looks like they carry some OPI and had a semi-decent range of colors. Either way, this place is super close to my home, so I'm going to give it another shot. I wouldn't drive out of my way for it, but it's good for a quick local spot.

Needed nails to be perfect to show off my new engagement ring! Thanks again, Heather!

Ok so this place is a little hidden next to the Nob Hill that used to be there, but there's plenty of parking around the Taco Bell. My nail tech was Heather and I asked for shellac French manicure with some glitter for fun. I am very picky because I work in a hospital and my nails need to be short but I want my nails to give the illusion that I still have longer nails. The total time took a little over an hour and she was very accommodating to my needs. If I didn't like how a nail looked she would fix it no questions asked. The store is pretty quiet so you can walk in without an appointment. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Thanks heather!

    Great job on the flower!

Hana was gentle, detail-oriented, and gave an amazing massage. She checked in throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. Tim was quick, efficient, and did an excellent job with my cuticles. I also appreciated his recommendation to try Gel X since it may help with my gel polish allergies. I'll definitely be back to try it with him. The salon itself is clean, spacious, and has good air circulation. The massage chairs are also very comfortable and seem to have been upgraded, which made the pedicure even more relaxing. Overall, I loved how efficient they were without sacrificing quality. 29 Years and a "Pedi" to Match: Royal Treatment at Bellachio!…read more We decided to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary by pampering ourselves with some much-needed relaxation, and Bellachio Studio Salon delivered an experience we'll never forget. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty. I chose the signature Bellachio Pedicure for both of us, and it was pure bliss. The attention to detail started immediately with our soaking water, which was beautifully prepared with fresh rose petals and orange slices. The 15-minute candle oil massage, salt and oil scrub, warm towel wrap, and mineral-rich mud mask were exactly what we needed to unwind. We were both thoroughly relaxed and impressed by the entire process. To make the time fly even faster while my nails were drying, my husband also enjoyed a manicure. The staff truly went above and beyond when they found out we were celebrating nearly three decades of marriage. We were immediately offered our choice of mimosas or wine (red or white). We opted for the mimosas, and let's just say the refills flowed generously throughout our entire service! Our nail technicians, Mary and Lily, were absolute gems. They were so kind and attentive, but they also went the extra mile to ensure we captured the memory. They set up a beautiful display with candles, oils, and flowers to take some Instagram-worthy photos of us, making sure we had a lasting memento of our special day. We will most certainly be returning to Bellachio again and again, but most importantly, we've decided to make this our new annual anniversary tradition. If you want to feel truly pampered and celebrated, this is the place to go!

I would not go back. I mean the manicure was only $20 but she didn't hardly do anything. I ask her not to shape my nails round. I wanted them to remain square and she didn't listen to that. For a while, I had been seeing the same technician, an older woman who tends to be a bit rough. She consistently uses the highest heat settings on her tools, which is very uncomfortable. At first, I thought I was just being overly sensitive and didn't speak up, even though I was paying for a service. Unfortunately, my most recent visit will be my last. The same technician did my nails again, and the experience left me feeling incredibly uncomfortable and disrespected. She burned my nails with the drill, and when I pulled my hand back out of reflex, she slapped it and yanked it closer. I wasn't even allowed to choose my nail color--she refused to give me the color book and insisted on choosing for me. When I voiced that I didn't like the shade she picked, she became argumentative and aggressive. After several minutes of back-and-forth, I gave up and felt pressured to accept a color I didn't want. Throughout the manicure, she continued to slam my hands around and handle me roughly. The pedicure was no better--she used the tools in a way that was genuinely painful, and didn't stop even when I asked her to. I left feeling humiliated, upset, and disappointed. $85 is a lot for me--I can only afford to treat myself once a month--and instead of feeling relaxed and pampered, I walked away stressed and stuck with a color I don't like. She also rushed and my nails were broken a day after and have cuts. I'm now searching for a new salon where I can feel comfortable, respected, and actually enjoy the experience.
